Hi guys, welcome back to my channel today.
I am filming from our spare bedroom
and I am filming a Primark haul.
I have a few bags of things to show you guys,
so I thought I would do it in like a try-on style,
show you the items, try them on
so you can see how they fit on my body shape
and basically see what's new in store for Primark.
Okay, so let's start with this bag.
Okay, something I did pick up in the sale
and it's actually a homeware item.
I saw it and I said to Tom when I got back,
what do you think of this?
And he was like, yeah, it's okay.
And I'm kind of the same,
but it is a bargain, bargain price.
So I had to pick it up,
even just to show you guys for inspiration.
We will find a home for it somewhere,
but it might not be a forever key piece to our home.
But it is this natural clock
and it was reduced down from eight pounds,
which in itself is a good price for a clock,
but it was just three pounds.
Now I'm loving the neutrals, the woods,
the earthy kind of materials and colours
at the minute anyway.
And the hands are white,
so it's very classic, very minimal in design.
And just something that I figured
would fit certainly somewhere in our house.
So yeah, three pounds.
Okay, let's go into this bag here.
Oh, is this another homeware piece?
Yeah, it is.
Okay, and again, another sale homeware piece
is this jasmine and wild fig candle.
As I'm sure you guys know,
I have a candle and fragrance drawer downstairs
that, lovely,
that I just keep stocked up with candles
because I just burn through them throughout,
especially autumn, winter.
I just love candles burning in my home.
So this one is what this looks like.
I love the kind of like copper, amber kind of tones.
And again, reduced down from three pound 50
to just one pound.
I did just pick up one more like home,
not home accessory.
It's basically not fashion related.
It is this planner.
I love the design of the little cacti there.
And in the middle it says, can't touch this.
Inside is like a diary planner
and then like a note section at the end as well.
So just something to maybe keep in your handbag
if you like that kind of thing.
I'm a big stationery lover
and this one was only two pound 50.
So I picked it up.
If you're new to my channel,
then firstly please subscribe
and give me a thumbs up
if you like your Primark hauls as much as I do.
But if you are new,
then you probably won't know
that my style is fairly neutral.
The first thing I got is a swimming costume.
And am I going on holiday?
No.
But I just couldn't resist the bargain that it was.
And also I love the like simple design of this.
I saw some in Zara very, very similar.
It's kind of like got ribbed design to it.
Scoop neck, just very simple.
It's got adjustable straps,
a very low deep plunging back.
And it was only five pounds.
I think that's pretty good.
Moving on to a PJ set.
I love this set so much.
It feels amazing.
I love, I just think it looks really sophisticated
and classy.
What do you guys think?
Now, these are the shorts
and they're like a satiny kind of fabric.
Really, really like loose fit, comfortable
with a little bit of lace crochet design now on the sides
just to add that little something extra.
The bottoms were only six pounds.
I got them in a size medium 10 to 12.
And then the tops, if I remember rightly,
they had awkward sizing.
Oh no, 10 to 12.
I don't know where I got that from.
But the top was six pounds as well.
So 12 pound for a set.
This has hidden support.
I wouldn't class it as support,
but it's got an extra layer up to here
just to like cover your modesty,
if you know what I mean.
Okay, next up I got a classic piece
that I feel is like a necessity in your autumn wardrobe.
And for only 15 pounds,
this little trench here I think is a bargain.
15 pounds this was, and I got it in a size 10.
Let me try it on with what I'm wearing,
even though I probably wouldn't wear it
with a hoodie and jeans like so.
But just so you can get an idea as to what the fit is like.
Now what I like about this
is that it's quite thin and lightweight.
So like I said, for that transitional,
like this time of the year
where you want just that extra layer,
the trench, looking outside,
it's absolutely tipping it down as well.
So a nice little extra layer of something.
Love the color of this, got tortoiseshell buttons,
which I'm a big fan of.
So yeah, this is what this looks like.
And I honestly think 15 pounds,
couldn't recommend this enough.
Okay, bag number two of three.
Okay, so another jacket.
And this time it's in this like Borg shearling style,
which was huge last year.
And I think it will continue to be
into this like autumn winter as well.
Got it in a size 10, now 25 pounds,
kind of pricey for Primark,
but I personally think,
especially as you can get a trench like that for 15.
Nonetheless, I got it,
didn't have time to try it on or anything.
So I'm not 100% sure if I'm keeping it yet.
This is literally the first time I'm trying it on.
So let's give this a whirl.
