Hey guys it's Jordan Page with Millennial Moms and today we're talking about car hacks.
As moms we basically live in our car and sometimes the experience is not so glamorous. Today I'm
sharing with you my best tips tricks and hacks to help make your car experience a little more
tolerable. Let's get on with it shall we? First up is my favorite gadget which is a magnetic
car mount. So you've got this little magnet it sticks to your dash and it moves around so you
can adjust as you'd like. You stick the other end of the magnet on the back of your phone or your
iPad or whatever. It's so powerful it's even able to go through the second layer of my Otterbox case
and boom sticks to your dash makes it so easy for GPS or whatever else. Alright this gadget is also
a serious lifesaver. I saw it on Shark Tank and bought it immediately. It's called a drop stop
and it's essentially a bumper for the side of your seat so anything you drop does not
get lost in the abyss of your car. And yes I know my car is nasty stop staring it's fine.
I always try to have a garbage bag of some kind hanging on the back of the seat so my kids keep
their crap off the floor. I now introduce you to the Bubble Bum inflatable booster seat. It is
perfect. I always just keep it in the back of my car. I inflate it when I need it. It's sturdy
and it's regulation size so it's perfect for carpool or having friends in the car. It straps
into the seat belt and it keeps them safe and it is nice because it just tosses right in the back
of your car without taking up any space. I found these little hooks on Amazon and they're kind of
nice because when your car is full in the back you can still hang shopping bags or blankets or other
things and save space. Okay this is cool. This is called an insta crate. I found it at Costco.
It folds up flat but then it becomes a sturdy crate. I always leave it in the back of my car
to keep whatever in. Since it's soccer season I keep it full of blankets and water because
heaven knows we need them like five times a week. A little car vacuum is so handy. I found this one
on Amazon. It just plugs into the cigarette lighter and it's so small it tucks under my seat.
It just really comes in handy. You missed a spot. You missed a spot. Faster! You missed a spot.
Over here. Every mom needs a go girl in her car. Basically it allows you to go to the bathroom
standing up anywhere you need to. It's this little silicone funnel kind of a thing that
fits to a girl big or small and allows you to pee standing up. Guys trust me you need this
in your car in case of an emergency. And my last tip is one you've heard me say before but I always
recommend to have an accordion file in your car at all times. When junk mail comes, little coupons,
offers, freebies, just shove them in the accordion file. Leave it in your car and you never leave
home without it. That supposedly junk junk mail is actually extremely valuable. It can save you
a ton of money over time. So there you go. I hope you like those tips and tricks and gadgets.
