Are you already on Wikisana?
Welcome, dear viewers, to our format today on the search for the meaning of life.
Again and again we are looking for ways to bring ourselves into harmony or to harmonize,
because there are always disruptive factors here and there on the outside that can tear us out of our midst.
You will find out today how we manage to bring harmonization into our lives on many levels. Stay tuned.
Hello, dear Richard, nice to have you back.
Corinna, I'm happy, thank you.
We've had a lot of shows together and last time we talked about your book,
how your path was, what challenges brought you into life.
So from being alone in the apartment with a big check, then again big with real estate,
and then again everything lost somewhere and then started all over again.
And I find it very exciting to talk to you about this harmonization of life.
Of course, it's also quite funny that you then also got involved in the development
to get harmonizations in the field of electrosensitivity.
But what does harmonization mean to you on a holistic level?
Because, of course, you have been on the spiritual path for many, many years.
Yes, I think harmonization always takes place inside.
And everything I can contribute to this as Swiss Harmony are aids,
to prevent disturbances from coming from outside that we cannot actually influence,
to ensure that they do not disturb our organism, our process.
Above all, they do not disturb our brain.
And that is unfortunately increasingly the case these days due to the high frequencies,
mainly the high frequencies that have increased tremendously in the last ten years
and which are unfortunately not audible.
We don't feel them, we can't taste them.
Thank God, in one way you can say that.
Not in another way, because we then underestimate them.
We underestimate their effect on our being, on our entire organism.
And because of that, of course, we are or could be weakened,
for example in our thinking, in our sleep.
If we are not asleep, then we are already rather attractive
and quickly get out of a kind of harmonious feeling.
But basically, harmony is actually a phenomenon for which we are all responsible.
Our inner constitution is actually the result of what we think,
what stimuli we absorb and how we process them.
If I absorb stimuli and evaluate them and say,
I don't want that now, I can do that again,
then I get out of my harmony.
And that's what we decide.
And particularly severe are, of course, the effects of relationship-technical problems,
which can bring you into a very nice swing
and, how should I say,
strongly hinder the basis for a free, harmonious, joyful feeling of life.
I can say that from my own experience.
But even there I am always responsible.
It's never the other.
It's always me who evaluates things,
who feels addressed or hurt,
who feels attacked.
And if I look closely, then I have to ask myself,
who feels hurt and who feels attacked?
It's never what I really am.
My divine self never feels attacked,
because it has no evaluation at all.
It just perceives and has,
I would say, the property of the divine self is love, pure love.
And in this respect, it doesn't really matter what happens on the outside.
We ourselves are actually never really affected by it,
unless our ego evaluates it.
Our ego says, that hurts me.
Or if I have to deal with it for a longer time, then I'll get sick.
These are decisions that we make,
and these are above all creative decisions.
If I know that I'll get sick,
if I go out in the rain and cold,
then I'll get sick, if I've decided that.
But if I say,
such a cool rain, such a cool wet,
that can only refresh me and stimulate my body reactions,
and that will do me good, then it will do me good.
Fall in love with dancing in the rain.
For example.
Nothing happens.
Then nothing happens. No. Very good.
That's how it is.
We take responsibility for our inner harmony.
Nobody else.
And nobody can take us out of there.
Unless we allow it.
But I could also imagine the challenge.
On the one hand, you make experiences in life,
which are a challenge.
Then of course there is a part, the divine,
that says, this is a pure experience.
And then there is this other aspect,
that says, that really hurts,
or I panic and I get scared.
And then we always get a mirror set up somewhere.
And sometimes it seems to me,
as if we then take this divine,
maybe a little bit as an excuse,
and say, ah, this is all just an experience,
I don't have to do anything.
And then life comes and does it again.
Do you know what I mean?
Yes, of course.
It's this ping-pong game between,
so when do I really look at the topic correctly
and when do I bend over it so gently
with such a divine experience.
Because life provokes an emotion.
That's the way it is.
And that's this game.
It's like this,
what happens in life can happen to us.
The moment I react to it,
there is a resonance with myself,
with my being,
with everything I am and think,
and what my concepts are,
my belief is,
it always goes somewhere in resonance,
if it goes in resonance.
If I say to someone, you asshole,
then he will probably feel very resentful.
And someone else,
who maybe knows me better
and knows how I mean it,
then maybe only smiles.
Everyone feels it differently
and that has something to do with resonances with others.
But when I say it myself,
when I pronounce it,
then this quality of asshole is in me.
Then I have a very precise feeling of what ...