It feels really, really thick and good quality.
And on the inside, it's got like a faux leather lining.
So it feels like this will continue to be worn
like throughout winter as well.
It's not just autumn.
Yeah, I already feel super, super cozy in it.
One little thing, hardware is like a gun metal,
which I would have preferred if it was gold.
What do you guys think?
I guess it's kind of designed to be a little bit
like oversized trucker jacket kind of style.
It's definitely my color.
And I have seen this on other people's Primark hauls.
And I did have my eyes peeled for it when I was in store.
I just don't know, 25 pound is steep for Primark.
Or am I just being tight?
What do you guys think?
I'll leave a little poll up here.
For a yes, thumbs up, or no, too expensive for Primark.
Let me know your thoughts.
I'll be honest, I didn't really have high hopes
with this kind of material from a cheaper shop,
but it's not bad.
So maybe that's where the 25 pound investment has gone into.
No need to explain, I needed some more cotton buds.
No, they're cotton pads.
Okay, next item that I've got,
I saw this in several different colors.
Again, I haven't tried it on yet and it looks kind of short.
So we'll give it a whirl, see how it fits.
But it is this corduroy,
which again is another huge fabric for the autumn season.
And again, the color mustard is very much gonna be on trend.
And then again, my favorite, tortoiseshell buttons.
So I love that it's buttoned down all the way as well.
So let's try this on.
Now I've got it in a size 10.
I think this is gonna be too short for my liking.
It's a good fit around the waist.
I'm probably gonna have to pan you down, one second.
Okay, this skirt is only eight pounds,
which I think is great value for money.
But I would have paid 10 to just get
that extra inch of fabric on each side.
I like things really high-waisted
and it's just kind of sat just below my belly button.
And on top of that, it's quite short as well.
So probably too short for my liking, so we'll be going back.
But if you have killer legs and love, shorter is better,
then I would recommend this
because it comes with so many different colors.
And I think eight pounds is a really, really good price point
for a corduroy skirt.
Moving on to the last and final little bag.
Oh, I forgot about that, right?
Okay, these are both actually
from the men's section, these last two.
Let me move you back up.
The first one is kind of like,
maybe keep this one or the other one.
We'll see how we go.
And I went to the Manchester Primark,
which is for me, other than when I used to live in Bristol,
Bristol one was really good as well.
Manchester is like second best to that.
So for me, where I am based now,
Manchester's the best one.
And this was really hidden in a corner.
So it's this again, corduroy jacket
in this gorgeous like camel neutral color.
Again, hardware is like kind of like a dirty silver,
if that makes sense, not gunmetal.
But probably gold would have been a little bit better
or like a brassy tone, but it's not, but it's fine.
This again, only 15 pounds,
so more affordable than the 25 pound one.
I got it in a size small.
Now, usually I would size up.
Yeah, I'm glad I went for a small actually.
I like this.
See, as a layering piece, this will be a good transitional
because it's not too thick,
but you'd be surprised how like warm denim
and corduroy can keep you.
Layered up with maybe not this hoodie,
but other jumpers and knits throughout winter as well.
Check out the men's section.
I honestly always do, and I would highly recommend it.
And then I'm also ending on probably my favorite thing
from this haul.
I always have my eyes out for Lion King stuff.
I'm a big Lion King fan.
It's my ultimate Disney movie.
If anyone asks me what my favorite Disney movie would be,
it's always going to be the Lion King.
I even have a cuddly toy Simba,
who I've had since I was like a baby.
He's in the bedroom.
So Lion King's my favorite,
but I always think the choice of Lion King stock
in Primark is pretty rubbish, to be honest with you.
Until I went to the men's section
and I love sleeping in oversized tees,
so I got this t-shirt to kind of just sleep in,
lounge around the house.
But it's just plain.
It's got the Lion King there on the front.
And this was six pounds, I think.
Yeah, all of their Disney t-shirts are like six pound.
I did get it in an XL from the men's section, like I said.
So if I pan you down, you can see there.
It's like an oversized t-shirt dress,
which I'll just sleep in, honestly.
I just find that sleeping in t-shirts so, so comfortable.
Yay, Tom's gonna just go, oh my God,
when he sees this on me, but I love it.
Goonamatata.
Anyway, that sums up everything
that I got on this little trip to Primark.
I hope you enjoyed it.
Stay tuned for next month,
where I'm gonna go full force autumn.
Or I say next month,
I may even go back in a few weeks' time.
So stay tuned for that.
