Quick and easy fish bites/ snack.............. here is a snack item that is easy and yummy make this easy bites and devour it quick. It is crunchy and soft in the middle. It is definitely a fish version of popcorn chicken Do give it a try.Share this recipe to your friends and family.

INGREDIENTS FOR FISH MARINATION
------------‐---‐--------‐-‐--‐---------------------------------
500g fish fillet Grouper skinless/ any type fish
1tbsp vinegar
1tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg White
1tsp ready-mixed flour

*Cut cubes the fish fillet
*Marinate the fish with those ingredients set a side

OTHER INGREDIENTS
---------‐---‐-------------‐-------‐
5-6 dry cut and set aside
1cup Cornflour
Sufficient oil for fry

METHOD
------‐-----------‐
*Coat the fillet cubes with corn flour one by one

*In pan add sufficient oil and fry the fish fillet

*Finally add a little water to the balance Cornflour and mix
*Add in the dry chili to the Cornflour flour mix and fry until crispy

*Serve the chili with fish bites...enjoy
