The Final Update on the Carlos Lastra Situation

okay okay boys and girls today we're going to be doing our final update on the Carlos lra situation for those you that don't know I'll give you the real quick rundown basically Niger went on a podcast said some stuff about Carlos that a lot of people wanted to know about he then came to me give me a bunch of screenshots about some nefarious stuff that Carlos has been up to basically he's been nons and talking to little kids sending dirty pictures and then we had a little bit of a back and forth we had a few people get involved Carlos then did an interview of another YouTuber and basically admitted to the stuff on the interview without really admitting to it basically saying oh I might have done it I was too drunk to realize at the time which to me is enough evidence to say that there's definitely some guilt on that conscience and a lot of people were saying to me webs why have you added yourself into this situation nothing's going to come of it you can't even get people done for a crime that happened this long ago well guess what you actually can the statute of limitations is the law that people were applying to where you can't bring up a crime that happened five or more years ago but guess what it doesn't apply to cases of sa kidnapping all really serious things just think of for example Andrew Tate they're pulling him up on crimes and arresting him for stuff that happened 10 plus years ago so if it's happening to him it can happen to anybody and I've got some news and this is my final update on the situation so with the addressing of the dumbass comments out the way I've got some fantastic news so Aaron Ciro called me after I made the first video and was asking me if I had any further Evidence apart from the screenshots I showed him the interview with the other YouTuber he then took that and then was saying to me that him that him and Nigel were putting together a case against Carlos to take him to court for it they didn't have much solid evidence in that case however Aaron actually rang me the other night look I'll show you here right now on my call log Aaron Cairo Sunday night he rang me and asked me a bunch of questions and then I was hit up the next morning and told that a few other victims have seen the videos that I made and have come forward with proof and everything required to get Carlos put away so hopefully that's going to be happen sooner rather than later so there's definitely a court case happening here so Carlos if you're watching this I would be pretty scared if I was you because your crimes are certainly going to be dealt with now now we've got all these victims and all this evidence and for those of you that thought that me making these videos was just me trying to make money from it I'll have you know I donated all the money to the sa Charities that I showed in my last video on the situation so I didn't profit at all from it and my main purpose was to make sure that Carlos even if he didn't get criminal charges for this that people knew exactly the kind of person that he was that was my goal because I can't have that kind of cuz I can't have that kind of guy going around skat Parks meeting up with kids and them running up to him being a big fan and not knowing the stuff so that was my minimal purpose for this but it looks like we got a fantastic ending because now going to court and there are multiple victims coming forward of different types of evidence so I'm very much happy to hear that and hopefully Carlos gets put away for a long time for the stuff he's done obviously I can't reveal any names or give the evidence out myself cuz it's now in the police's hands and there's an investigator going through it but yeah I just thought I'd make this real quick update to let you guys know that what we did and the videos that we made made a big difference and now this noner hopefully will not continue in the skate scene and if you guys hear anything more and there are other people doing stuff like this you let me know because now we're bringing it to light and hopefully putting people behind bars for this kind of so looks like we got the best outcome for this and I'll see you in the next one
