No tree, so it is said, can grow in heaven if its roots do not reach hell.
We all have a demon in us, it is called a dark side, a dangerous monster.
Anyone who learns to recognize, integrate and accept this dark side, this shadow,
as part of human existence, also knows that this monster can be brutal and merciless.
The mysterious unconscious, the dark hidden side, an inner demon that should live in most people.
The shadow side of a person was only recognized as important for therapy around 100 years ago
and so Carl Gustav Jung is considered to be the spiritual father of modern shadow therapy,
which is offered in various extended forms in psychotherapy and alternative areas.
Jung shaped the concept of the shadow to describe the aspects of the personality
that are suppressed, suppressed or not conscious in the unconscious.
The shadow includes those qualities, feelings, wishes and thoughts that we do not accept in ourselves
and that we consider negative or unwanted.
There are two main schools that are represented here.
One of Sigmund Freud is that man as an intelligent, driven animal is only socially capable by force
and the other by Carl Gustav Jung deals with spirituality, archetypes and mental states
with which the current mental problems are tried to integrate.
In both schools, the subconscious is referred to,
as if the unconscious represents a danger to man himself and to society,
or, on the contrary, its research promises the release of all inner tensions.
Freud's model of the mind consists of three main areas,
the consciousness, the subconscious and the subconscious.
Jung considered the subconscious as a more comprehensive and deeper level of the mind that encompasses the consciousness.
He distinguishes between the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious.
The collective unconscious contains archetypical patterns and symbols
that are passed on from generation to generation.
Freud placed a strong focus on the meaning of sexual drive, the so-called libido,
and emphasized the role of conflicts and drives in psychic life.
Jung expanded his view and argued that there are other important driving forces,
such as the drive for individualism and the spiritual urge for wholeness.
Freud developed the method of free association.
He believed that the consciousness of the unconscious can lead to healing and alleviation of symptoms.
Jung, on the other hand, emphasized the integration of the unconscious
and sought a balance between the conscious and the unconscious to achieve an individual balance.
Wilhelm Reich, like Jung, a single student of Sigmund Freud,
should not be left unmentioned in this context.
He was one of the first to expand psychoanalytic theory and therapy
in the areas of body work and sexuality,
and developed concepts such as the orgasm reflex and the idea of character armor,
which emphasize the relationship between mental and physical well-being.
Although Jung and Reich had some common interests,
such as the understanding of the meaning of energy and vitality,
there were also differences of opinion and differences.
Reich criticized Jung's concept of archetypes and saw them as an escape from reality.
Jung, on the other hand, considered Reich's focus on sexuality as too one-sided
and insisted on his own emphasis on the spiritual and spiritual.
With the theory of the organ as a universal energy or vitality,
which is present in all living things,
Reich postulated that disturbances or blockages of this energy
can lead to mental and physical illnesses.
Another important work of Reich is his concept of character analysis
and the emphasis on the meaning of early childhood experiences on the development of character.
Wilhelm Reich was one of the first to study the role of tensions and conflicts
in the bodily-spiritual system in the development of mental disorders.
Despite much criticism,
Wilhelm Reich had a remarkable influence on the development of psychotherapy
and the research of the relationship between the body and the psyche.
His work also has an influence on certain therapeutic approaches
such as body psychotherapy and sexual therapy.
The reason for the many directions and concepts in psychology
is that this is a theoretical science
in which it is difficult to prove the claims and assumptions with experiments.
And so early on, through the International Psychoanalytic Association,
consensus was created.
Just like in all other theoretical sciences
that rely on interpretations of observations
and not on experiments.
Many of these ideas and forms of therapy,
especially those of Jung and Reich,
are often found in altered and expanded forms
in esoteric schools or alternative therapies.
Most people can feel inner conflicts,
such shadows in themselves,
and yet many are ashamed of it
and because of their hidden, unsurvived inclinations,
they have a bad conscience.
One hates, envies, desires and curses in silence,
and yet deep inside most people just want to be good
and deny this part of their being
in an attempt to fulfill a moral standard.
One does not want to have anything to do with such feelings
and often the problem becomes seen as a demon,
as an externalized, supernatural or spiritual being,
which embodies negative forces or influences,
on which one has little or no influence.
