Good morning guys.
This video is going to be a little different.
Usually I'm just going to different places, eating food prepared for me, but I heard when
you come to Thailand, you've got to take a cooking class.
So that's what we're going to do today.
Look at her shirt.
That's an awesome shirt.
So right now the guide is giving us a tour of this wet market and some of the unique
ingredients that are here.
Indos eat this.
That's your shopping list?
Yes.
That's very convenient.
Huge.
It reminds me of a massive Chinese grocery store.
And with a lot of scooters just randomly driving by.
So you've got to watch your step.
That's what I love.
See a guy with a car full of ribs?
You let him through.
This is the market.
I mean, it is not glamorous, but there's a lot of good eats here.
She's really having fun with her name.
Sticky rice.
Mango.
For my time cooking with Poo, I am now going to go to my second buffet video.
This is going to be tough.
I just ate.
Now I'm going to go eat at a buffet.
Who says life is easy?
This is a residential area and this is an alleyway where a lot of houses are.
This is as local Thailand as I can get right now, I think.
But it's pretty cool seeing how people live.
I mean, this is kind of like the hutongs of China.
That's a taxi, by the way.
You can ride on the back of that guy.
But today was a really fun day.
I saw a market that was really, you know, a very raw look at a market.
And now I'm going to try to go to a buffet and hopefully I can film there.
Buffet number two in Thailand.
And this is a very famous buffet.
This is one of the most popular seafood buffets in Bangkok.
And it's inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which just exudes luxury.
Wow.
Everything is just like, it's like that pond from that Little Mermaid.
Oh,
I'm so full.
Fantastic buffet treated me so nicely, even though I'm kind of dressed like a scrub.
But yeah, that's it.
I might go to Chinatown tonight.
If not, then that's the end of the food videos in Thailand.
I'm kind of sad.
Not really, because they take a lot of work.
Going to my first Thai spa.
One thing people say I have to do in Thailand is go get a Thai massage.
So let's go get a Thai massage.
This is my first massage in my entire life.
I don't get massages, but this place looks really cool.
It's pretty.
Wow.
I bet you there's koi in here.
A lot of flowers.
Pretty.
Shoes.
Thank you.
This is really pretty.
Ice tea.
It's a lot of ginger.
Okay, so I'm getting the whole body Thai massage.
And I want soft.
I'm a wimp.
I get hurt easily.
People need to be gentle with me.
I don't know.
How do you describe your skin type?
I think normal.
Allergies?
I don't think so.
Here we go.
Going to the room.
Wow, thank you.
How fancy is this?
Cool.
This is where I'm going to be laying down.
And this is new underwear.
Size X.
Wow.
Wow, guys.
Look, this is...
Oh my god.
This is...
This is where I'm supposed to be wearing it.
But guys, I mean, I don't know.
How does this even work?
Just wrapped up my first Thai massage.
Well, my first massage ever.
And I enjoyed it.
It was really nice.
Two hours.
It was 1,700 baht.
So around $50 for two hours.
I think that's a pretty good deal.
And the entire place was immaculate.
It's really nice.
What you do is you shower first.
Then get on the table.
And then they, you know, do their thing.
And I fell asleep a lot.
But I don't think I fell asleep.
I fell asleep because I could still hear myself snoring.
So I don't know if I went through some like outer body experience or something.
But overall, really nice place.
Beautiful experience.
Perfect last activity before I get on a plane back to New York.
