I announced that I have launched my very own skincare line called Then I Met You, and I wanted to thank this entire community for really sharing all these words of encouragement, all these positive vibes, because it has been a crazy month and it has been a culmination of years and years of experience to get to this point where I could launch my own skincare line. With that said, we have an exciting Soka Glam November Curation Update, we have exciting products that will be great for the winter season, also some Soka Glam exclusives. So let's get straight to the exciting exclusive to hit Soka Glam. This is the Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask. And as you guys know, Klairs is an amazing brand that has cruelty-free formulas, and it's great for sensitive skin types. So let me tell you about why this product is so special. First of all, it's not just a regular sugar scrub that you use to soften up dead skin cells. It also can be used as a cleansing balm. So this will remove any light makeup around the face and the neck. Keep in mind, you shouldn't be using it as an eye makeup remover, because it does have sugar in it, and you don't want it to get into your eyes. But everything else is fair game. It does remove it very well, because it has raspberry seed oil. It also has shea butter oils, which is going to help remove any of those oil-based impurities. It does have 20% sugar crystals, which will help soften off the dead skin cells. And it also contains 5% grapefruit extract, which is great as an antioxidant. After you use this to remove any oil-based impurities and makeup and pollution, you could also use it to sit on your skin for about 10 minutes, and then that will help nourish your skin. It will hydrate it. It won't become hard and dry. And then after, you rinse it off with warm water, and you'll reveal really smooth, baby soft skin. And it'll get rid of any of those dry winter flakes that are a result of dehydration and just the dry and cold weather. Next up, let's talk about sunscreens. Yes, you do have to wear sunscreens in the wintertime. So that's why we curated a formula that is hydrating and moisturizing enough for the wintertime. This is a Skin79 non-chemical sunblock. And keep in mind that this was also curated because there were many requests for a non-chemical formulation for sunscreen. This has zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, which are physical sunblockers. And it will have a slight white cast to it because it's physical. But once you rub it in, it will disappear and you will not have any of that white cast. This does have a floral-like fragrance to it. So if you're not a fan of fragrances, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you don't mind at all, this does have a floral fragrance. So just keep that in mind. Next up, let's talk about serums and sheet masks that you can add to your routine to help you get through these cold winter months. Benton has created these two amazing products. They are new to Soka Glam. This is the Snail Beat Ultimate Serum. And I absolutely love this serum. It has the most amazing ingredient list. And as all Benton products, the price point is very, very friendly for your wallet. This has Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate and Snail Secretion Filtrate as the number one ingredients. It also has tea tree water, which is great for acne. Also, it just cocoons your skin with moisture without being super heavy on your skin. My skin feels super supple after using this. It has no fragrance at all, which I love when it comes to serums and ampoules. And it really just does its job, especially if you're dry, especially if you're acne-prone like me. And you do not feel strange or heavy when you put this on your skin. You don't feel like it coats it to the point where it's just layering a film on your skin. So if you are like me, super dry and hormonal acne-prone, you're gonna love this. And if you love the Benton Aloe Soothing line, you're gonna love this new addition. This is their sheet mask. So you can now apply it on your skin for about 15-20 minutes. Really help hydrate dry, chapped, irritated skin. This has loads of aloe in the formula, along with green tea extract. So if you are looking for something that's sensitive, skin-friendly, and you really need to add that hydration to your skin, this is a sheet mask for you. So now let's talk about a toner that's gonna add a little extra oomph to your routine during the cold winter months. This is APU Deep Sea Dew Drop Clearing Softener. And this can be used as your toner step after you double cleanse. So let me explain to you why this is such a unique product. First of all, it's gonna really hydrate your skin because it has a very milky texture. It's a little bit heavier than your typical watery toners. And secondly, it