2023 Nissan Z Performance First Look and Review! Nissan NAILED the REDESIGN!!

Welcome back to the channel, guys. Super exciting day here. You asked for this in the comments. You guys have been bugging Nissan. Long-awaited arrival here. 400Z, we have the performance package here, and I'm right outside of St. Catherine's Nissan to present it to you. Let's dive into it. I gotta throw my blue glasses on for this. Now, Nissan has stated that this is their boldest, most aggressive and powerful version of the Z. They took a lot from the older models, you know, your 240s, your 350s, and your 370. But really, the only thing that matters is that Z that we're talking about here. This one comes with an MSRP of $59,998. We got the performance model here, and it's packing a three-liter twin-turbo engine, 400 horsepower. And let's take a look at what we got going on with this nice, bold, long front nose, aggressive styling, nice rounded-out headlights, which are reminiscent of that 240Z model that we saw in the past. Forward sensors, and it's gonna come with the Nissan safety shield, you know, your intelligent emergency braking. A lot new tech that you didn't see on the previous models. You'll have your blind spot monitor. And let's move around to the side here. When you look at the side profile, one of my favorite things about the Z, you still have that Z emblem right there. And I love this. They went with that two-tone roof here with the black and the blue. And then they've made this kind of katana style is what they've talked about. I've seen katana style right here with this silver. It does look like a katana sword separating our roof from our body. Let's get down nice and low and take a look at these rims here. This one comes with a 19-inch forged aluminum alloy rim. This being the performance model, you get a few added features. Limited slip differential. I can't wait to try out the launch control mode. This one's a pro though, so we won't be able to take it for a good long test drive, but stay tuned for my review when we take this puppy on the road and do have all sorts of fun with it. Let's check out the rear. Being the performance trim, you get this nice aggressive rear spoiler on the back and it flows right into this styling, which is reminiscent of that 1990 300Z that we saw before here. I love kind of the retro styling of the taillights that we have below. And then check this out, dual exhaust tips. I can't wait to give this thing a few revs and hear how it sounds. Here's something really cool. The hood release is right under the Nissan emblem there. Now, when you're getting these two passenger sports cars, you're probably wondering how much space is in the trunk. And similar to the last year's model, you do have quite a bit of space. It looks like they added some volume here to your cargo area. Definitely enough for your set of clubs, maybe even two if you're going golfing with the lady. On the business end, here we are jumping in here and I love what's going on here, guys. Little reminiscent of the previous model, but fresh, updated, modern technology. Of course, we have this blue interior here. We have the leather with the Alcantara inserts. Really makes that pop and contrast well with the exterior. I can't wait to see the other color combinations that come out here. Center console is pretty similar to last year's model. Two cup holders, which is nice. One for you and one for your girl. And then you have a little bit of storage right in there. Heated front seats as well. This one is the nine-speed automatic, but you can get a six-speed manual as well. And then you have your different drive modes as well. This Z emblem slaps you in the face right when you get in and take a look at the steering wheel. I love this leather-wrapped wheel with the paddle shifters. And then this 12-inch display right behind it. This one being the performance, you get things like these extra added gauges for your boost, your turbo speed, and your voltage. We have the intelligent cruise control as well, so it will help keep you a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you. I love this kind of cockpit style that we're sitting in here with the large screen. It's tilted on an angle, so it makes an easier viewing angle when you're looking down at it. Obviously, you get the new technology, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. And then you have the USB as well to charge your phone. Let's start this bad boy up. See how it starts. Woo! I love that 12 display behind it. And listen to that sound. Whoa! Jeez. The backup camera has been improved here. You get this nice, large backup camera with the guidance lines. And let's talk about the infotainment here. You have the updated Nissan Connect system, so you got your Sirius satellite radio, and it's coming out of the Bose audio speakers with this performance package.
