What's going on guys, Chiefs here and in today's video I'm actually going to be starting up a new series called Road to a 20lb Steelhead.
I'm going to be starting it with my man Wild Bill on an awesome float trip and I'm super excited.
So this is going to be the first episode of my series and hopefully we can get some chrome in the boat.
About to start our float, getting all our gear packed up and getting rigged up and we're heading in the water.
The mark on those is 10%.
So if it was 10% for the guides it would be 20% for the stores.
See what I mean?
I think the buddy might be that.

That was definitely, that had to have been a fish son.

Dude, wait hold up that's a brook trout.
Just set him in there for a second.
So in this river when the andronomous fish move in here, those brook trout just back right up.
Beautiful fish.

Steelhead food right there.
Is there still pretty comparable to that depth?
I can't believe you can get away with the drift that close to that stuff.
Looks like it's just a jungle down there.

We just locked up on a freaking tank.
We're one for two right now.
My man lost one just a little bit earlier.
But yo this is probably the biggest fall steelhead I've gotten all year.
And what a way to start the road to a 20 pound steelhead.
Because dang we're pretty freaking close.
Not super close.
But this is a really big fish.
This thing's got to be close to 15 pounds.
Oh yeah.
She's fat with eggs dude.
She's loaded.
One last look at her.
Do I not release on her?
Hold on.
Alright let's let her go.
Ready?
She's belly down.
Turn her back into the hole.
And there she goes.
