MOVING TO DESERT COLOR

All right you guys, we just showed up at Coal West in our community of Desert Color. He wants to come up. I told him I'd give him a piggyback. He said no. Guys, I need to show you guys the most important part of the house. Caitlin has a question for us you guys. If you had to live at home or here and you had to choose or your family gets taken away if you don't, where are you going to choose? Where are you going to live? Hi guys, welcome to the vlog. Well, today we're heading down to St. George for a meeting with the people to see where they are in the process. Betsy was driving but she was super on her e the whole time. So we picked up Alyssa. This continues every single thing I do. Gentry is, I wish, you know what I wish we would have written because you always complain about how I am a backseat driver. What have I ever said to you? You're like, get over in the car. So if she would have gotten a carpool lane, we wouldn't have had to go in and out of traffic the whole time and we would have arrived at our destination 10 minutes early. So I apologize for being a backseat driver. Brock and Boston and Caitlin are somewhere behind us and we should be there in about three and a half hours. All right, you guys, we just showed up at Coal West in our community of desert color and right now we have Boston and Sissy over here. Just came to the airbnb. And if you guys want to see our, the newest person, additional person to our family or whatever is Caitlin. Say what's up. What up. What up. So that's the deal for today. Made it to the house. We have some hockey over here. Some basketball, some kayaks, of course, because who wouldn't want to do that in a dry lagoon because it's not finished just yet, but it will be. There's no ramp. There's no ramp. Oh, we should have brought our ramp from home. Dang it. All right. We all kind of forgot that our dad is still in a wheelchair, but I'm just going to film. There we go. I had my hand out next time. I want you there. All right. I will be. But check this out, guys. I love the exterior of this house. It is soft as a blanket. Yes. There's a Traeger. Oh, Traeger, of course. And then what we want for. Oh, you have to put, you can't wear your shoes in here. A little left out. Well, everybody is up there going crazy. He wants to come up. I told him I'd give him a piggyback. He said, no, he's going to get a workout. Oh, he's just. Is he really? Well, I'm a piggyback and he'd rather do that. I could legit hold him. How much do you weigh? Like 140. Oh, that's easy. I know one arm. So now we've stayed, we've looked at the condo that we're staying in and now we're going to go over and look at where we're going to be our lot. And then our friend is building right next door to us. Hey, is this going to be okay? I should have Anyway, as soon as we get over there, I'll show you guys what we have. Okay. That's where we're heading. Betsy's complaining that she's pushing me. Hey, I'd walk if I could guys. All right. So we're standing in the garage. Betsy, why don't you show me that other garage? So this is a garage slash, but we're going to, we're going to turn it into a, just a workout room. They did windows up there. It's just going to bring in some good light, but it's a big enough garage so they could park like a sprinter van in here. And now we're walking into the entry. So this is the entry. So that's the front door. Oh, I didn't realize it was going to have that much like of an overhang on over. I like that. That's really nice. That's a nice. And so this is going to be a bathroom right after that. So another bathroom, a full bathroom. Nope. Just like a little, just a half bath. Yep. And then that's going to be storage closet. And then in here. So this is going to be pure glass that we can slide completely open or completely closed. So you have inside outside. This over here is going to be the kitchen. That's that nook area right there is going to be where our table is. Yeah. Yeah. All this will be open. They did that for support. Yeah. So over there will be the fireplace. And then if you come this way, they'll show you the master on the main. And then this right here is the master. So you have the master right there will be the pool. So the pool will be kind of right there. And then that right there is a little outdoor shower or outdoor bath and sink. So they don't have to actually come in the house with wet clothes. So I'm liking it. I'm really liking it a lot, but this, you guys out there, I don't know if you can see it very good, but that is the lagoon. So it'll be so cool because we'll have our pool right here. And then we'll have all, all this will be sand all around there with some palm trees and stuff, and then directly shot super excited. Caitlin has a question for us. You guys had to live at home or here and you had to choose or your family gets taken away. If you don't, where are you going to choose? Where