Hello everyone! Welcome to Yamakana Farm!
This time, we will reset the autumn garden.
This is the garden in front of my house, but the weather conditions are not so good.
It's a place like a shade or a semi-shade, so I'd like to make a complete shade garden.
This time, I will remove all the plants that are growing now and reset them.
I would be happy if you could use it as a reference for making autumn gardens.
Let's get started!
This time, I would like to make a complete shade garden.
I'm going to dig up all the plants that are growing now and start over from scratch.
I would like to change the path of the bricks and make it a little wider and easier to pass.
Let's dig up more and more.
First of all, the most common one is ajou.
It is a plant that is used as a ground cover.
Ajou is very useful for shade gardens, so I will put it in a pot and store it.
I'm going to plant what I dug up here when I make this shade garden.
If the turnip is small, I will change it to a 2.5 pot, and if it is large, I will change it to a 3 pot.
The turnip is already independent, so I will spread it as much as possible around the turnip.
There is another turnip next to it, so I can't get a turnip that's that wide, but I'll spread it as much as I can and transplant it while getting more roots.
Ajou is strong, so I think there is no problem even if the roots are cut to some extent.
After digging up like this, put it in a 2.5 pot like this, and this time I will replant it using garden soil like this.
The reason for this is that I plan to improve the soil of this garden as a whole, so it would be better if the amount of soil was reduced a little.
At this time, I'm thinking of using a lot of soil to replant.
Let's dig up more and more.
There are already more than 100 turnips, so let's do our best.
Everything I'm going to dig up, save, and use for the next replant is the seedlings.
The season to move the roots is autumn and spring, when the temperature is not too high and it is not too cold.
It's a little hot today, but the temperature has dropped a lot, so I'm doing this kind of work.
If the turnip is small like this, put two or three turnips together in a pot to save pot, and one turnip will be big, so let's do it like that.
With this area alone, I was able to get this much turnip.
After putting it in a pot like this, soak it in a dilution solution of active ingredients.
I brought an active ingredient, lichidase.
I will dilute it with this 1000 times dilution.
There is 10 liters of water in here, so I will put in half a cap of lichidase.
That will be 1000 times dilution.
Then, I will soak the turnips that I replanted earlier.
I would like to soak the turnips in a dilution solution of active ingredients in place of lichidase.
Even if you can do the work of replanting, planting, and dividing turnips in autumn,
I think that it will be better to soak the turnips in active ingredients, so I will do that kind of work.
It's a very solid turnip.
It's a turnip that I increased by blocking the stem.
After all, it grows well.
Okay, let's dig up other areas more and more.
Let's dig up turnips other than turnips.
First of all, this area.
Here is Monarda Snow Maiden.
The one with a long stem is Monarda.
And I think you can see two leaves in the back, but this is Monarda Snow Maiden.
Monarda Snow Maiden didn't have a breeding environment at all.
I have to move it to a place where it needs a little more fermentation, so I will dig up both of them.
Let's start with Monarda Snow Maiden.
There is a valve in the soil, so let's dig it up so as not to damage it.
I don't know because I have a root.
I think it's a situation where the stem is blocked and the turnip is made from it.
This is the original turnip.
The original turnip is alive, but it's pretty old.
It's a place where the sun doesn't hit much.
The turnip is already tattered, so let's get rid of the parent turnip.
You can use it as a cutting board from now on.
I think it's enough to just use the ones that have been fermented, so I'd like to leave this one.
This is too many leaves, so let's leave it at this level.
It's quite a mess, but I've dug it up.
This is a good place to grow a solid turnip.
I think it's okay if this turns out to be the worst.
This is Astilbe.
Let's dig it up.
Let's dig up the roots so that the roots remain firmly.
It's just right for a 6 pot.
It's a short flowering period, but it gives off a pink, very cute flower.
It's a shade garden, so I'll dig it up and store it, but I'm probably going to plant it somewhere in this area.
There's another turnip here, so let's dig it up.
Let's take the old leaves first.
I think this is also a 6 pot.
This is a turnip that is about to disappear.
It's Astrantia Roma.
It gives off a very cute flower.
It was pushed by a nearby turnip and became small.
But it's still alive, so let's dig it up.
This is Astrantia Roma.
This is Nepeta Six Hills Giant.
It's a pretty big Nepeta.
This is a sashimi turnip, and it's growing well in the sun.
I'm going to dispose of this turnip.
I cut this turnip too much when I was pruning my nose hair, and it withered in no time.
I'm going to break it up and dispose of it.