Such people give themselves up to brutality and cruelty
with the hope of mastering life in this way.
They are harmless.
They overlook that in the current social order
they inevitably become victims of those
who are capable of brutality and cruelty.
The dangerous dominate the harmless.
He who does not know and control his demons,
he is dominated by them.
This is how the well-intentioned communities and cruelties
of the last three corona years could be interpreted.
Shadow work is important today for the psychoanalytic,
the spiritual and the esoteric realm.
The transitions are fluent,
even if some esoteric directions of their technicians claim
that they are much older.
Here healing, knowledge and possible enlightenment
should be achieved through the confrontation with one's own shadows.
This is, if at all, but only with unconditional honesty,
accessible to oneself and others.
This is difficult for many and means hard, time-consuming work.
Too hard for most contemporaries,
because their heads are full of noise, pictures and stories
and the fewest really have time.
Usually a deep, life-changing crisis is necessary
to escape the hamster wheel at all
and to start such a process.
And when it happens,
then the knowledge is usually so overwhelming
and not as generally thought that it is hardly possible
to share these insights with other people
without them turning away from one.
Most people know these shadows,
but they want or cannot look at them,
because they probably suspect that the consequences
would change their whole life
and lead them into insecurity and self-responsibility.
But not only the spiritual or esoteric corner
uses such patterns.
Similar views are also widespread in martial arts.
Anyone who recognizes that he is dangerous
respects himself,
demands the same from others
and is more willing to put himself at risk.
The one who knows that he can be brutal and cruel,
but has this under control
and has consciously decided for his ethics,
the voice of the heart and the reason,
only he is the true warrior.
This is the basic essence of every martial art philosophy.
The goal of martial art is to create peace through one's own strength.
To integrate one's own demon
is the best method to deal with the demons of others.
Shadow work.
So far the theory for the world we live in today.
A world from which it becomes more and more obvious
that it is held together by deception, deception,
deception and manipulation.
So shadow work should be done by people
who usually don't even know their own good,
sunny times of themselves.
There is a lack of time and opportunity,
the need, the occasion to look inside.
But who then manages to observe his thoughts,
he only finds himself too often connected
with the latest telegram messages,
the latest movie,
the problems of the daughter in school,
the next atomic war hyped in the media
or the recently ambiguous remarks of the boss.
The mind of an average person
is filled with pictures, voices and impressions
that are brought to him from the outside.
A horror collage that almost makes it impossible
to recognize one's own essence.
So many people don't even get to know themselves superficially
and only react to impulses from the outside.
Impulses that only create and nourish
the shadows and thus the demons.
The human brain cannot distinguish
between virtual and real events.
Only the subsequent rational processing
reduces the effects of a TV murder
or a game over in an ego-shooter computer game.
Scenes of a movie that occupy you for a day.
Shocking moments that you remember again and again.
Who doesn't know that?
We are surrounded by shocking and traumatizing images and stories today.
Murder and death,
brutalities and cruel scurrilities of any kind
are part of the entertainment program
of every well-known TV station.
The information content of news,
the plot of many novels,
science fiction stories,
thrillers,
crimes and even media for children
are not spared.
For the brain that is confronted with this,
each of these images and stories
is real and true at the moment of perception
and create an emotional upheaval
and measurable physical reactions.
Depending on the constitution,
these are processed faster and slower.
Research shows
that the effects of a horror movie
can still be there weeks after watching.
In the worst case, such images create deep traumas
that can only be resolved after many years.
And that, although the mind knows
that it was just a movie,
that is, everything was staged
and did not really take place.
In order to recognize how the representation of violence and brutality
has increased in recent decades,
one only needs to watch the various
James Bond movies produced over the years.
Even the good and the cowboy with the white hat
can today afford a measure of cruelty and cruelty
that a few decades ago
would have caused a lot of horror and outrage.
One reads,
the acceptance of brutality and violence has increased.
One knows that with the consumption of violence and brutality
an emotional downpour inevitably occurs
and a lack of empathy spreads.
One knows the circumstances
that lead to a deterioration of individual troops
and parts of the military for a long time.