are you going to live? I'm going to live in St. George and go swim in that pool, the lagoon every day. I love, I love the warm weather. Like right now it's probably what? 38 degrees at home. 30. Yeah. And it's right here. It feels nice. Like it's 55, but there's sun and there's no wind. So that's why it feels so nice, man. I am so excited for this. So up here, we'll just be a game room, but it'll be cool because they'll have a similar window to this. It's going to be all glass all the way out. Okay. So that's just going to walk you out there and show you a little bit more of the lagoon. Okay. So this is where the end of the property is. And then it just goes right into the lagoon. That's so cool. Guys, I need to show you guys the most important part of the house. So this is the view right here. You can kind of see all of the lagoon and all of where we'll be living soon. So this is what it looks like. It's pretty cool because it's like this, it'll be like all windows and stuff right here. And we'll just be able to look right out. And if I go over there, I'd be more angled to looking at the lagoon, but I cannot wait. It's going to be the coolest thing ever. We're super excited. So hopefully we can get our house going soon. It's going to be funny guys. Okay. You guys, it's the morning and we're meeting today. We're meeting the builder, Brett. See the architects, but first we need to go and get breakfast. Okay. Well that meeting went awesome with the architect and the builder. We're ready to build I actually love them. I needed to be known. They're, they're really smart and think of like all the things we don't think of, which, you know, that's, I guess their job, but just really cool people to work with. And they have really good taste on things too. Like the things they say, we're like, yeah, we want to do that. Yeah. We're like, we don't even know why we had a brain and we were trying to think about what would be cool because you guys did it way better than us. Anyway, you know what? The ridiculous thing that we're doing right now is we're in St. George, Vegas, about an hour and a half away. We are driving to Vegas for no other reason than to go to Raising Cane's for lunch. It'll be fun. So we're going to drive three hours to eat at a place called Raising Cane's. It's the best place in the entire world. Will you tell our viewers what just happened with Cane's? Drove all the way down there. Oh my gosh, we drove all the way from St. George, which is like an hour and a half. And well, it is kind of like just to go to a fast food. That's not like a restaurant you go to. Oh my gosh. And it's closed. You have to eat. It's drive through only. And we wanted to meet my family while we were there. So now we went to my sister's house and we ended up staying there for a while, which was fun. It made it more fun to visit, but we still got the food, which was nice. We got the food and we ate it at her house. But honestly, it's kind of like gross by the time you get home. It doesn't taste as good. Now we have an hour and a half drive back to where we're staying. Oh, can I tell where we're going next though? Um, should we keep it a surprise? This is kind of my vlog and I wanted to talk about my important things I want to talk about, but go ahead. We're going to Twisted Silver's new warehouse. And the crazy thing is, is like, I am friends with the owner, but she moved to Florida, so I haven't seen her forever. And she saw my stories, saw that we were in St. George and she's like, I just came in. She came in for two days and it happens to be the days that we're here. So we get to go see her. And if you guys know Deb, she's amazing. So we'll take you in. Yeah. Okay. So this is the big way here. His name's Mitch and he's, he's my friend. I actually worked at his ranch growing up, didn't I? He fired me a few weeks into it, but it was a good run. Now here's the huge pool that you have. And then on the other side, there's the huge lagoon. There's going to be restaurants back there. Oh, are these, um, gazebo areas? These are the cabanas. Yep. And can you rent those or how does that work? Yeah, you'll be able to rent those for, you know, half a day or whatever. I want to take them up here real quick. Okay. Show them the view from the top. Take this. So that's the lagoon. And then see right over there, that's our next door neighbor. Ours will be right there. I love the floors. Yeah, it's pretty. Okay. After talking to Mitch, I'm like 1000% so happy that we are building. Do you know what they're doing actually here? What? They're getting colored lights and putting colored lights in the lagoon. And so like, in February we can turn it pink. Yeah. When it's like over 60 degrees. Oh really? Yeah. We're the first one to do that. It's funny because they've thought of everything. Like there's not one thing that they haven't thought of. So guys, desert color, it's going to be incredible.
