Summer is coming. Cherries are a clear sign of this. The beauty of living in the countryside is marking time and seasons with the fruits that nature offers us month after month. During these days we have been taken up as always by working in the garden even if the heat puts a strain on our resistance. Cherries are the protagonists of a delicious menu: a risotto with cherries creamed with robiola (soft creamy cheese), bruschetta with ricotta cheese, cherries, honey and thyme and lastly a cherry cake made with buckwheat flour and hazelnut flour.

🇮🇹 L'estate è alle porte. Le ciliegie ne sono un chiaro segnale. Il bello di vivere in campagna è scandire il tempo e le stagioni con i frutti che la natura ci offre mese dopo mese. In questi giorni siamo stati presi come sempre dai lavori nell'orto anche se il caldo mette a dura prova la nostra resistenza. Le ciliegie sono le protagoniste di un menu delizioso: un risotto con ciliegie mantecato con della robiola, bruschette con ricotta, ciliegie, miele e timo e per finire una torta di ciliegie fatta con farina di grano saraceno e farina di nocciole.