This has also been studied in detail
and the techniques developed from it
have been used for decades
against the populations of all countries.
It is the brain
that tries to protect itself against the horrors with empathy,
even if the entertainment industry argues
that it is not real,
but just a movie or a computer game.
The human brain can, as I said,
not distinguish between virtual and real events,
only in retrospect rationalizes the mind
what was seen after the unfiltered physical reaction took place.
However, the cognitive abilities of a human being
are significantly limited by constant shocks.
In one-off circles,
such procedures are even used as torture methods.
Through the omnipresence of the media,
average contemporaries experience dozens of small shocks every day
that trigger physical and emotional reactions.
Symbols, images and stories
that the brain forcibly perceives as true and real
and that the mind only after the reaction,
often in fractions of a second,
rationalizes and processes.
It does not matter
whether mainstream or alternative media are consumed.
These mini-shocks and memories
of previous similar shock experiences
and feigned fears are the ones
that cause the bad mood
that is often felt after the consumption of the media.
Sensitive and empathetic people feel this in particular.
This is also known to those manipulative forces
who have an interest in
the greatest part of a population
in a state of shock, fear or confusion
and to bury the last inner cohesion of a society
through lack of empathy and desolation.
In view of its inevitable
coming great financial and economic crisis,
an effective means to prevent a concentrated process
of the population against the cause
and to deal with the conflicts in a fight of
everyone against everyone.
Man is an animal of habit,
says the mouth of the people,
and even if man is not an animal,
everyone knows that in the course of life
he has adapted patterns and behaviours
that are activated as a solution
for certain problems
without having to think about it.
Similar to driving a car,
most of it happens automatically
and in fractions of a second.
Acting without thinking.
And so some car has already found its destination
without conscious attention
while attention and concentration
are somewhere else.
In Kyudo, Zen Buddhism,
the archer practices individual processes,
the body position, the grasping of the arrow,
the placing of the same,
the tension of the bow and the release
in the direction of the target
over and over again
until every single movement and form
has gone into flesh and blood.
During the meditative archery
great importance is placed
on the correct posture, breathing
and concentration.
The archer directs his full attention
to every aspect of shooting,
from preparation
to relaxation after the shot.
It is about being in a state of inner silence
and presence
and overcoming the consciousness
of duality and separation.
It is an exercise that should help the practitioner
to experience the present moment
and to recognize the unity
of body and mind.
During such exercises
concentration and attention are required.
Words that are used in spiritual circles
almost inflationarily
without being aware
that the human being is not able
to concentrate on all aspects
of an action at the same time.
In the example of archery
it is not possible
to focus on the posture,
the foot position,
the arching hand,
the pulling hand
and then on the target.
Concentration and focus
are always limited to a particular aspect.
Just as a human eye
cannot keep several objects
in focus at the same time,
the human being cannot concentrate
on an overall picture
or an action as a whole.
There is always only one part
that can be perceived
with all possible attention.
These part aspects
can be focused very quickly
one after the other,
but never at the same time.
When the concentration
is on the posture,
then all other parts
of archery lose focus.
When the concentration
is on the pulling hand,
then the attention
is limited to the posture.
It is not possible
to concentrate on all aspects
at the same time,
but it is possible
to practice these individual parts
in such a way
that the automatism achieved
stabilizes these areas.
This automatization
is a natural process
and is used by every human
to be able to perform
complex actions at all.
It is a goal even in the dark
without seeing it.
The movements and processes
practiced are so precise.
Or the musician
who finds the sounds
that are to be played
with his eyes closed
on his instrument
and the juggler
who always knows
where his balls are
even if he does not see them.
These are trained automatisms
of practice or habit.
The difference should probably
lie in the attention
and concentration
with which an action is performed
and the precision
with which the necessary automatisms
are practiced.
Different philosophies
speak of a thoughtful
teaching with simultaneous
concentration and attention
to what is being done.
Other schools,
for example,
teach to promote reflex behavior
so that in certain situations
without thinking long
certain actions are carried out
even before the conscious mind
takes the initiative.
This reflex behavior
should be perceived
in exercises as a unit
of body and mind.
