What's up guys?
We're now inside.
So welcome inside the lobby.
We're now in the lobby slash living room.
This is a Nike couch again.
So it's very easy, it's a couch bed.
Now you have a queen size bed and it's very comfy.
I say it because this weekend I watched a movie inside this house and I was very, very
comfy.
We decided to do this tour, the inside tour during the night because we never did that
and we wanted to show how pretty it is with the lights on because there is a lot of lights
in this tiny house and I think it's pretty.
So I wish you will think that too, I hope so.
So to talk a little bit about the systems in the living room.
There you have a 30 inch TV, you can put it on the side of you want, you can even put
it 90 degree facing the couch or the other side.
There you have the Lunas heat recovery air exchanger.
Those two pretty lights that you can open here.
The two switches there are for the recess light there and the two lights at the exterior.
Here you have a dimmer for a cabinet light that I will show you very soon.
I'm showing to you right now.
And for the first time we installed a ceiling fan.
It's working on 12 volts and you have the control panel right there on the wall.
Welcome on the other side of the lorry.
You can see what I see when I'm sitting on the couch.
I wanted to show you, take a little time to show you our famous mirror table that we have
there.
It's the second version of it.
So of course it's a little better.
So I'm going to show you how it works.
It's a very heavy table, but we put an hydraulic bracket right there so it makes it very light.
So right now it's just a mirror, but as easily as this, you have this nice countertop.
When you have some guests, you can chill around or you have two little bench.
It's a perfect place to work on a laptop or eat.
I know it because I did it.
And as you can see, like it's very light.
Here we put a little bench at the entrance.
So perfect place to tie your shoes or to store them.
And here you have the CO2 propane detector and we even put a small thermometer.
Here you have this magnificent kitchen.
I say that because it's my favorite kitchen we ever did.
Here you have a small USB plug for you to charge your phone or stuff.
There's two outlets.
There is a big wood countertop, the signature lighted cabinets.
And then we put everything that is working on solar energy here.
This is a 12 volt fridge, the same fridge we put it in the Eucalyptus.
And by the way, thank you guys, Molson Canadian.
Behind the sink, you can see a window.
It's centered with the sink.
We love to put windows behind the sink because it gives a nice feeling when you make the
dishes.
So here you have a tree burner stove.
It's stainless.
It's the first time we installed it and I love it.
It's very small.
It's 20 inch.
And you have small dryers, kind of big dryers underneath it for storage.
Three dryers there.
There is a lot of storage underneath.
And for this time, we did a storage cabinet for the recycling in the garbage.
Very practical.
And four dryers there.
There is a lot of storage in all of our tiny house, okay?
Remember that.
Now, this staircase, it's our third one, I think.
There's always something different.
This one, there is a big hole there because there will be a combo washer dryer there.
Of course, there is plenty of storage in it.
And there is our classic pull-out stairs, the first step.
So it's a very nice, comfy stairs to go up.
And this loft is only a guest room or a storage because the bedroom is behind.
It's on the first floor.
But wait for it.
I'll show you in a couple of minutes.
Here, you have the control panel for the lunas and you have the thermostat there because
this house is heated with the first ever propane radiant floor system in a tiny house.
I'm going to show you very soon.
Let's go in the bathroom.
We're now in the most complex bathroom we've ever did, mainly because of the propane radiant
floor system there is inside this little box there.
I love this bathroom.
My God, I love it.
First of all, I'm going to show you the storage there.
There is a lot of storage in this area.
But this is the place for the hot water heater and the filtration system that is custom in
every home we do.
The way to access the water heater, you open this, pretty much like a hood in a car.
And if you want to work on this, you just have to remove this part and now you can access
everything in case you need it.
Now the shower, this shower is one of a kind, look at that.
So glass door, it's very luxurious.
So it's very big, it's 36 by 36 and this time it's not a stainless shower, those are fibro-ciment
high quality shower system.
Very nice, I love the feeling with the glass door and everything, feels very big.
Here you have the small, very small sink, but still you do everything you can to put
a sink in every bathroom you do.
And now I'm going to show you the radiant floor system.
So this house is going to North Carolina, but it can get cold there.
But this house is good for minus 40, so this is the system.
There is the water heater, there is two propane water heater in this house, but this system
makes the heating for the whole house.
And it works on propane and 12 volts, so you can make this work easily with a solar system.
I'm very proud and I can show you even how you open it and the noise it makes.
So there is a pump inside of it and you can hear a little sound, but when you close the
door it's a soundproof little box there, so very nice.
And in the last corner you have the separate composting toilet, it's once again the first
time we installed it.
Our customer wanted it, so we kind of proposed the nature head and the separate, so it's
your choice.
And once again, a ceiling fan, just on top of the toilet.
There is again a cedar, I want to know how to pronounce it, and I think it's cedar, cedar.
So this is a cedar ceiling, so I hope you guys are proud of me now, I know how to say
it.
I hope it's good.
So now, now, now, we're going in the bedroom.
Our customer have some special needs, but it's not very special.
It was impossible for her to have a loft bedroom if she wanted a bedroom with high ceiling,
so that's what we build her.
Now this is a double bed, there is plenty of storage there.
This bedroom, she's going to be a lot, very often in her bedroom, so it has to be very
pretty.
She spends a lot of time in the bed.
This is a double bed, you can, it's pretty much standard in our tiny house now, but this
is a storage bed.
And the highlight, we put a table, a rolling table, so like she can chill in her bed, working
on her laptop, and you even have another USB plug there, so you can plug iPhone, iPad or
stuff.
So it's very comfy, she can work, she can watch some movies, have breakfast, and when
you don't need it anymore, you put it back, and wow, I can let my laptop there.
And here, there is a big, big, a very big storage, some sliding doors, so, two sliding
door, two big cabinet there, nice light of the bed.
I would sleep in that every night, seriously, I love it.
I love it so much.
Okay, here you have the two control panel of the solar battery system, you have one
connected to the regulator, you can know like the batteries are full, and this is where
you open and close the inverter, so during the night, the fridge is on 12V, and like
the pump, everything is on 12V, so you can close it during the night, and with those
USB plug there, you can even charge your phone during the night.
So guys, I want to tell you something, thank you very much, thank you for your support,
we're very proud of our work, very proud to show you guys what we can do here in Quebec,
and what Minimagist is all about, if you want to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, that's
pretty much where we are, that's where I am.
Of course, I promise you guys that we'll do our best to do some video tours every time,
so I hope you enjoyed, have a good night, have a good day, goodbye.
