Hi everyone, today I'm going to show you how to make a addictive Motsunabe-style dish using cabbage and pork.
It's a one-pan zuborara hot pot.
It's super easy to make, but it's so delicious that you don't even need the base of the pot, so please try it at home.
Let's get started.
First, cut the washed cabbage into thin strips.
You can cut it into thin strips with a slicer like this.
Then wash it well.
Cut the washed cabbage into thin strips.
Next, wash the chives and cut them into appropriate sizes.
Cut the root part of the chives into 5 pieces.
Chives are ready.
Cut 2 cloves of garlic into thin slices.
Like this.
We also use ginger, but we wash it clean and peel the skin off.
If you are worried about the skin, please peel it off.
Finally, cut the pork belly.
300 grams of pork belly.
I'm going to eat Champon at the end of the video, but if you don't want to eat Champon at the end of the video, you can use 150 grams of pork belly.
If you are on a diet or on a low-carb diet, you can use 150 grams of pork belly.
Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Like this.
Turn on the heat.
High heat is OK.
First, cook the pork belly.
If the pan sticks to the pan, add a little sesame oil or regular oil.
Use the oil from the pork belly.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and dou ban jiang.
When it's about 80% cooked, reduce the heat to low and add garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon of dou ban jiang.
This dou ban jiang is quite spicy, so add 1 teaspoon of shisen.
If you don't like spicy food, you can add miso.
It's cold, so add a lot of ginger.
Add about this much.
Then turn the heat up and stir-fry the dou ban jiang and garlic lightly.
Make sure it doesn't burn.
When it's cooked, take it out.
When it smells fragrant, reduce the heat to low and add 600 ml of water.
Let's season the soup.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of mirin.
Add 2 tablespoons of sake.
Add 1 tablespoon of ago dashi.
You can use mentsuyu or white dashi, but I recommend using Japanese-style dashi.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder or Chinese flavor.
I use Chinese flavor.
Turn the heat up and bring to a boil.
I forgot to tell you, before adding water and seasonings, take out the meat.
You can leave it as it is, but I want to put it in the middle.
Bring to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, add all the cabbage.
I think it's a lot, but it's gone in a blink of an eye.
Open the middle and put the pork back in.
Finally, put the chives in the middle and cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Let's take a look at the end.
Perfect!
Here is the pork belly and shredded cabbage mochi hot pot.
Let's try it!
Let's eat! Itadakimasu!
Ready?
Itadakimasu!
Yum!
Itadakimasu!
The cabbage is cooked well, and it's soft, but it's still a little crispy.
The seasoning is delicious.
It's delicious!
It's a little spicy, but the cabbage is sweet, so it's just right.
The cabbage disappears in a blink of an eye.
Mochi hot pot is basically cabbage on the side.
The cabbage is so delicious that it's all over the surface.
It's easier to eat than anything else.
It's really good for winter.
It doesn't smell like cabbage at all, so I think it's easy for children to eat.
Mochi hot pot is also satisfying to some extent.
If you really like mochi and want to eat mochi, it's impossible, but if you like the seasoning of mochi hot pot and garlic soy sauce, this is enough.
At worst, you can add mochi to this.
If you really want to eat mochi, this is the only part you can eat.
I'm going to add champon after this, but that's not good, is it?
I'm going to heat it up a lot, so I'm going to add it to the soup.
I don't want you to mix the noodles with the soup, because it will be powdery, and the soup will be thick.
Itadakimasu.
I don't know why it doesn't go well with the soup.
This is definitely delicious.
It's delicious.
I finished serving.
I'll make a little ramen at the end.
The soup is really good.
It warms me up.
Today, I made a mochi hot pot with pork belly and shredded cabbage called one-pan zubora hot pot.
As I said at the beginning, if you remember this, you don't have to buy mochi hot pot.
The taste is exactly the same.
If you remember this, you can add mochi or pork belly.
However, this shredded cabbage can only be boiled for 2 minutes, and the texture is very delicious.
It's a texture that you can't find in a regular hot pot, so I'd like to recommend it.
Also, since we use pork belly, it's easier to get mochi.
You can use pork or chicken, but I recommend pork belly.
It's a little fattier.
It's a little richer and more delicious, so I recommend it.
I hope everyone will make it.
At the end, it's definitely champon.
That's it for today.
It was very delicious.

Thank you for watching until the end.
See you!