Everything we do and think
unconsciously is reflex behavior
and was once learned and practiced.
Automated actions
and thought patterns.
This includes
what and how a person
thinks about himself and others
as well as how he deals
with himself and others.
These are trained reactions
to situations, actions
and thoughts.
Self-evaluation can be practiced
as well as self-assessment.
Brutality can be practiced
as well as goodness and understanding.
The inner of the learned
happens through repetition.
The more often you repeat something,
the faster you make
a thing your own
and the faster you are able
to carry out an action
without further thinking.
The thing, however, has a catch.
Every experienced teacher knows
that you can also practice mistakes
despite good intentions,
usually without the person
noticing it himself.
Mistakes can easily become
a habit that the general public
thinks is difficult to get used to.
Before a person becomes
a habit,
he was once an over-animal.
A healthy embryo in the mother's
belly is like an indescribable
leaf.
But as the founder of the Jesuit
order Ignatius of Loyola already knew,
you can give a child
any world view
and any habit
and shape it as you like,
just as it is done
today in the earliest age of
entertainment media, kitchens
and schools.
As soon as a person as a baby
looks at the light of the world,
he begins to practice
by copying activities and thoughts
in order to adapt them
in constant repetition
until it becomes a habit.
The interaction with one's own body
wants to be practiced in the same way
as reading and writing
and all kinds of other activities
that distinguish people from animals.
Calculating heads wants to be practiced,
argumentation wants to be practiced,
cycling too.
Yes, all the ways
we think and act as humans
are practiced and usually
run on a level that
requires little to no attention.
People practice for a lifetime.
Only the individual
claim to perfection
differs and
some are trained
to give up little
and lose themselves in
eternally the same repetitions
without further improvement.
If a sword fighter had practiced
wrong or the wrong thing
at the time of the samurai,
then his life would probably
have been of short duration.
Whoever was able to draw his sword
faster and cut the other
was at an advantage.
Most of them ended up
with a mutilation or death.
This resulted in
various competing styles
developing,
containing precise processes
and techniques.
For a highly trained samurai
it was therefore possible
to determine at the posture
and movements of another fighter
which of the different schools
he visited.
Today, only in martial arts
it is paid special attention
that no mistakes occur
while training
and the respective coaches
are there to correct this.
In sport and also in art
a lot of attention is paid
to avoid mistakes
when practicing.
The results speak for themselves.
One, that's enough,
is not enough,
and only the best
advance in these areas.
The way in which
one practices
and what one practices
to improve and avoid mistakes
is of outstanding importance.
If you take a step closer
and take a closer look
at the areas in which
one consciously practices
in a targeted manner,
it can be seen that
the areas of martial arts
are fully integrated
into the system.
Art, especially classical music,
poetry and painting
and even the art of natural sciences
are ideologically closely
intertwined with the system.
Many of these areas
are subsidized
by the high finance
via bypasses
and are thus directed.
Highly trained people
are in many other areas
of society
and human coexistence
are undesirable.
And that has a reason.
They are dangerous
for the system.
So one allows lies
in important areas,
thus generating false starting points
by serving mankind
a false history
and doubtful scientific foundations,
such as the fairy tale
that man should be
a consequence of the evolution
of matter
Sigmund Freud,
Carl Gustav Jung
and Wilhelm Reich
built their researches
on these fantasy stories
and thus have to
come to false conclusions.
Even Jung,
who believed in the existence
of his soul in his own way,
did not know how to deal with it
and thus got entangled
in contradictions.
Greed and envy of possession
and lack are generated
and can only be evaluated
in such a way,
both as something desirable
and also as something beneficial,
depending on the moral standard
of the individual
and the attachment
to the basic pillars
of such a worldview.
In a system without lack
and possession,
one would perhaps
only shake one's head
when one has to fear
that the next opponent
is about to come
and wants to hit one in the head.
One needs a warrior
only in a warrior system,
the eternal fight
with others and oneself.
The overcoming of pain
and bodily sensations
is trained to excess
in some Shaolin monasteries,
even if the amazing abilities
often seem senseless or useless today
To the Chinese propaganda-muted
stage shows around the world,
it is an indication
of what people are capable of
when they train hard.
