We are arriving at Somaroy This bridge behind us is the one that connects it it's like an island Somaroy and Gilstroya which is the final part And there is a bridge east of here that has such a curious shape so that boats can pass underneath It is what connects the part of the peninsula to the islands And it has a traffic light because it's a single-lane road so it's controlling the traffic so that the traffic is now arriving and we can go It turns green so let's go there Somaroy We are after passing Somaroy which is that little island over there past the bridge We are now in Gilstroya which rhymes with Claraboya making a small ascent here up the mountain as you can see quite accessible For this type of excursion it is highly recommended to bring crampons if you decide to do them of course Bring some crampons some nails something that will help you create traction in the snow Obviously if you come in summer you won't have this problem but anyway at least now There is at least a small rope to help prevent slipping How are you Alex Good right So-so Well well for now it's good But I think there's still a way to go A little bit left yes We have the summit over there We weren't very convinced so okay let's start and see let's go ahead but okay We are staying here tonight which is a town that is much further south than Tromsø It's not much for what Norway is because it's a huge country but yes it's about three sides from the area where we've been visiting this morning It is a town called Finsnes Like when you go to the gym you go to do finsnes exactly the same We are staying at an amazing hotel A fairly cheap hotel in the range of what we are staying for the rest of the nights It's similar to what we saw yesterday which was like a warehouse or something in the middle of the mountain But it was very good for the place where it was But this place is amazing I think it's one of the most original places I've ever stayed at Yes it's like an old mansion It's an old house that has almost 200 years of history These typical houses where the wood creaks as you walk on it It seems we are alone I imagine there might be another room occupied or perhaps I'll go later But right now it seems we're alone and it's amazing I'm going to show it to you that's what's important Here is the door to the room which has two beds on the side as you enter Then there are about four armchairs to sit in Here is an old heater all maintaining the old architecture of the house Two other beds just for the two of us And here to store food there is a refrigerator there is a small light that can be seen there Then the room is great This is the attic of the house it's at the top And here it has its own terrace which is accessed from here We opened we left It's not very visible now because it's nighttime but anyway that's all the way to the sea I think you can hear and roughly see the reflection And here are other little houses other cottages that you can also rent It seems to me that they are more expensive because they are larger than this room They will be cozier but having the whole house to ourselves I think we'll stick with the mansion first But anyway if you don't have the option of having your own cabin facing the sea and there are probably more people then no one will bother you But you can see they are also very nice right there all lined up with ocean views Tomorrow I'll show you the views in the morning so you can see the views properly But come on it's a spectacular place And here is the decoration A record player all very classic furniture Here are the tables everything is like the dining area for everyone to have breakfast and so on Here are the windows that also offer views of the entire area to the sea See all of this Here it has a kitchen that with everything necessary will be able to cook It's amazing it's incredible It smells old-fashioned it's a nice smell but it's a bit strong Actually look there are also sea views here You can see them a bit from here Now I'll show them from above since our room is at the top Another room well not a room this is more like a little living room Here to be here is a bathroom as you can see the bathroom and another one over there
