Hello everyone, welcome back to Nha Tai Phoe To show, where we bring you the most popular and favorite house models in Vietnam. Today, Minh Thuong and Nha Tai Phoe To continue to introduce to you about the modern design of the Japanese garden house that we designed directly for Mr. Tuan in Ho Chi Minh City. And as usual, before we come up with the design idea, we will go directly to Mr. Tuan's house, through which we will find out the needs, wishes, and preferences. Especially, we will fly a camera and measure the area of the ground, from there, complete a beautiful, impressive project and bring it back to Mr. Tuan. And right now, please join us to see the design that Nha Tai Phoe To has completed. And the image you are looking at here is the functional design on the inside of Mr. Tuan's house. And especially, this is the area of the project that after we go down to calculate and based on the needs, and especially the cost that Mr. Tuan gives you. With Mr. Tuan's building, we designed it as follows. The length of the front wall is 16.9m, the depth of the building is 10.6m. Somewhere, the total area of Mr. Tuan's house is about 179m2. With an area like this, Mr. Tuan wants us to design the function as follows. Inside the house, there will be a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. We will have 3 bedrooms, including 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and there will be an additional common toilet for the members. We have also calculated and divided the area as follows. With the guest room, it is 21.85m2. And we will have a kitchen room of 24.3m2. There are 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom, we will have a total area of 16.26m2. With the bedroom number 02 is 12.25, the bedroom number 03 is 14.55m2. And the common toilet is 3.77m2. This is how we calculated and divided the area based on the needs. Especially, the area of the house like this. We have distributed it reasonably and harmoniously. Let's take a look at where we put the furniture, how to position it and how to pass it through the 3D image. The image you are watching is the 3D design that we have completed for Mr. Tuan. With Mr. Tuan's house, we see that there will be up to 3 doors on the front of the construction. 1 main door is that we will communicate with this guest room area. 1 door is that we will communicate with the kitchen area. And 1 door is that we will communicate with the double bedroom of Mr. Tuan's house. Up to 3 doors, very beautiful, right? And especially from the main door area, we look directly at the space of the guest room. With this style, we will put it opposite the main door. It is a set of chairs, including 1 chair, 2 single chairs, 1 water table on the right-hand side. It is a TV cabinet. And here we have the same design as this cabinet. It is a wooden frame with cup holders. Here, Mr. Tuan can decorate with decorations or wine bottles to make it beautiful and luxurious with the guest space of his house. In addition, for the space of the kitchen, we look at it a little bit. From this kitchen, we will have a layout for Mr. Tuan. There is a dining table for 6 members. There is another kitchen cabinet in the L style. With this kitchen style, we will always use it for households and families if we have the opportunity. Because with this kitchen style, when we use it, the kitchen surface will be longer. It will be more spacious, we will have a place to put things, it will also be comfortable. And the place where we wash the dishes, we always lie next to the toilet. Right? Let the water be next to the water, it will merge with each other. And the location where the kitchen is cooking, we will put it in a place where there is no sand in the house. So that when Tuan's sister cooks, she will burn away the unfortunate things of the house. As for the space of the 3 bedrooms, we have a full layout, where there is a bed, a closet, where to turn the bed, where to put the closet, to make the bedroom space spacious and comfortable. Especially, you look at the 2 single bedrooms. With these 2 single bedrooms, the wall in the middle, we designed in the Z style. We designed these 2 cabinets like this, it will be in the style of the wall, extremely beautiful, extremely impressive, right? In addition to the 3 main doors in the entrance area, we designed another door on the right-hand side in the kitchen space. In addition, we have more single windows, 3-window windows to get the light of the ventilation for your house. And this is the functional design. In addition, you can see that with 2 bathrooms, we use the same material, which is the glass partition. There, we divide the wet and dry areas, there are lotus flowers, mud in the middle, and sanitary mud. It is very full, very impressive, right? And next, please come to the outside image to see that we have arranged the materials, colors, how it is reasonable and it is tailored to your needs and interests. The image you are seeing here is the design of the front of the project after we have completed it. With the construction of Mr. Tuan's house, we see that it is a house designed in the style of the letter L, very beautiful, right? It must be said that in order to design in this style, the land of Mr. Tuan's house must be large and it must be square on 4 sides. Then we can design houses like this, because all sides need to be long and wide, right? And with the construction of Mr. Tuan's house, we will have a combination of lotus flowers between the 5-level layout and the Japanese machine. The height from the floor to the floor of Mr. Tuan's house is 3.9m, while the Japanese machine is only 1.2m high. When combined with the height of 75cm of the 5-level layout like this, it will help Mr. Tuan's house become more harmonious and more beautiful, right? The color here is white to paint on the wall of the house The color of the roof of the house is green to design for Mr. Tuan's house In the area of the main hall, right next to the 3 doors, we will design according to the wheelchair design The color of the roof of Mr. Tuan's house is green to paint on the wall of the house In the area of the main hall, right next to the 3 doors, we will design according to the wheelchair design For the road, we have a wooden frame It is about 10cm long It runs from the front of the building to the 2 sides of the house In addition, the wall of the building has black lines It runs straight like this to help Mr. Tuan's house become more harmonious and beautiful In this 5-story building, we use black stone material to cover the wall In addition, we use gray tiles to cover the wall, the floor, and the flower With single flowers, double flowers, and long flowers, we run along the construction site This is the design we have brought for the front of the house This is the right side of the house There is a road on the right side We run along the 1m surface We run straight along the construction site on the right side Very beautiful This is the left side The yellow wooden frame runs along the construction site It helps Mr. Tuan's house become more luxurious, sharp, and impressive In addition, we have more pipes, lights, and decorations We run along the construction site The pipes are very long and beautiful The pipes are right under the construction site The pipes are installed on the wall It helps Mr. Tuan's house not only look beautiful in the morning, but also more beautiful at night This is the design we have completed and brought to Mr. Tuan If you are looking for a Japanese-style house, a garden house You can refer to the design model that we have brought for Mr. Tuan You can contact our hotline number 0844 878 666 Or 0396 656596 Our design consulting team will call and bring you the most eye-catching and meaningful designs Don't forget to click like, subscribe to the channel to support us And now, goodbye and see you again
