That is why a worldview is worth it, in which there is room for the divine.
Anyone who has not already been shaped in a spiritual direction as a child will probably find it difficult to do so as an adult.
Believing in a superordinated instance that you can neither see nor hear out of the blue is as simple as an interesting psychological thought experiment.
Nevertheless, many people learn to pray in need.
Or they prefer the New Age version of it and turn to the universe with their wishes.
No matter how we call the higher power and how we imagine it, believing in it is something that wants to see evidence for the first time.
Sounds contradictory, it is.
But if such a proof of God has only touched our perception once, we will never doubt that much is certain.
If you are still thinking about whether you should give this inner voice a chance that wants to move you back and forth in the direction of spirituality,
we would have prepared five arguments here that clearly speak in favor of it.
1. Life experiences can be enjoyed more intensely
Let's start with an advantage that we would not trust in a spiritual life at first glance.
You live it more intensely.
Joy and suffering, heaven and hell, the good and the bad times,
all of this goes much more under our skin than people who have to get by without spiritual worldview.
Why?
If you can believe in a higher I, you always feel connected to it.
Days of happiness are seen as an immediate gift from above, and accordingly you value them and are grateful.
A exchange takes place.
We experience the connection to a spiritual I even more intensely in times of grief and need.
Praying, pleading and asking are then the language of dialogue and it will be more intense.
2. Gratitude is a regular guest in your life
Anyone who connects all the good that comes to him one-to-one with the generosity and grace of God or the universe
has everything to do with being grateful.
Every nice encounter, every even smaller success experience and every joy is then a pulse
that lets us express or think of a thank you for a short time.
Anyone who now thinks that this is just a trifle is wrong.
There is hardly a more influential companion for our daily life than gratitude.
It is, so to speak, the first domino that we hit in order to activate no less power than the law of attraction.
Every thought, spoken or felt thank you releases a positive vibration.
We immediately carry it out, wherever it resonates.
Action generates reaction and because of this tiny moment of gratitude,
fate takes revenge in a great way.
3. Empathy and compassion are not alien to you
You don't need a religion to be spiritual.
You don't have to join a faith community, church or a circle of prayer
to find and maintain your wire to your inner voice.
However, with every spiritual practice,
there is also a curiosity for different worldviews and worldviews.
Anyone who opens up spiritually is undeniably interested in the teachings of the great prophets and world religions.
Everyone has one thing in common.
Close love and compassion.
Religion has also had a social function since the beginning.
It is supposed to keep society together and ensure that there is room for the weak.
So whoever believes, no matter who or what, automatically develops empathy.
4. Optimism, hope and trust shape your everyday life
It is difficult to decide on a good thing that brings a spiritually shaped life with it.
But one of the greatest advantages is certainly hope.
One could also describe it quite pragmatically as unwavering optimism.
Many atheists and agnostics interestingly suggest naivety to the believers.
They want to make a malice out of this bonus and twist a string for them.
Basically, all optimists have to deal with such and similar prejudices.
Only they alone know how much more beautiful and easier it is to love if you can trust that everything will be fine.
Spirituality has exactly this message for us in the luggage and it does not get tired of reminding us every day.
5. Self-realization is your easiest exercise
Spirituality can become a real superpower if we give it a chance.
Anyone who can fall into the idea of always being well-cared for and well-protected fears nothing and no one more.
So every life dream can succeed and every utopian wish can become a reality.
Faith moves mountains, you just have to let it go.
In addition, thanks to spiritual guidance, there is always this inner voice that guides and guides us.
Sometimes it also guides us, but most of the time it gives green light.
It is like an inner compass that we can rely on 100%.
Spirituality and faith are so much more than just imposed alienation or the reverence of a religion made by humans.
Anyone who can really believe in something higher succeeds in everything.
By the way, we don't need a lot of courage on this path.
It is enough to recognize when we are wrong and the divine speaks a clear language.
Our today's conclusion is that whoever believes in nothing must know everything or be satisfied with little.
Faith does not take us out of responsibility, but it takes away a lot from us that other people have to shoulder on their own.
Believing in God or a creator spirit means there is always someone there.
We are never alone and we will always find an open ear for our concerns there.
Believing, going through life, gives us the freedom to be everything.
But it does not mean being allowed to do everything without having to fear consequences.
Anyone who has discovered God-trust as a worldview for themselves,
can never get away from a fantastic feeling of security, a lot of backing and certainty.
A life without spirituality is possible, but it is unparalleled difficult, especially when the times are tough.
If you can give the thing with faith at least a chance, then give this impulse.
It's easy, you have nothing to lose, you can only win.
