Justin Brennan & Madison Hildebrand - La Jolla Estate (Part 2)

Let's go take a look at downstairs. Pretty grand staircase. It really is and I love the the wood flooring as well It's very very nice touch. You'll notice I mean the Venetian plaster in the home is throughout, right? but that kind of blends well with some of the Fijian style and then you do have obviously that modern feel throughout with the woods on the ceilings and stuff like that, too Wow, talk about an office fit for a king Yeah And you'll notice this office Resembles a little bit of the kitchen in terms of the lines the finishes the way they did it and once again was designed By a high-end yacht designer. Uh-huh for this office space and you could potentially even have a bar. Oh, it is a bar It's got the fridge and bars all over the place. You want to entertain? This is the best office in the world. It's got everything. It's got it all Let's go take a look at the master suite. As you're entering this master suite area you have this Facade they've kind of put up with this rich wood. Uh-huh. It's the Baroque style woods gorgeous, right? You're not gonna see that anywhere else and it leads you right into this amazing master suite. It's beautiful This is truly a suite Yes And it's designed again with the windows in mind with the view in mind having this indoor outdoor experience and then it walks right out Once again to this Creek that runs right by your master suite giving you the water sounds and everything So you're really getting that experience again Look at all the detail that really went into the property from the fireplace to the nice big-screen TV up here how everything's been done It's been tastefully designed If you come into this master bath off the master suite area and choose your corridor So many channels of different rooms to go into so I'm gonna take you into the woman's master bath portion And the tub and the shower and everything because you know, as we all know women love their bathrooms From obviously granites to marbles to woods and everything in this home you get the views the shower I mean you name it. It's got it and the craftsmanship is unbelievable. I got to show you the gold sinks gold things unbelievable So this is one of them. There's many but this is one of them I mean, what a cool special touch to put in the property. I mean, that's more than a special touch, right? Unbelievable touch and the finishes you can see it throughout the home. I mean, where else do you get gold snakes? It's unbelievable. So let's go take a look at the rest of the home So I wanted to bring you out to the driveway Because this driveway is an experience as you're coming up to the property It's supposedly the longest driveway in La Jolla about a quarter mile long. Look what you're surrounded by. Yes I mean, this is nature. This is great views. This is birds chirping in the background I mean, it's really wonderful feel like you're on a safari at Jurassic Park. You really do just without the dinosaurs chasing All right, Justin. Thanks so much for the tour of the home. I'm gonna head up to the sky suite We're Madison standing by. All right, sounds good. Thank you so much Hi, this is the sky suite my opinion the best room in the house This is almost like a second master suite. You've got the full living room You have fireplace private balcony. There's a little breakfast bar Of course a full bathroom all the skylight with the woodwork But really I mean, it's the most exceptional views and what's great is that's so separate from the home So your guests are really out of your space and you're out of their space There's even a back staircase, uh-huh So you can go down to the pool or get to your car and he built this fortress of bamboo That's matured in about 40 feet and that surrounds the entire back of the property So there's absolute complete privacy and then nothing but on this boom. That's why you come to San Diego That's why you move to California. It's that view and this is really one-of-a-kind best view and bathroom in the house