In a system of cooperation
and community
without fight and competition,
philosophies of fight
and methods of victory are useless.
Abilities for empathy,
cooperation and organizational talent
would be far more helpful
and the perfect wielding
of a sword would simply be
useless and unnecessary
and who knows,
maybe in such a system
there would not even be a word for warrior.
We live today in a warrior system
in which the war is mostly
on a psychological level
and is carried out.
Many remain on the road
and get sick of body and mind.
Even religions need a system,
a thought building
with as many open
spiritual questions
as possible.
And many so-called esoteric methods
and psychotherapy
actually only aim to
enable a patient
to cope in the existing system
and to motivate him
in extreme cases
to even be successful in it.
There is hardly any interest
in a person
getting rid of the system,
getting to know himself,
who finds principles and rules
for life and follows
and learns how to practice
and how he can preserve his mind
from damage and conflicts.
And so you leave the system
in the heads.
To look at it,
to remove it from his world of thoughts,
can and want the least
due to the trained
mental and physical comfort.
Consistent thinking and acting
would be necessary,
one prefers to rely on
a fixed routine and safe,
but worn-out path.
Especially then,
when one does not know
that one has the ability
to consciously practice new things
and thoughts.
Like in a sect,
a philosophy only works
when one moves in a closed
thought building.
The philosophy is never
for itself alone,
but it is a world view
in which fixed points exist
that should not be shaken.
And so one finds the shadows
and demons of man
at the interfaces of system,
philosophy or religion
and one's own ethical compass,
one's own feeling
of right and wrong,
one's own perception
of decency and integrity.
This happens by force,
because today's system
creates conflicts
that people have to do things
that they actually do not want
or that ideals are
advocated to them
that do not agree with them.
The system in which we all have to live today
forces us to be criminal every day,
to deny ourselves
and to harm others
and ourselves.
A life under compulsion and need
makes you physically and mentally ill.
So logical and convincing
as the quote of C.G. Jung
at the beginning of this article may sound,
it reflects a world view
and a religious idea
in which this saying
also gets a meaning.
Someone who is not familiar
with the concept of the shadow
probably has a hard time
understanding this sentence
and the spiritual meaning
and the reference
to a subconsciousness.
What could these dark sides,
as inner conflicts
between one's own feelings
and the requirements of a crazy
social order?
No tree can grow in heaven
if its roots do not reach
a healthy ground.
It is simply
indefinable to people
to put something like a subconsciousness
down and then to blame
all this on the mental problems.
But it is not the person
with his subconsciousness
who causes
these mental disorders,
but the common denominator
is the environment
in which people have to live.
And this is now a completely
broken and lost system
which makes people fall into
conflicts and get sick.
Is man forced
to submit and adapt
to this perverse system
and must, with all these
requirements, expectations,
willpower and cruelty
meet, then
mental conflicts are pre-programmed.
If he does not manage this
psychologically, then he is pointed
at the subconsciousness with his finger,
declares this as the cause
and then tells the patient
that his unconscious drives
are to blame.
But the cause is a society
that has existed for a few hundred years
with all its broken
parts,
the world system, politics,
media, economy and so on
and all the consequences
that follow.
The theory of a subconscious
as the cause of all problems
seems just as dubious
as the germ theory
and so one could freely
according to Antoine Bécham's
motto, the microbe is nothing,
the nutrient base is everything,
just as exclaim,
the subconscious is nothing,
other allegedly incurable
diseases such as cancer
seem to follow the same pattern.
Only so the modern madness
can be explained by
six-year-olds and state-supported
institutions such as
children's psychiatry.
These ominous shadows
seem to be much more reflections
of an absurd system
and the demon the system itself.
And of course,
once again quite by chance,
a whole industry branch
and hordes of therapists
and employees
are kept alive,
just as in the health sector,
by interest groups.
Only a sick customer
is a good customer.
Freud himself,
young and rich,
did not recognize the system
as what it was back then,
a completely irrational
self-destructive system
for the body and mind,
which was controlled
and manipulated by a few
and still is.
