If you don't know who I am and you just randomly click on this video like it happens, you know 2 a.m. You're on your bed. You're just like trying to go to sleep And you're just like hmm, this looks interesting You're watching it and you might not even get through half of the video before you fall asleep But let me just tell you my name is Greta Luna Priego. Luna Priego is my last name. Greta is my first name But some people think Luna is my real name. It is not So let's talk about periods. Okay, as we're currently speaking. I am Bleeding. I'm on my period right now And that's kind of how I got the idea of this video because there are so many times When I feel like poop, I feel like absolute poop And my friends are like, hey girlfriend, we want to hang out or whatever and i'm like, I don't feel good I feel fat. I feel bloated I feel like I could literally just fall over and die. But yeah, and so That's when What you're wearing comes into play. You don't have to wear a baggy t-shirt leggings Leggings and all of that every single time You're on your period or especially when your period is the heaviest like that doesn't have to be your reality. You don't have to live Like that girl. You don't have to live like that That's why i'm making this video and I decided it would be interesting to show you some outfit ideas For when you're on your period because honestly not gonna lie like tell me Sister do you also change what you're wearing? Do you kind of veer away from the cute like tight Jeans that like kind of accentuate the booty and accentuate the thighs and accentuate all of the all of the squats You've been doing at the gym. I bet you do and honestly Honestly when i'm wearing leggings and just like a baggy t-shirt, I feel Worse than what I really feel like, you know what I mean? It's kind of like you feel so much worse And you don't have to feel that bad. You can feel a little bad, but you don't have to feel that bad Let me show you What I got in mind. Okay, so as you can see it's definitely A different day a different time a different era. I look different Different outfits different makeup didn't even really do my brows today. So if you're like Where her brows go? Okay. So the first outfit idea for when you're on your period is a patterned midi Belted dress but specifically I think when you're on your period you kind of look like three weeks pregnant you look a little Look a little bloated midi dresses are great because they kind of make you look a little slimmer They give the illusion that oh girl. She's Snatched and especially if they're patterned patterned dresses specifically like the one that i'm wearing the picnic The picnico one I think that it's great because it kind of gives the illusion that you're smaller And there's so much going on with the pattern that you can't even notice your pregnancy belly and especially if it's a midi dress Like I said, well, let's be honest. Yes, this day is like five foot two So many dresses become maxi dresses for me Many dresses are amazing because they do cut off in an awkward length, but it's so flattering Because it shows your ankles so it kind of shows a little bit of skin But it's not all the way to the floor and you don't want to look like you're being swallowed up by the dress And especially if the dress has a waistband or like a belt or if it doesn't even have one You can just get a belt and just like put it Put it there and it's great because it cinches you in especially at the right points right under the boobage area so it kind of cinches you in makes you look really The one that i'm wearing is from mango if you're curious I got it in Winter time or like fall time. So I don't know if it's even around anymore But if I can find one, of course everything will be linked in the description box And I paired this beautiful midi dress with some mules some old lady mules. I love Me a good pair of old lady mules like grandma mules abuelita mules Like they are the best because I think they're so damn cute So these mules that are like woven that i'm wearing in this video, which are from and other stories It's just like my favorite story in the entire freaking world. I love it so much but Love them. They're so flattering. They're not uncomfortable because they're very small heeled You can get even smaller heels like kitten mules. Those are amazing. I love those but mine I just I could wear them all the time. Like if I could marry a pair of shoes, it would be These grandma mules these abuelita mules from and other stories because they're so damn cute So the second outfit that I wanted to share with you all are matching sets Now the one that i'm wearing in this video is so cute. I love it. It's so cute It's from zara and again, I got this a few months ago. I don't know if they still have it available I got it when I was in rome I highly recommend sets because a you don't even have to think about what you're wearing You literally have the top piece thought out for you and the bottom piece thought out for you You don't have to think about anything. You just throw it on and you're good to go So sets are amazing and this set specifically I love because it is a silky skirt I love silky skirts because they're very shiny So they make your just they make your body look kind of goddessy like I don't even know how to describe it it's kind of like when you put a highlighter on your shoulders and your decollete which I totally forgot to do today whenever I see a girl wearing it. I think it's so cute I think it's so flattering No one's gonna be noticing the fact that your stomach is three times as big as it usually is and I specifically would recommend Sets that are high-waisted. So this skirt. I don't know if it's supposed to be high-waisted, but I just kind of Yank it up as much as I can. I love high-waisted things But specifically high-waisted sets are amazing because it's like is she wearing a set? Is she wearing a dress? Is she wearing a one-piece like I can't tell it's a mystery and it shows a little bit of skin but again, if it's high-waisted it shows like the flattering part of your Stomach and abdomen. It's like the perfect amount of skin and it's so cute. It's so flattering And yes, because I know the last thing that you want to be wearing when you're on your period are jeans We're not even going to talk about that. We're not even going to talk about jeans. They don't deserve a place in this video Okay, and Specifically the shoes that I decided to wear are surprise some mules But these are a lot lower than the other ones that I showed in the first outfit And they are pop of red which I think are so cute. They're so cute. I love there's nothing I love more than