So I can only see the asshole in the other person
when I say it to myself.
But of course.
Just like that.
Just the other way around.
When I see the love in you,
then it is also my love for myself.
And so it can of course be,
and of course it happens to me too,
that I get information
that actually does a lot for me.
And I think to myself,
it's not just about feeling.
But to feel also means
that I recognize that it concerns me.
And then it is up to me
to deal with this reaction,
with this inner reaction
and to ask myself,
why doesn't it let me go?
How do you do it?
There are many methods.
There are people who do family events
or retreats
or really go into meditation
or get the emotions up again
and go back to childhood,
to the original situation,
which is actually just a bit
blocked up as a memory.
Because you have already done so many things.
How do you deal
when a trigger topic comes up again in your life?
When you realize,
there is a bit of power coming.
Well, very often I write it down.
Then I write to my divine self,
if you will,
and get rid of it first.
And while I'm writing,
there are also impulses
that come from deep inside
and that lead me
to certain insights.
And if that's right for me
and I feel that something is dissolving,
then I've done it right somewhere.
And if I don't feel it
and then I get there
and stay in this topic,
if I realize that it is still
essential in the background,
then I have to look at why it is so
and why I, despite all these
attempts to dissolve,
to get knowledge,
I don't get any further.
And then maybe it's because
there are situations
that need to be resolved.
Spending money or
changing companies.
For example,
that it's actually
just a kind of
internal feedback,
so it can't go on like this,
I have to make another choice.
And then maybe I realize
that I'm afraid
to make exactly this choice.
I can say that for myself
in a very current example.
I lived in Greece for a few years
and felt very comfortable there.
And now I'm back in Switzerland
and for a year now
and I feel this inner
longing for Greece.
It's like it's calling me.
Why? I don't know.
Maybe it's karmic connections,
but there is definitely a longing.
I pushed it away from me for a long time
and now I was with my son
in England for four weeks
and free of everything
that is now, so to speak,
my area of responsibility in Switzerland
and the contents of my being
are completely free of it
in a completely different world.
And then this longing for Greece
became much, much stronger.
But it didn't bother me.
And then at some point I decided
I'm going back.
And I will go back.
And now it comes.
The moment I decided that,
I suddenly perceived more energy in me.
I saw life differently again.
I looked at the world differently.
I was much more joyful.
It was as if a switch
had been switched.
Not because you are happy
how you look forward to a new car
or to the meeting
with a partner.
That's not it.
It's something else.
It's much more fundamental.
It's like an inner confirmation.
We all know that.
Once we were in a situation
where we were maybe brave
to really take a step
from which we actually thought
let it be.
Or take the example
that I gave in the last interview
when I broke up with my first wife.
That was before this decision.
It was a kind of living together
that burdened me so incredibly much.
Again and again.
And actually didn't let me go.
And then suddenly this realization came
that it's not possible anymore.
I have to make a decision.
I have to make a choice.
There was no decision anymore.
I also want to say that
as long as I believe
that I have a decision to make,
the time is not ripe.
When the time is ripe,
there is no need for a decision.
Then you know.
And so I knew, for example,
when I was with my son,
I'm going back to Greece.
With the separation of my wife.
I knew that it had to be over now.
That was not a decision.
On the outside,
it is quickly called a decision.
You made the decision.
I didn't really make the decision.
It has a different quality,
this clarity,
than when you say,
I'm going to break up soon.
It's still a little fuzzy.
Or yes, we're breaking up now.
But I also know it in the environment.
You really recognize
when someone has made a clear decision.
Where you realize,
okay, it has been rummaged around for years.
But now it's clear.
Now comes this decision.
You can feel it in the other person.
That is of course a change.
I can also name it
with very banal examples.
For example, if I now have the impulse
to drink water,
I don't decide that I raise my hand
and go to the glass.
It happens.
And so it happens.
If it is coherent, things happen.
And as a result, of course,
the gifts.
I have always noticed
that when you have made these decisions
in life,
that then suddenly doors opened.
Yes.
Where in the deepest meditations
with visualization
and manifesting
would never have come to.
Yes.
That's exactly what I have perceived
in my life.
In the moment when I really
left myself to my innermost.
And my ego retains.
Or I recognize where my ego works.
I recognize where there is fear.
Where there is hesitation
to decide or do something.
In the moment when I say
I trust that
everything that happens is right.
And is perfect.
And I leave myself to the
gifts of life.
If I live in gratitude for every moment,
then I achieve much faster
a harmonious basic feeling.
