After we went down to calculate, with the construction of Chau Hien's house, we have the following design. The front of the construction is 8m long, the back of the construction is 12.2m, then the total area of ​​the square used is 96.6m2. This is the area we have not yet calculated the length of the yard. And inside, Chau Hien wants us to design functions, including 1 guest room, 1 library, we will have 3 bedrooms. And the kitchen space, this is an auxiliary construction, he has built outside. Inside, he only has 4 restrooms, as well as for the library space only. And we have divided the area as follows. With the guest room space is 33.45m2, the library is 10.3m2. With 3 bedrooms, bedroom number 01 is 12.55m, bedroom number 02 is 15.12m, bedroom number 03 is 11m2. And the auxiliary construction outside includes the kitchen and the bathroom. This is a construction that has been done before. As for the prayer room space, right next to the altar, we will have a wooden frame to cover this altar. Firstly, for example, when Chau Hien is at home, we have guests, we will also avoid looking directly at the altar. Besides that, we will also have a more private space, and create a luxury, a luxury for Chau Hien's prayer room. And this altar position is where we calculated and calculated in the water room. As for the color, we are looking at neutral colors. First of all, the frame with the letter L of the house will be painted white. The wall area next to the window will also be painted white. In addition, on the left side of the building, we will paint gray-blue. Very beautiful, right? Similarly, the concrete wall in the main entrance area will also be painted gray-blue. These are light and delicate colors to make the house always cool, especially with a flat surface. We will design how we feel comfortable in both summer and winter. We will not design the structure of the main entrance area, but to create uniqueness and impression. We will use a raised wall. This wall we will cover with tiles. The tiles are gray, very beautiful, right? You can see that there are patterns like this. We look very eye-catching and extremely modern. Besides, tiles like this will help the structure to be more beautiful and always fresh. Next, on the left side of the building is where we will design a flower bed. This flower bed is a space for Mr. Hien to grow flowers and green trees that Mr. Hien likes. The materials used in the main entrance area, the main entrance area, we will use the same material, which is Neom Synthar. Inside, we have suggested for Mr. Hien that we will use 2 tiles, one is white, and the other is gray. In the process, when Mr. Hien needs privacy, we can pull the tiles back.
