The Noyer XL 😎🏡 10'x37'
Definitely one of our most popular models. 👌This version was slightly modified in order to include a door at the back of the home and an extension to the loft giving access to the skylight. 💫

Good afternoon.
As you can see, the guys are quite busy.
We have a lot of projects ongoing at the shop right now.
And guess what?
We have another Neuer XL to show you guys.
The dimensions are 10 and a half by 35 and a half.
The exterior is made with horizontal cedar
and vertical steel.
What's included inside the house
is a downstairs bedroom and a bedroom loft.
This house is kid-friendly.
There's plenty of space to receive kids.
The customer will be living on his own,
but will receive his kids once in a while.
So that's why we created that house
according to his specific needs.
The house is equipped with 100 amp electrical panel,
but also features some propane appliances
and a propane on-demand water heater.
There's tons of windows on the house
and there's also a skylight in the loft bedroom.
So without further waiting, we're gonna have a look inside.
But then another cool feature about that house
is another access from the back of the house
directly into the downstairs bedroom.
So please come in.
All right, so here we are
directly inside the downstairs bedroom.
As you can see, it's not your typical bedroom.
That one includes a single bed,
but that one can be divided on spot.
There's no mattress yet, but on spot,
the client will have two mattresses,
one underneath there, one here.
So when the kids are coming over,
you can separate the bed into two sections
so that the kids can sleep over there.
And then you have a big, nice window right there.
This is also an egress size window.
In front of the bed, we have, of course,
the entrance door at the back of the house,
but we also have tons of storage.
Actually, it's almost a full wall of storage
and also a little drop desk.
So yeah, it's quite fun to have a place like that
for guests when they come over.
Right here, we have a rail guard,
and this is an extension of the loft
that is above the bathroom.
And then here's the skylight.
That's part of the loft,
so that also provides natural light,
and it's quite stylish as well.
In the upper corner,
we have one of the two heat recovery air exchanger,
and then next to it, we have kind of a big window
that allows some more light inside the bedroom.
Here we go into the bathroom.
Quite compact.
This one is pretty much the same as the original Norio XL.
We have a flush toilet right here
with a little nook right here for the toilet paper.
We have a vanity of a decent size
with a counter that matches the one in the kitchen.
We have a mirror on top of the vanity that is quite deep,
and we have some storage in the corner right there.
Right here, what we have is a 36 by 36 shower.
The shower panels are really nice,
and the glass door allows for people to see it
when you're directly in the bathroom,
and the boys did a really nice job on that one.
Right, we have here is the mechanical room,
some push and pull doors.
For the bottom wall, we have on the upper left,
we have a plug where the power supply is connected.
Next to it, we have the fuse box
for all the 12 volts elements inside the house,
and on the right, we have the actual power converter.
Underneath the power converter,
we have the small particle filter,
and next to it on the left, we have the smart water valve
that will shut off your valve in case of a water leak,
and then in the bottom of that wall,
we have the propane entrance.
What you see next to the propane entrance
is actually a humidity sensor.
On the left wall, what we have from top to bottom
is the switch for the actual light.
We have the main water entrance.
We have the switch for the utility outlet
that is connected underneath the house,
and then we have actually a two outlet plug for,
in this case, we plug the smart water valve in it.
Underneath that, we have the cold water line,
the hot water line, and down on the floor,
we have the propane on-demand water heater.
On the right wall, we have the connection
for a two-in-one washer and dryer combo
that will be installed by the client on spot.
All right, so next to the mechanical room,
we have the place where the two-in-one washer and dryer combo
will be installed, and then right in front of Frank,
we have a sliding door in the hallway.
That one's really nice, so let's get to the loft.
The access to the loft
is with a really comfortable staircase,
and then we have a nice little rail guard right here
for safety purposes, and then I'm sitting
on the platform of the loft, and then when I'm standing,
I can just be standing up while I'm changing
in front of the closet.
The closet is a decent size,
and then there's three drawers underneath it,
and then when you get to the loft,
actually, it's quite comfortable.
You can actually have the head of the base
in either direction.
Actually, it's always better to have the highest pitch
of the house where the head of the base will be,
so in this case, the client will install
the head of the bed right there,
and then there's a little nightstand in the corner
with some utility outlet.
What we have here is an egress window.
All the windows are equipped with blinds,
and that's really a clever move to make for a tiny house
because there's more windows per square feet.
You might as well include some doors
so you can manage the temperature
without having to deal with the actual heating sources
inside your house.
These can be really helpful during wintertime.
What we have here is the access
to that little extension of the loft,
and then there's a skylight in the corner right here,
so there's no rooftop deck on that one,
but then the skylight can still open,
so actually, you can open it up and have a beer
while having your head sticking out of your house
or actually just leave it closed
and benefit from the light,
but then that's the purpose of the skylight, right?
