Delightfully delicious, quick pasta with
juicy salmon and creamy cream sauce. Hi, it's Daisy again from the
Mainz Zaubertopfküche and today I have a delicious recipe for you again,
because we're making tagliatelle with juicy salmon and a really nice, creamy,
homemade cream sauce. Super fast again, the whole dish is actually
really quick, easy and super delicious. So let's get started right away.
The ingredients are also really clear. All you need are tagliatelle or
other noodles, salmon, cream, water, an onion for garnishing later, I still have a
little dill, flour, salt and pepper and a little oil. And we start with the pasta,
which is cooked here on the side, on the stove, and in the thermomix we
just make the quick cream sauce. The water has been put on the stove, I've already salted it and
then the pasta will be added right away. The pasta is cooking, we're already taking care of the salmon
on the side, I've already preheated the pan a little bit here, I'll just
turn it up a little bit here. You can find the complete recipe for reading with step-by-step instructions
and also with the integrated cooking mode again at our Zaubertop Club. I've
called it up here too, then I don't have to remember all the steps. It's very
easy, the ingredients are also all listed first and either you take the
step-by-step instructions here or you just make it very easy for yourself and just press
start cooking mode here and then you will always be carried out step by step and can
always jump back to the next step. So, we'll take care of the salmon here and
then we'll continue with the cream sauce right away. Put a little oil in the pan here and
then I'll fry it a little bit here. That continues to simmer, the salmon is sizzling in front of it
and we start with the cream sauce and for that we need an onion first. 5 seconds,
level 5, then add a little oil and a little flour and then
sweat the whole thing for 3 minutes at 100 degrees, level 1. I can now turn off the pan
, because then the salmon will still pull a little bit and then it will
be really juicy afterwards and the pasta will be ready in a moment. So,
3 minutes, 100 degrees, level 1. Our onion has already sweated, now add water,
if you were wondering why there was flour in it, that's for thickening the sauce
later instead of starch. Then we have cream, then add a little salt and a
little pepper. If you don't cook this for children, you could also add a
dash of white wine or something like that. And the whole thing is now cooked for another 6 minutes at 90
degrees so that the cream does not set, level 4. Our cream sauce is ready,
but I don't like to bite into onion pieces and I always find it quite good
if you hide it. I now puree the cream sauce again for 20 seconds
at level 8. If that doesn't bother you, just leave this step out now. I always
like it very much. Very nice, onion pieces ade. You can now decide whether you mix it all
in a large bowl. I have decided to fill it on the plate first.
I have already eaten the pasta in the meantime in the Varoma, which is a very,
very practical pasta sieve. You've probably seen that in our accessory episode before. If not,
it's worth taking a look at that again, because you can actually remove a little bit of purpose from
every thermomix accessory and use it as a kitchen helper, so to speak. I only need a small portion
to try it out now. Then there's a little salmon on top and
then there's the cream sauce. I'll taste it again very briefly, see if there's any
salt or pepper on it. It's definitely really nice and creamy already. It can stay that way,
it's good. And now just put it on top of here. As I said, if you want to find the right amount,
you can do that in a large bowl. Look how nice and creamy it is and all the onion
pieces are really nicely pureed. So especially for little children, they usually like it a
little better. And because the eye is always with it, a little dill is added. And now
it's time to try it out. I don't think I promised you too much. Within 20
minutes, the paste was on the table. If you want to go really fast, I have
a little extra tip for you. Just take taquiatelle out of the fridge, because you really only need
to boil them in hot water for two minutes. That way, you'll save at least five minutes.
And I say, 15 minutes is ideal for a summer dish on warm days. Look
how nice and creamy it has become. The cream sauce is now mixing really nicely with the
pasta. Pasta in front of the camera is not always my favorite activity, I have to say.
But of course I'll try it anyway. And I'm really curious how you like it. If you
like it, definitely rate the recipe with us at Zaubertopf Club. That always helps us,
because then we know what you like and what we might want to make more recipes from.
So, bon appetit!
The salmon is super tender and juicy and the cream sauce is really nice and creamy.
That's exactly how it has to be. And we'll see each other again in the next episode. I'll enjoy
my plate now, but not in front of the camera, but behind it. And we'll see each other
next time. Bye! And subscribe to the channel!
