Hey guys, so this is Olivia. She just walked up and already said she was not ready. That's okay. So, my wonderful helper today was another student's mom doing Olivia's hair. Says, I can do it, but it's not very well. And she rocked it with beautiful, beautiful braids and her brand new bows. She got them from the one and only Charlotte's Equestrian and Tomball. So, check out if you need it. You're scared? Why? That's okay. You'll do good. It's your first horseshoe, right? Well, second. Oh, I guess. Yeah, you did the little one. If anybody knows, this is a long trek to the arena. And she was such a sport, taking the horse through these stalls and everything, not worried about a thing. So, she is waiting, giving some kisses from her papa, and here we go, guys. Her first real horse show. I am so excited and so proud of her, guys. She did not want to show for the longest time with her pony, Pixie. But she has a connection with this Holly horse that is a border of mine, and she wanted to show. So, I said, okay. So, we've been practicing for the last, like, week, really, with her. And we're just going to see how it goes. But no matter what she does, I'm going to be proud of her. Now, this is Holly's first show ever with us. So, you can see how she's looking at everything, because she has not been anywhere but one barn. And so, Olivia did not care at all that she was looking around. A little speedy here and there. I was so proud that she just jumped right on and was ready to go. And what a good girl. She saw the post there and walked right up to learn her course and see what she had to do. Again, one proud mama. So, she's entering the ring for her first black class. And I was so nervous, guys. I didn't know what to expect at all. I just wanted her to go in and have fun and just have a good time. But, guys, she rocked it. She listened to everything I said and what the judge said and did a great job. She did have some trouble with her diagonals, but thankfully she was listening for me and changed them really quickly. So, you can't hear the judge saying it, but they were waiting forever to hear the results. But, Olivia won the first black class, guys. I was so excited and she was shocked as well. So, after her amazing victory getting first place, she needed to hydrate. And daddy was such a good job and always made sure to give her some water. So, here is her first round of her poles. And I was so proud of her, guys. She did her courtesy circle and we only practiced this probably two times before we went to the horse show. And she knew exactly what to do. But, of course, I made her watch other people as well so that she can visualize it too. But, her lines were perfectly straight and she did have some diagonal issues as you saw there. She was just really nervous, but two point was perfect. Her lines were perfect. She got into her corners and just really showed me that she was ready for this and excited for her horse shows.
