Mình tư vấn hướng nghiệp cho các bạn như thế nào ?

Hello everyone who has taken the time to follow my YouTube channel. I would like to introduce myself a little bit. My real name is Que Anh. Many people think I am a student, but I am 28 years old. I have joined the high school. At first, I built this YouTube channel on business topics through a chain of video tutorials on how to choose a career and study. Later, I developed some more content about learning, about logic, logic, logic, self-discipline, self-understanding, and some other skills. The reason is that I am recognized, and I also recognize myself as a person with quite good logic. I often look for problems based on scientific and logical aspects. That is the direction of development of my channel in the future. I hope you will still take the time to follow and support me. Let's get to the main issue of my business advice for you. I have made a link to the website in the description box to talk in general about my advice. In this video, I want to talk more deeply, more clearly, and in more detail to those who are still wondering. Currently, I have two main forms, which are job interviews and online advice. For those who live and work in Ho Chi Minh City, you can also meet me for direct advice. But I think online advice is also quite convenient and very effective. Let's go deeper into my job interview. What is in the job interview? It will have a few questions for self-discipline and quite a lot of questions for self-discipline. The self-discipline includes basic questions so that I can know what I want in my job. How do you feel about yourself? Are you currently a high school student preparing to choose a career? Or are you a college student who is aiming for a career? In general, these are basic information for me to understand your current situation. As for my responsibilities, it is quite similar to other prestigious and famous responsibilities that you can find on the Internet. But the difference between my responsibilities and other responsibilities is that other responsibilities are translated by voice from foreign websites by people who are not specialized in this issue. That is, there are prestigious and famous responsibilities from abroad and are translated by Vietnamese people. But Vietnamese people are just normal translators. They don't have a deep understanding of psychology, business, etc. So the translation of their job interview is not clear. I will be difficult to understand when reading the questions or reading the answers in it. As for my responsibilities, I have tried to translate it to make it clear and easy to understand. It is as correct as possible in the language of Vietnamese people. When you understand, you choose the answers that are right for yourself, then the final result is correct. After you do your responsibilities, you send it to me, then I will know your strengths and weaknesses, know your personality, know what job you are suitable for. I will base it on that to make a result for you. In the result, there will be a few rounds to sum up your strengths and personalities for about half a page. Next in the result will be a list of jobs or jobs that suit you. Depending on each person, there will be about 5 to 7 jobs in each result. Besides, I will also list out the jobs that are definitely not suitable for you. Those are the jobs that fall into your weak points, fall into your dark areas. As for the jobs that I do not mention in the result, it may not be a strength, it is not a weakness. You can choose to study. In short, based on the results I give, depending on the situation, depending on the desire, depending on your passion, you can choose a job that you feel most suitable for. So, are there any problems or risks that I can face when doing my responsibilities or not? For those of you who are still too young, your understanding of yourself is still too vague. So you will choose the wrong answers, it is not right for yourself. At that time, when I receive and see your answers, I will see that it is not consistent with each other. Then I will inform you again. In that case, I will complete it for you. Second, you can switch to online consulting so that we can continue to solve the problem together. As for how to take the test and the cost, you can refer to the description. I just finished talking about the test. OK, so how is online consulting? First of all, the cost will be a little higher. I do not mention the cost in the video because it can change over time. You can see the cost in the description. For online consulting, you still have to take the test so that you can get the overall information along with your strengths and weaknesses, know what you are suitable for, then I will have a conversation for 1-2 hours to talk more about strengths and weaknesses and explain the results of the professions that suit you. In those 2 hours, I will try to explain to you why you are suitable for those professions, what those professions will do, how to do it, and we will sum up a profession together that I feel is most suitable for your current situation. For those of you who are in their 3rd, 4th year of college or have been working for a few years, I think online consulting will be more suitable for you because you already have some experience. Based on that, you can come to a final conclusion for your current direction. In addition, those of you who have chosen to take the test before and have received the results, but you still find it too difficult to choose among the professions that I recommend to you, you can apply for online consulting so that I can support you to finalize a suitable profession. Finally, those of you who have self-understanding, have chosen a profession that you like and the results I send to you are also true to your thoughts, you can choose the profession you like. In this case, I think you just need to take the test, no need for more online consulting. If you still have doubts about yourself, feel too difficult to choose, you should apply for online consulting or direct consulting. Because really, the consultation fee is just a small number, not worth it for you to save and waste in choosing a profession. Over time, it will cause you much greater losses. If you need special advice, you can see the information in the description. If you are still curious about what I advise you based on, I will share more for you. If you often follow my channel, you also know that there are many videos in my channel that guide how to choose a profession. The first basis for me to advise you is based on the theory of MBTI. MBTI is a credible tool for you to understand yourself, or even help businesses choose the right personnel. The founder of MBTI is psychologist Kha Dung. He is a famous psychologist in the history of psychology. After World War II, the United States suffered a lot of damage, so contemporary researchers have turned Kha Dung's theoretical foundations into a test. The purpose is to help those who are still alive after the war and women choose the most suitable job for their strengths. From there, create high labor efficiency and help the United States recover quickly after the war. From there, you can see the credibility of MBTI. The second theory I base on to advise you is the theory of the 9 types of intelligence of Howard Gessner. I have also posted 2 videos explaining very carefully about the 9 types of intelligence. Here I will summarize as follows. According to Howard Gessner, we have 9 types of intelligence, including language, logic, math, natural intelligence, music, sports, social interaction, goodwill intelligence, inner intelligence, etc. According to each type of intelligence, it will have suitable professions. For example, being a dancer, it will require intelligence in music and intelligence in sports. Photography also requires intelligence in sports and intelligence in space science. In addition, I have learned more knowledge about genetics, biology, which helps me to have solid foundations to create suitable professions for you to consult. In addition to the knowledge of strengths, the ability of each person, it also needs to be combined with knowledge about the industry, real work, real working environment. I have also studied, researched and made many videos on my channel. All I have learned is the basis for me to form a job and give you advice. I hope you can feel better and more assured. If you want me to give you business advice, thank you for always caring and following me. If you have any questions, you can leave a question in the comment section. Goodbye and see you in the next video.