contains AHAs and willow bark extracts to really help chemically exfoliate your skin while you sleep. And so this is not only gonna help hydrate your skin, it also will exfoliate, leaving your skin soft and getting rid of those flakes and those dead skin cells. I really like how much comes in this bottle, and it comes with this really convenient pump. So you would just basically use a cotton pad, pump one or two times, and then allow it to be soaked into the cotton pad and then sweep across your skin. It does have a slight floral scent, so just keep that in mind. I just love the way it makes my skin feel, especially in the evenings and when I wake up. I do feel it adds that extra hydration and clears my skin at the same time. Next up, let's talk about a cleansing foam that will be perfect for the winter months. It will not strip you dry, and it'll be great for sensitive skin types. Enter the Aqua Well pH Balancing Micro Cleansing Foam. This is a gentle, purifying foam, great for sensitive skin types. It has a pH of 5.5 to 6, depending on the different pH strips you may use. And it does contain licorice extract, which is the hero ingredient for the Aqua Well Licorice Cleansing Toner. So I will say that there are so many cleansers out there, but this is a winner, especially for the wintertime. And I also wanted to give a shout out to the Aqua Well Licorice pH Cleansing Toner. As you know, this has won the Soka Glam Best of K Beauty People's Choice Award. So give a round of applause. You guys have loved this ever since you curated it. And it was very neck and neck with the Neogen Essence. So it was either going to be this or the Neogen Essence. And this one, this is victorious. As you know, our People's Choice Award winners are these viral Holy Grail products. So I'm really excited to not only have this new cleansing foam added to this Aqua line, but I'm so excited that everyone has voted this as a People's Choice Award. So now let's talk about Banila Co. Banila Co. came up with a new product, the Hi-Vi Vita Peel Pads. And I absolutely love them because they're great for toning and exfoliating on a daily basis. So what makes it so special is that this container contains 40 pads. And it is soaked in lactic acid and malic acid, which is great for chemical exfoliation. And also the pads have a slightly textured side and it has an embossed side. So you can use a textured side to soften away dead skin cells. And the other side is really to hydrate your skin and to just pat the formula into your skin. So if you're looking for a heavy-duty exfoliator, this is not the right product for that. For heavy-duty exfoliation, you should use the Klairs Useful Glow Sugar Mask or the Neogen Bio Peel Pads. So let me share with you this review that came in. This is from Monica. She's 35 to 44. Her skin type is combination. And she says, Glowy. It leaves my skin smoother and dewier. Not sure if it exfoliates enough. So definitely understand that. If you buy this thinking that you're going to get a heavy-duty exfoliation, that's you have the wrong expectations for this product. You have to go with something with sugar crystals. Or you have to use the Bio Peel Pads. So definitely keep that in mind as you explore this new line. Last, let's talk about Repeat. So Repeat is a cruelty-free brand. It's actually one of the first cruelty-free certified brands in Korea. And they have something called the Phytocell line. And the Phytocell line has been amazing. The secret cream, by the way, is amazing. And it's definitely selling now. I think there's like nine left in stock right now. But right now, I want to introduce you to the Cell Moisture All-in-One Essence. This is a perfect product for two types of people. Number one, if you have super, super dry skin and you really want something that's going to add a lot more to your essence step, use this step to replace your regular essence. It is an amazing texture. It is almost like an emulsion. Not as heavy as a cream. Not as light as your regular watery essence. It's right in between. And it's going to give you that dewy glow. And secondly, if you're a person that's very lazy, and honestly, there's a lot of us out there, me included, sometimes I just need to rush out the door, but I still want that dewy glow. After cleansing, use this as your toner, essence, and lotion step. You still got to use your sunscreen at the end, but this is an amazing product that absolutely gives you that dewy glow. Let me share a review that just came in. This is from Sarah, 18 to 24, skin type is normal. She says, it's amazing. Very lightweight, great for sensitive skin, and truly makes my skin look, glow, and feel dewy. So just as I had said, this definitely is your all-in-one, or can really, really add oomph to your essence step when you really need it this cold winter season.
