Clear Dehydrated Pear Chips ©

Hi everyone this is Alessandro Bruxel from Home Chef Seattle and today I'm sharing with you guys my method on how to make some clear translucent dehydrated pears. Usually pears that are dehydrated have more of an opaque look to them but following this method you can achieve this nice beautiful glass like look. All you're gonna need are pears, pears only, there's no other ingredients, there's no sugar added and these are made in the oven so I hope you enjoy it.
