Welcome to the Healing Relationship Meditation with the NHC Vietnam Therapeutic Mental Center.
I am a therapist, Tran Thi Huong.
In order for the meditation to be effective,
please sit down in a comfortable position
and gently close your eyes.
Hold your head towards your neck.
Let go of your forehead.
Let go of your eyes.
Let go of your cheeks.
Let go of your jaw.
Feel the muscles on your face.
Let go and relax.
Let go of your shoulders.
Let go of your arms.
Let go of your hands and fingers.
Gently build up your life
so that the organs inside your body
can also be released without being suppressed.
Let go of your chest.
Let go of your thighs and knees.
Let go of your ankles,
your feet, and your toes.
Your body is completely relaxed and relaxed.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the breath entering your body.
Then slowly exhale slowly.
Continue to inhale deeply,
then exhale slowly.
Every time you exhale,
allow yourself to be more relaxed.
More relaxed.
Continue with a natural breath.
Calmly, evenly,
without being suppressed.
Just observe the breath entering the skin
and feel the body.
Now remember a moment
or a time
when someone hurt you.
Maybe you feel misunderstood,
rejected, or betrayed.
Or when you feel you are not respected
or disappointed in someone.
It may be something you remember
or something that appears naturally in your mind right now.
Observe what happened at that time.
Feel that injury on your body.
Just feel it.
Don't judge.
Don't analyze.
Observe your breath
when you think about what that person did.
Observe your heartbeat.
Observe if your body is stiff,
shaking,
or in pain.
Just feel it.
Don't judge.
Don't analyze.
And then, if any feeling appears,
any feeling,
let it out.
Don't hold it.
Now imagine that person is in front of you.
They are standing or sitting in front of you.
What is the face and shape of that person?
What is the attitude of that person?
And how do you feel?
If you feel angry,
or uncomfortable,
or in pain,
just cry, just scream if you need to.
Feel it on your body.
Let those feelings out.
Tell me,
how did you get angry?
How did you get hurt and in pain?
Actually,
what do you need from that person?
Tell me, what do you want that person to do
to make you feel more comfortable?
Keep your awareness
about breathing gently.
It's coming naturally into your body.
Now, look into that person's eyes.
Look deep into that person's eyes.
Feel why they treat you like that.
Feel it.
Maybe you will see
they also have pain or fear.
And maybe they also have pain or fear inside of you.
That's it.
In every relationship,
we react to each other,
enjoy each other.
If you look at your work all day,
you will see
both sides are in pain
and hurting each other.
If possible,
say forgive.
Forgive.
It doesn't mean that person deserves to be forgiven,
but for you to be safe.
Tell yourself,
I choose to be safe for myself,
so I'm willing to forgive.
I let go of negative feelings
and discomfort in my body.
But if you can't forgive right now,
it's okay.
Be patient
and continue
in the next time.
Right now,
come back to hug
and embrace yourself.
Hug and embrace
your suffering
and pain.
Keep breathing deeply
and gently.
Imagine a stream of white light
from above
pouring down your body,
enveloping you,
entering your body,
floating and dissolving in your body.
That light goes into each cell in your body.
You seem to be dissolving
in that light.
All tension
is also being dissolved.
The painful,
uncomfortable feelings
are also released from your body.
Outwardly,
dissolve into space,
dissolve into the universe.
Continue to breathe deeply.
Every time you breathe out,
feel your body
relaxed
and lighter.
Each cell
in your body
is purified
and healed.
Feel the peace
and love
fill your heart.
And love
is flowing,
spreading all over your body,
even outside,
in the space
you are sitting.
Gradually,
your loved ones
feel peace,
love,
and happiness
enveloping your body.
Right now,
continue to breathe gently
and gradually
bring your consciousness
back to your body,
back to the space
you are sitting in.
Gently move
your fingertips,
your consciousness becomes aware
of everything around you.
And when it's your turn,
slowly open your eyes
and return to the present.
Welcome back!
Keep the feeling of love,
peace,
even when you stop praying.
And every time you pray,
you can choose an object
that you want to heal differently.
I wish you always peace,
love,
harmony,
and happiness.
Thank you!