It's a sawdust.
Let's cut it in half and put it down.
If you cut the roots and replant them, the amount of underground roots will decrease, so it's good to reduce the top of the leaves.
This is a watercress behind the sawdust.
I'm going to dig this up, too.
It's a fall tree, so I'm going to dig it up when it's winter and cold.
I think it's okay to leave it as it is, so I'll keep it here.
I'll leave this Himehiragi alone, too.
I'm going to dig up this Arium and this Lichnis, the pink Lichnis.
Arium grows well even in the shade, so I'm going to replant it somewhere else in this area.
Arium and Lichnis.
I'm going to cut off the rotted part and dig it up.
Lichnis coronaria.
It's a pink rose variety.
This is Monarda Double Lavender.
There's a Heuchera on the wall.
Let's start with Heuchera.
Heuchera is also a representative color of Shade Garden.
I'm going to replant it somewhere else in the same area.
There's a lot of Heuchera on the side.
You can also separate Heuchera at this time of year.
There are 7 Heuchera in total.
If you divide it roughly to the right and left, you're done.
There are some Heuchera that are difficult to separate.
Please try it while looking at the characteristics of the variety.
I've introduced it in detail in this video, so I hope you'll refer to it.
It's good to plant it as deep as possible.
I dug up Heuchera and divided it into two bundles.
Monarda Double Lavender grows on the ground during the winter.
I think it's connected to the underground system.
When it blooms in spring, it grows a lot and new buds come out from the bottom.
Monarda Double Lavender.
This is Calaminsa Blue Cloud.
It's a purple type that gives you very soft flowers.
It's not a solid stem, but it's more like a soft tree.
I made two bundles.
I'll put it in the No. 6 slit pot.
Let's plant the other one in the No. 3 pot.
Calaminsa Blue Cloud.
I'm going to remove the fallen Heuchera.
I'm going to dig up Uranus.
I'm going to dig up Uranus when it's about 10 to 15 cm in size.
I'm going to dig up Uranus while digging deep so that the roots don't break.
I brought a horizontal planter.
I'm going to plant Uranus here.
I'm done.
I'm going to plant Uranus.
I missed it when I was tasting it.
I put liquidus diluent on top of it.
I'm going to plant hydrangeas and hydrangeas in the garden.
It's not that big of a ball, so I think you can get about 7 or 8 out of 6 balls.
By densely coloring, you can enjoy the gorgeous shape of the flowers.
It's okay to have about 2 cm of soil on the ball.
In the case of the ground planting, it's a little deeper, but in the case of the pot planting, it's a little shallow.
Water lily is okay.
Next, the same water lily, this is Teta Teta.
It's pretty big, but I think it's better to let it go.
Let's let it go.
Let's plant it in the No. 5 pot.
The inflated part of the water lily is the bottom.
Put the pointed part on top and plant it.
Yes, it's done.
Next is Muscari Pink Sunrise.
It's a pretty small ball, and there's only one big one, so let's put it in the No. 3 pot.
Muscari is okay even if it's shallow enough to stick out a little bit.
Yes, it's Muscari Pink Sunrise.
Let's plant Freesia in the No. 6 pot.
I think it's about 6, 7, 8, 9 in the No. 6 pot.
Freesia leaves get bigger and spread out, so I think it's better to plant them bigger.
I'm going to cover the soil about 2 to 3 cm above the ball.
Next is Snow Drop.
I'm going to plant it in the No. 4 pot.
I'm going to plant it so that the soil is about 2 cm above the ball.
I'm going to put it in the dilution solution of the active ingredient in the same way.
I'm going to use the dilution solution of the active ingredient from the water lily from the top.
I dug up this much.
Well, most of them are shade-oriented plants, so I'm going to use them again when I make shade gardens.
Some plants didn't fit in the garden as a daily requirement, so I'm going to move them to the sun-lit garden.
I managed to remove all the plants and remove some weeds to make the soil smooth.
It looks like this.
It's clean.
In the future, I'm going to build up a food plan and rebuild this brick path.
I'm going to widen the area where I can go through and reduce the number of plants.
I want to enjoy this area as a shade garden, so I'm going to choose plants that are shade-oriented and semi-shade-oriented.
This time, I did a reset of autumn in the garden.
I'm going to remove everything to move to a shade garden and prepare for a new shade garden.
Please look forward to the completion of the shade garden.
I'm also on Instagram.
I upload a lot of flower information, so if you haven't followed me yet, please follow me.
Thank you for watching until the end.
See you in the next video.
Bye-bye.