One may rightly ask
what their consequences
would have been
if it had been known
that the world war-planned
actions were of a small banker elite
and not, as Freud and Jung thought,
because man is a
driven, intelligent animal.
What if they had known
that religious sects
have their own plans
for humanity
and have been massively manipulating
the masses in the desired direction
for decades?
The misery was done,
fabricated by a few
and not because man is
an unpredictable beast.
Freud, Jung and Reich
made the symptoms a disease
and kept them for the cause.
The research of these three men
is the basis for a huge complex
of therapeutic offers
and institutions,
which, however, can hardly
show positive healing results,
but in the best case
only short-term relief.
Today we know very well
how to manipulate a person
with all kinds of psychological tricks,
but a view of real healing
is still a long way off.
And it will stay that way
until the foundations are rethought.
It is indicative
that healing and the recognition
of the lies and manipulations
with which one is surrounded
are very close to each other.
A great relief
is already in the fact
that one recognizes for oneself
that one is not crazy and illogical
but the world around one.
A world that has been creating
sick people for several generations,
who in turn pass on their complex fears,
traumas and absurd survival strategies
to their descendants,
who in turn
have to fight
with a sick society
built on lies.
It is lies and traumas
that leave the shadows
and give birth to demons.
All the bad things like
hate, envy, jealousy, greed,
scrupulousness to murderous
and ethical seduction
are inner conflicts
that are almost all
created by the individual
and not by the individual himself.
Man is forced from childhood
to adapt to this system
and has to function in it.
This creates mental conflicts
and diseases over generations.
A regression to the system,
which is to be achieved
with psychoanalysis,
does not bring inner peace to man
and also the fixation
on a philosophy or religion
can only seem limited
because it is dependent
on the already installed system.
Through the actions and patterns
that accompany us from an early age,
most people have completely
internalized the system.
Only the regression
to one's own inner feelings,
interests and inclinations,
detached and independent
of a lied system on the outside,
brings these demons to silence
and intimidates the shadows.
There is almost no possibility
to stay healthy
in a sick system,
while it would be difficult
to get sick in a healthy system.
To seal the swine dog
seems to be a worthwhile goal
for many.
One often overlooks
that one acts against
one's own feelings
and one's own ethics
and favors an ideology
or a system.
And so we are taught
to stand in direct contradiction
with our own perception
of right and wrong.
Until we have gone
into flesh and blood
and we always repeat
these actions and patterns
without thinking
as a solution for certain problems
and situations.
Out of habit.
As humans,
we are not able to do
what we repeatedly do
automatically
and without special attention.
It does not matter
whether these repetitions
are good or bad for us.
They are used as an instant solution
for certain problems
or situations.
And some people
wonder in retrospect
why he reacted
this way and not the other way around
or why he said this
or thought that
there are only practiced
processes and patterns
that have taken action.
Just like a samurai
who performs an action
without thinking
that he has trained
for a certain situation
thousands of times.
Act without thinking.
Do in the now with everything you have.
When people repeat actions
or thought processes,
then they practice them
and make them their own
intentionally or unintentionally
and reactively
in suitable situations.
So the daily observation
of shocks, stories and news,
new revelations
and atrocities is a form of practice
with the result
that we learn to bear
this horror through empathy.
Just like the beer drinker
increases his alcohol content over time
when he does it often.
We inevitably practice
what we repeatedly
focus our attention on,
because the ability to learn something,
to practice it and to bring it
to the championship
is given to us all,
whether we want it or not.
It is what gives us the power
as a human being to do things
that others consider impossible
in good as in evil.
If there is still
our own intention behind it,
then it becomes even more powerful.
We humans are powerful beings,
but only if we practice the right thing.
This is not taught anywhere
in schools,
because the knowledge of oneself
and the principles of life
would bring forth
an uncontrollable,
independent-thinking
and acting person.
To prevent this,
children are made to learn
and practice playfully
without ever training
how to organize,
evaluate and use
this knowledge.
Exactly at the time
when the student
would have completely different interests.
The system provides exercises
and thought patterns
with which targeted
and correct practice
of unwanted skills
is prevented from an early age.
Schools bring children
also false concepts
about reality
and convey thought patterns
that serve the system
and inevitably produce
mental conflicts.