Here we have another rail guard for safety purposes,
so that's a nice little chilling area in the loft.
We kind of did that video tour backwards,
so we kind of kept the fun part for the end, right?
So here we are, the main living area of the Neue XL.
That one is quite stunning, actually.
It feels really airy.
It's bright, it's warm.
It's fantastic, actually.
So let's describe it a little bit without moving too much.
Here we have a nice little bench,
quite comfortable with a really big-sized table,
so actually, you can sit easily six people around it,
so if you receive guests over,
you can move it and have a chair right there,
a chair right there,
and then at least four people on the other side,
so if you wanna stretch it a little bit,
you might include two other chairs in front of it,
so actually six to eight people,
but then you cannot sleep up to six to eight people,
so when the dinner's over, get out of my house!
In front of the table, we have a 12-volt refrigerator.
That one is around nine cubic feet,
decent-sized apartment size, actually,
and then next to it, we have the countertop.
Here we have our propane range,
including an oven in the bottom.
Of course, we have some pull-out pantry right here.
And then a drawer underneath the propane range.
We have cabinets next to the range hood.
On top of that, we have the head of the mini-split system.
That one will provide heating
and air conditioning in the house,
and right now, it's quite appreciated.
Yeah?
Yeah, Frank agrees.
So next to it, we have a lot of drawers,
and we have a nice little butcher block right here.
That one is full walnut.
Be careful when you choose a butcher block
to make sure that you have
the proper type of wood to make it.
And here we have a single sink.
That one is stainless, and then we have a black faucet
and a nice little window on top of it.
Here we have, under the sink, nothing sexy there.
I don't know why I showed you guys this,
but yeah, there's a green tape right here.
You see there are some ABS pipes,
and then, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
At the end of the kitchen,
we have a dishwasher of a decent size as well,
and then we have some LED strip
under all the upper cabinets,
and then you can adjust them
depending on how romantic you feel.
So now I feel a little romantic,
so I'm just gonna leave it like that.
Living area.
What we have here is two long drawers
that are actually filling out the whole length
of the living area,
and we do have a floor chart right here
for the part that is not accessible.
So everything is used.
Also, we do have two other drawers right here.
Those are less deep than that one,
but then it's still some really deep storage,
so yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then we have some nice little entrance hooks
so you can put your clothes when you come in,
coats or a sweatshirt,
or what else can you put there?
A hat.
Might as well put that right here.
What we have in the living area in terms of couch,
actually, the mattress is not installed yet,
but then that couch converts into,
nope, that's not the way.
The couch converts into a bed.
And actually, it's quite a big bed, actually.
So you can deploy it when you receive guests over.
And then the client will actually install
some mattress on spot.
And then, of course, two drawers underneath that bed.
Then we have a nice square window
that is actually an awning window
so you can leave it up when it's raining,
and also a blind.
So you can actually close all the blinds here
when you're watching TV or leave the blinds all open.
There's tons of natural light coming in that living area,
not mentioning that big window in front of me right now.
Yeah, in the corner here,
we have a 100-amp electrical panel.
There's a lot of space left.
As you can see, almost half of it is still available.
That is mainly due to the fact
that there are some propane appliances in here.
Above the electrical panel,
we have another heat recovery air exchanger,
mandatory in a minimalist tiny house.
Frank just knocked his foot.
I just heard it.
Did you hear it?
You did, right?
In front of the couch, we do have a TV area.
And on both sides, we have some shelves.
Those are wood.
Of course, it's quite obvious.
So it was up to the client
to decide what type of shelves he wanted.
So yeah, feel free to be creative.
He was definitely creative with those.
And then we have the HDMI cable
that you can run from the electronics
to the back of the TV, actually.
Yeah, how awesome is that?
So that sums up the tour of this version of the Neue XL.
That's the second time we do the Neue XL.
And of course, it's quite a stunning design.
We think it's one of our favorite
for the fact that it suits a lot of different needs.
And yeah, there's a bedroom loft, a downstairs bedroom.
The living area is awesome.
There's tons of storage.
You can have that model fully electrical
or combined with propane.
So it's pretty much the best design ever, ever.
So even though we're booked for the year 2021,
right now is still a good time to contact us
to get your project going
because it takes a while to get a project going.
And of course, we suggest people to look into land,
look into financing before contacting us.
But then after that, the fun begins.
What happens, I mean, right now,
there's a lot of stuff going.
The team is truly motivated.
We have some big announcements coming soon.
So we suggest you stay tuned
on our different media platforms.
We have Facebook, Instagram.
We have, of course, the YouTube channel.
If you like what you saw and if you have some comments,
feel free to write it down in the comments below.
It's always fun to see what you guys think
about the project that we're doing.
So without further waiting, let's have a look inside.
I got you.