And in fact, as you say,
doors open.
You are in the flow, as it is so beautifully called.
Life flows.
And is full of gifts.
Yes, and also the things
that sometimes go wrong.
Then just look again
from another perspective.
I also had such a situation yesterday.
I wanted to go to Switzerland
to work.
And my blanket didn't go down anymore.
Didn't go up, didn't go up.
And we had hail reports
and heavy rain.
But at that moment
I was with a friend in the garage.
And he said,
let your car stand there.
And I'll try it again in two hours.
Maybe then the blanket will go up.
And then of course I got
a little excited for a moment.
I thought I actually wanted to go now.
My time management.
And then I thought to myself,
what would happen if I now
leave with an open blanket in good weather.
And then I'm on the highway
and there's a hail.
I had to
work it out for myself again
that everything was okay.
But this realization,
this awareness
to have it in love
and to look at it
again, to look at the overall situation
and say,
what did it protect you from?
For example?
If I'm standing somewhere
and the thing doesn't go up,
then of course I have a completely different problem
than if I was standing
in the garage anyway.
And these are, in turn,
I think,
looking back at the situation or challenge
where you then say,
ah, that already made sense.
Even if it was
something material, banal,
but nevertheless,
physical damage can also
occur afterwards if you stand there in the hail.
Yes.
Or an example
that just comes to my mind now.
My father used to have,
I think I was
just elected, he had two
jobs. Once he was a
bricklayer during the day
and as a mason
he worked.
Two shifts a day.
And one evening he said
he couldn't go to work.
Somehow he
couldn't go to work. And then he called
a colleague who then left.
And that night
an accident actually happened in the garage.
And in the shaft where he
would have worked
this representative
died, unfortunately.
And
I also see that
his innermost being,
his divine self, kept him from it.
And these are the things
to watch out for.
For example, it also happens to me often
that someone calls and asks for a call
and I don't call back.
Not because I have decided
I don't call back, but because it doesn't happen.
It just doesn't happen.
And then I imagine, man, I should have called him.
And then it turns out again and again
that it made sense. Very exciting.
So leave yourself to life.
That's actually
the art of life.
When I think of the harmonization
now, we have already had some
guests here who
worked as therapists and
they have harmonized the spaces.
If I really want to feel
the inner processes
or this inner
guidance better,
I already realize
that when I am in nature
or in an energetically
clean room, which of course
also works on a completely different
quality level, also when it comes to
creativity or ideas,
as if I were sitting
in a 5G shed
with three Wi-Fi routers.
And again
from your experience,
when we talk again about
harmonization, what feedback
are there, especially with people
who have harmonized
their rooms, offices or
therapy rooms or
the home?
It's nice that you ask, because I just
got a wonderful e-mail three days ago
from an
older family.
A couple I
visited near Munich.
I had installed
and harmonized the house
and they were very unhappy, also
subsequently unhappy.
And so I went there again and
changed and exchanged the whole thing.
And they actually realized
that it was better.
She had the most problems.
They slept in the basement because
it didn't work anywhere else.
And even there it was terrible.
And after my first
attempt, they still slept in the basement
because it didn't work any other way.
And
after that it got better.
And now,
three months ago or so, he writes
and says, the most beautiful thing I've experienced
was that my wife
came into the house after a day of garden work
and said,
thank God, now I'm
back in the house.
And then he says, but you've been
out in the garden all the time, but it's wonderful, isn't it?
He says, but in the house it's more beautiful.
It's more natural.
And that's what we
unconsciously actually perceive
when we pay attention to it.
That's not a single case.
I've heard that more often from customers who said,
since my house has always been harmonized
or my apartment, I rarely go for a walk.
And my question was always,
why?
And then they said, out in nature
I still feel the high frequencies.
I feel the cell phone masts.
I get it all somewhere.
And at home, everything is
over. It's not there anymore.
It's no longer perceptible. I'm no longer irritated.
It's really
even better than being in nature.
That's how crazy it sounds, but it's true.
And that's what people who
still have a strong inner contact
report back and
can perceive it.
Great. Thank you very much, dear Richard.
You're welcome.
For our exchange.
I wish you continued success
also in Greece.
A nice restart again.
And that all your projects succeed.
See you soon, hopefully.
Thank you.
Thank you too.
Dear viewers, I hope you were able
to take a lot with you again for the
harmonization of your own life
and inspiration.
I'm always happy when you watch.
Thank you very much for that. I wish you a wonderful time.
See you soon. Bye.