the combination of pink And red. I just think pink and red are meant to be they are just So if you pair like a monochrome Set with a pop of color that matches the set that you're wearing. I just think you're good to go I think you deserve like an oscar for that outfit because it's so damn cute and that's what I did for this outfit So I hope you think it's so cute because I think it's so cute All right. So the third outfit that I want to talk about is the t-shirt outfit so now Like I said in the beginning of the video Sometimes the most comfortable thing that you can wear when you're on your period is an oversized t-shirt and some leggings I understand I Get it. I understand 100% that that's the only thing you really even want to wear. You might be watching this video like Like clicking out but wait Wait, I hear you. I hear you. I understand that you want to wear your oversized t-shirt So let me show you how you can wear your oversized t-shirt Okay, the first way that you can wear your oversized t-shirt is to throw on an overall dress on top Oh my god, I have been an advocate for overall dresses for like three years now Like overall dresses 2020 They're amazing. I love them. They're so comfortable. They're so cute again You don't have to think about what you're wearing. You don't have to think about anything You're literally just wearing the overall dress and that's basically your entire outfit. I love finding mine on Urban Outfitters That's where I got mine and you can find them at Zara. You can find them Anywhere and if you're not into dresses, you can also wear just regular overalls I have another pair of overalls that I actually showed in my previous video if you want to check them out I'll leave it in the description box except it's an overall dress they're pants, but they're wide-legged pants So they're not like skinny jean overall Pants that are so uncomfortable when you're on your period and that's like the last Thing I want to wear. I have a pair of like really cute skinny jean overalls but Honey, you can still wear pants But if they're wide-legged, they're a little bit baggier. They're like boyfriend fit. Those are the way to go I love those those are so comfortable and I paired this outfit with my new favorite obsession In the entire world my chunky white sneakers to every basic girl on instagram I love these shoes so much. First of all, like I said, i'm like 5'2 5'3 Really short. So honestly if I can get any kind of height at all, that's all i'm asking for that's all I want in life So they're so comfortable. They give you height. They're so cool They're such a great conversation starter Like you don't know what to talk about because you're on your period and your brain is just like blah blah Just be like hey, look at my shoes and then you have a conversation another option that you can do To wear your oversized t-shirt is to wear it with some high-waisted shorts, but but Throw a long blazer on top of it and girl Girl so cute. I love this trick. Literally. I mean A lot of people already do this, but you know, sometimes you just gotta hear it Sometimes you just gotta hear from someone to throw on a long blazer on top of a basic outfit is like a trick that has Been around for eons for centuries our ancestors did it. I mean, it's such a good trick if you want to look put together But you don't want to go through such a hassle Just throw on a blazer and the reason i'm saying a long blazer is because a it makes you look taller makes you look leaner B It covers the stomach usually long blazers tend to be oversized and I do recommend to get a little bit of an oversized one I usually am a small or extra small most things but I got a medium in this blazer. So If you can find one that's a little bit oversized. It's kind of like an oversized jean jacket That's also another great idea. You can throw on a jean jacket on top of this outfit. Yes, girl I'm suggesting jean on jean. That's how much I believe in you and also it kind of covers the booty area. So, you know You know in case something happens you have some coverage, you know, I mean and I paired this entire outfit with my Sam what are they called? Oh my god, I want to say sam smith's but i'm just thinking of sam smith They're the ones that like have the little green Thing on the back, you know, I mean and these were so popular in paris when I was living in paris a couple months ago Everyone everyone had these shoes literally everyone like here it's air force ones But over there it was these shoes, but they're so cute. I love them Of course, they are sneakers. So they're going to be super comfortable They're so easy to get in and out of because they're velcro So you don't even have to worry about thinking how to tie those shoes when you have period burning Okay, I understand and the last outfit idea that i'm going to share with you for your period bleeding days are cargo pants Yes now 2012 me would literally be gagging I would be like Cargo pants are coming back. I don't know if it's literally society that's making me think that they're cute Cargo pants are amazing because a they are so comfortable Like now I understand why all those middle school boys were wearing cargo pants like every single day They're also kind of weirdly flattering. It's kind of like the whole thing with boyfriend jeans Boy baggy boyfriend jeans you think that they're not flattering you think that they make you look kind of bloated kind of big kind of You know But they just work. I don't even know what it is I think it's the cinching of the waist and the ones that i'm wearing in this video are literally my favorite thing in the whole Freaking world. They're my cargo pants. I got from poland bear I got them when I was in paris and literally everyone was wearing them They actually come with a chain on the side, but I don't know if I can pull that off But I paired it with like a kind of a monochrome monochromatic outfit again 2012 me would gag literally whenever I would see anyone wearing monochrome. I was like, honey That is not fashion I paired it with a graphic tee with like a pattern graphic tee It has a pattern on it If you can find a graphic t-shirt that has like a saying on it I don't know like a pattern on it like the one i'm wearing with cheetah print. I love those I think those are so cute. They dress up an outfit They make you look again more put together than you actually really are because you literally just threw a t-shirt on But so cute and then and then again There she goes again with the mules, but I paired it with these mules that are so cute. They're from target I love them so much because they were target. They're so affordable. They're so cheap.
