In fact, breakthrough technologies appear regularly, and we have given examples of similar inventions many times in our videos. Some forums are held, scientists invent something there, implement. We regularly see news about another discovery and breakthrough. But in reality, we observe this, this, this, this. Well, everything is in this spirit. So what's the matter? Why technologies that have already been developed and tested do not go into mass production and do not reach people? Let's figure it out, only as an example we will take not a fantastic quantum engine, but a rather banal technology that has already entered everyday life. We will analyze electric transport. After all, electric scooters and scooters, five years ago not very well known to the general public, are now already traveling en masse on the streets of our cities. So, in March 2018, there are about 1,800 electric cars in Russia. While in Canada, similar in climate conditions, with a population of 36.5 million people, in February 2017, about 30,000 electric cars were registered. Well, in China, these 1,800 units are generally a statistical error. The number of electric cars exceeded 2 million. By the end of 2018, electric cars and hybrids in China will make up at least 8% of all cars. And by 2025, this threshold will be increased to 20%. Why is electric transport not being developed in Russia? This is what the President said about it. Many countries in the world stimulate the development of environmentally friendly types of transport, including electric cars. For us, this has a certain specificity. Why? Because in order to produce electricity and charge an electric car, you need to have some kind of primary source. And in the world, paradoxically, what is used most for the production of electricity? Coal. For our country, I think that, by the way, for many other countries in the world, the primary source, much more environmentally friendly, is gas. Therefore, if we talk about improving the environmental situation in this area, then we need to switch to gas-powered fuel. It was all modeled. Is it an electric car? This is an electric car. We have already tried to make an electric car once. In my opinion, not very well. We will do it. This is the face of lobbying of the interests of the main state corporation of the Russian Federation, Gazprom. Well, it turns out that until we run out of gas and oil, you can not count on state support for the introduction of electric cars. Meanwhile, Western companies are spending billions on the development and introduction of electric transport technologies. And in Russia and the former USSR countries, there is absolutely no motivation for people to purchase electric cars for personal use. For example, in the EU countries, this motivation is stimulated by high taxes on internal combustion engines and the reduction of transport taxes on electric cars. Electric cars are also allowed to use the allocated lanes of public transport, park and charge for free. Additional motivation is the tightening of environmental standards. As we know, many countries have already announced their refusal of internal combustion engines from 2025 to 2035. And what do we have? We have a lot of money. Rosnanovskoe чудo-chubaiso is a scooter with a car price. A clear cut of money, since at such a price, not a single adequate person will buy this nano-scooter. Unless you attach wings to it. And is this scooter at all a big question? Kalashnikov produces a limited series of electric motorcycles allegedly of Russian production. But in fact, this is all the same China, all with the same motors with magnets, which, according to the characteristics, are significantly inferior to the domestic development of asynchronous motor-wheels with a winding type of Slavyanka. In general, with the beginnings of state corporations in our country, in this area, frankly speaking, not much. Well, what about non-state companies? On September 22, 2017, Vladimir Putin was presented with an electric car Elpanda by Zetta in Ulyanovsk at the City Transport Exhibition. The chassis of which is made using motor-wheels with Slavyanka technology, developed by Duyunov. Since then, of course, no one has launched mass production, but the beginning is due. This is Yevgeny Duyunov, and this is an electric bicycle, the engine of which, in theory, allows you to develop a speed of up to 250 km per hour. We started working on the motor-wheel on February 4, 2015. In the Moscow-based Zelenograd, in a small rented room, Dmitry Duyunov and his son Yevgeny create the transport of the future. We are talking about an asynchronous electric motor. Externally, this is an ordinary motor-wheel, which is already on sale and is installed on electric bicycles. But here is an improved and simplified design without magnets. The price is lower, the characteristics are better. This is already something intermediate between a bicycle and a light motorcycle-scooter. The maximum speed that was achieved on this motor at the moment is 106 km per hour. The mileage at an average speed of 25-30 km per hour should be at least 120 km on a single charge. By the way, a bicycle with such a motor was demonstrated at a car show in Monaco at the end of April. The development was of great interest. A resident of the Belgorod region invented a unique electric motor. Based on Igor Korkhov, he took an ordinary mechanism, but supplied it with a special winding. Everything else was removed for unnecessary. The car, weighing 700 kg, will take third and fourth gear. It is very interesting abroad. But abroad, as I said, our Slavyanka patent holder is hard at the moment. First, we need to fix it in Russia. KAMAZ cars are equipped with modified Bosch 150A generators. The modification allowed to ensure uninterrupted operation of the generators in extreme conditions and at the same time increase their power. Electric bikes can already be bought. Several models have an engine with a winding like Slavyanka and are produced in China under a license. But again in China. Why can't we? Duyunov's company was even a resident of Skolkovo. Of course, Duyunov's company did not receive grants. Prizes, medals and certificates are always welcome. And the grant was received by a company that developed something like a female Viagra. The company went to various venture funds to finance the implementation of technology. But everyone has one solution. Money is given in exchange for a control package of the company. Foreign companies also offer to finance 100% in return for a change of jurisdiction and a control package. Such options do not suit the team of developers. Therefore, without finding support from the official authorities, Duyunov's company decided to start attracting investment in the Crown Investing model, where anyone can invest in the construction of an engineering center in exchange for part of the company's profits. The developers managed to open and equip the laboratory in time for experimental tests. And already in 2018, the first installation batch of motor-wheels will be released.
