Gotta be honest here guys this car is not for everyone. Most of my customers who have purchased these come back after two to threee years looking to upgrade or move up to something bigger. Never the less the 2019 Nissan Micra is super affordable and very easy to drive. Check out my review and let me know what you think in the comments.

Hello YouTube my name is Christopher. Today we're gonna be checking out the
2019 Nissan Micra. I've gone through almost the whole Nissan lineup for the
2019 vehicles. Today I'm presenting the Nissan Micra. It's branded as Canada's
most inexpensive new car. Today it's the 2019 Nissan SV. If you want to see more
cars being rocked please do not hesitate to subscribe to my channel. So the Nissan
Micra is all about affordability here. This SV package is the middle trim line.
There's the S which is the base and the SR on the top. It's not very large. It's
very small affordable car. Great for people who want phenomenal fuel economy,
live in a nice busy urban environment and don't need a lot of luxury features.
The front end on it is very very short. It's a small front end with our halogen
headlights. Our Nissan symbol is right in front of the nice chrome v-motion grill
above the license plate there. Checking out the back again there's not much to
go over here folks. There is a backup camera that you get when you go up to
this SV package. Our taillights are halogen as well. It's all about
affordability here. Not too many options in this middle package. 15-inch steel
wheels on the Micra. It's gonna come with our all-season tires, silver hubcaps and
there's drum brakes on the front and the back. So under the hood the Nissan Micra
is equipped with a 1.6 four-cylinder engine. It's going to come with a
four-speed automatic transmission. One of the very few Nissan vehicles that
doesn't include the CVT transmission. So obviously they're doing that to keep the
cost low. It's going to come with your electronic power assisted steering. Like
I mentioned at the beginning it gives you a phenomenal fuel economy. You're
looking at about 6.8 litres per every hundred kilometers on the highway and
9 litres in the city or combined of about 8 litres per hundred kilometers. So
now we're on the inside of the Nissan Micra. Let's start it up. So again this is
going to be pretty quick. There's not too many high-end features that you get. It's
all about value here. It's a nice two-tone cloth interior. You don't get
the Nissan zero-gravity seats. You have to go up to the Altima to achieve those.
I do have six-way manual adjustable driver's seat so I can lean it back. It
will raise. It is just a tilt wheel so once I unlock it here it will go up and
down but it won't go in and out. Pretty much all cars are coming standard with
Bluetooth nowadays. We do have our Bluetooth and our hands-free controls.
Cruise control is great. When they brought the Micra to Canada in 2019 they
did add the vehicle dynamic control and the traction control. So that's going to
help with the Canadian winter. So new with this 2019 model is the larger
screen. So I get a touchscreen now on the Micra. Nissan's trying to compete with
some of its competitors by adding a bit more modern technology. You can do your
Bluetooth connections here. Play music through USB. Only has the AM FM or you
can play through auxiliary Bluetooth. Unfortunately it doesn't come with
Android Auto. It does include a backup camera like I said with this SV. It will
come on automatically when I put it in reverse. They really keep it simple with
the heating controls. Just the manual dials. Nothing digital like in the
higher-end models but I do have obviously air conditioning. When you get
that base model S with the manual transmission for $10,000 you don't have
the air conditioning. So here you can see the space. I'm a bigger guy. I'm about
185 pounds 5'10". I do have some space back here. I can't sit too comfortable for a
long time. I find on a long drive this would be tough but if you don't have a
lot of passengers often then this will get you through the day. With three
people back here I could see it being a little tight and there's only one cup
holder so if you have drinks or anything there'd be some fighting over the cup
holder. So now we're driving the Nissan Micra. Again it's pretty basic on the
features. The drive is what people appreciate with this car. For the
affordability it is a really nice drive. Like I said this is perfect for your
urban environments. If you live in a busy city you have a tight parking spot or
parking garage where you need to kind of zip in and out of parking spots. This car
is great. It really has a very small turning radius. That eight point liters
per hundred kilometers of combined fuel is phenomenal. Surprisingly for a 1.6 it
takes off very quick and has a bit of acceleration. A bit more acceleration. I
like the acceleration better compared to the Nissan Versa Note. I think
that's because that one has the CVT. This is just the regular four-speed
automatic. A lot of customers ask me how it is in the snow. Obviously I'm
going to recommend snow tires but you do have the traction control. It is a small
car with a very short wheelbase so it does okay in the snow. It doesn't
fishtail a lot but obviously we recommend snow tires at the dealership
level. So thank you again for watching guys. Don't forget today we looked at the
2019 Nissan Micra. If you want to see any more cars being unlocked do not
hesitate to subscribe to my channel. Give me a thumbs up on what you would like to
see and don't forget to comment to tell me what car you want me to unlock next.