By learning by heart
of majority ideological propaganda
understanding is prevented
and by force the desire
to learn is reduced.
On mistakes in learning
or on problems in practicing
learning material
it is not yet clear
how to practice the learned.
The many coaching offers
that have become more numerous
in recent years
can not even compensate
this lack in the beginning.
The standardized school system
destroys the natural urge
to learn new things
and makes it difficult
for most children
to see something positive
in learning.
When it comes to music
one is aware
that an improvement
can only be achieved
by practice and training.
This applies to all areas
of life and so this
actually banal knowledge
is only fully used
in individual groups
and areas.
Playful curiosity
and enthusiasm
as a driving force
for learning
can only be achieved
by practice and training.
The military
and intelligence services
companies and other groups
train their people
in particularly hard
physical and mental drills
to achieve their goals.
While the cult followers
are trained to
let the worst insults
without regulation
sellers are trained
in sweat-driven exercises
so that they can sell
a bag of potatoes at their price
without scruples
with psychological tricks
and pressure agents
and the customers
practice every single
move until they fall over.
Exercises and drills
that are practiced so long
and intensively
that they automatically
react to them.
Video control and
subsequent analysis
up to perfectionism
inclusive.
The victims of such methods
usually do not know
that they automatically
react like a robot
and are often appeals
to understanding, decency
and forgiveness.
Because ignoring complaints
is just as internalized
even if he is otherwise
a peaceful companion.
It was taught to him
and the procedures and
thought patterns for justification
were practiced a hundred times.
This should then once again
become a case for subconsciousness
and ensure the entertainment
of some psychologists.
New to all therapies,
be it the different forms
of psychotherapy,
spiritual methods
in today's form are
attempts to eliminate these
practiced and perceived as
bad behaviors, to pray away
or even to forget
with medication.
It seems that you can not
get used to habits,
but that they only change
and be replaced.
So frustration is already pre-programmed
when you recognize your dark sides
such as hangover or other
bad habits and their causes
and you still continue with it
as a habit
and as a lack of alternatives.
It is known from martial arts
and art that
once practiced mistakes
can only be eliminated by
purposeful practice of the same thing
without mistakes.
What was always wrong was
to practice the right procedure
and thus replace the
faulty practiced automatism.
Only then could one speak
of the old habit
and influence the
reactive behavior.
It is said that to change
such a habit would take
about a month with daily practice
and even that can be shortened
by practice.
With hard drills and
merciless training, of course,
a lot more.
Man has unforeseen possibilities
in this regard.
Nature has given us this gift
We are one with what we do,
so we learn and practice
without resistance in a playful way
and achieve a level of mastery
in it.
In everything we do
and think.
Only the current, perverse,
manipulated system
forces us to practice
lying, self-devaluation
and the fight against ourselves.
Up to the championship.
By practicing wrong thoughts
based on lies and
false actions, based on
irrational ideologies,
the world we live in
was created.
Illegal money, fake news,
contaminated food,
corrupt politicians,
invented diseases, harmful
electromagnetic fields,
almost every area is poisoned.
If there is a spiritual
and physical hygiene,
then it is probably
necessary to reject the
exercises offered by the system,
to free one's mind from
inflated patterns of thought
and the violent stories
of the entertainment and
news industry and not
to consume them anymore.
But this also has to be practiced
to overwrite old habits.
The fundamental question is
whether one can be trained
or whether one practices and
trains what one wants.
There have been many civilizations
that had a different system
with different values and
worldviews and
corresponding philosophies.
More and more hints point
in this direction.
But that also means that
one day even today's system
will come to an end.
Whether a cataclysm is
necessary or whether a
system change of people
is brought about,
or whether a small group
with their own interests
installs a new system
just for themselves
and thus damn
everyone else to disease
and slavery.
Only in a species-appropriate
environment can man
experience his full potential.
We have the power to overcome
all imposed habits.
But it is not enough to
recognize these demons and
we must refrain from the
greatest gift of creation
and consciously and
purposefully practice new
and better actions and
thought processes.
And this best in a playful
and enthusiastic way,
as originally foreseen
by nature.
