Certified 32' Tiny House Has Plenty of Room For Full-Time Living

So here we are on the inside of my 32-foot tiny home and this is the main room. As you can see it has a sliding door. This is an Anderson slider and it has a mini split which heats and air conditions the unit and two windows on the side open from the bottom. The one below the mini split is fixed. Lighting above is all LED. Runs throughout the entire tiny. The main room flows into the kitchen which is equipped with a full-size refrigerator. Large stainless steel sink. Plenty of receptacles. Window above the sink opens from the bottom. It's got a vented microwave above the range which is a glass top range. Also comes equipped with lots of storage including shelving above the cabinets. The window behind the kitchen is fixed. The table is solid butcher block oak and it raises and is supported by two solid stainless steel supports that click into place. Collapsible so it's out of the way when it's not in use. Has plenty of storage. Cupboards, cabinets, drawers. From the kitchen we go into which is basically a utility room. There is the water heater and the electrical panel. All electric. This room also has lots of storage with shelving above all the cabinets and a space for a washer dryer. Top over would be suggested. The utility room then goes into the bathroom which has a standard door for closing, keeping things private. Standard toilet. Window opens from the bottom. Cabinetry, sink, walk-in shower that's tiled. The unit was designed to be simple and effective. It has R19 insulation throughout. Metal roof on top. No solar but could be easily added. 264 square feet.
