BEST SOUTH DAKOTA CAMPGROUND _ RAFTER J BAR RANCH

Our favorite place to stay during the Sturgis Rally is at the Rafter J Bar Ranch. This video is not sponsored. It's our own opinion. We've been staying here at the Rafter J Bar since 2014 and we love it. We come back every year. This year we paid $74 a night for a site that included electric, water, sewer, a picnic table, and a fire pit. If you need them, there are also showers and restrooms. There's laundry facilities and a little camp store that sells ice cream. They have a pool. And the best thing about this campsite is there is plenty of open space. You can just relax. You're not too close to anyone and enjoy all that fresh air in the Black Hills. Rafter J Bar is located just outside of Hill City, kind of in between Hill City and Custer, close to Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore.
