The National Park or National Forest is a natural reserve, a special forest located on the territory of the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa.
This national park has a variety of plant species, featuring tropical rainforests.
Many plant species are at high risk of extinction and are discovered and preserved here.
This is also the first national park in Vietnam.
The National Park was established in 1962 as the first park in Vietnam's National Park and Natural Reserve System.
Throughout the establishment and development of the National Park,
the people of the provinces in particular and the people of the provinces in general
have always been united with the National Park to protect the forest, preserve the treasure of the country, preserve and promote the cultural and natural values.
The community of 14 provinces of the National Park has up to 86% of the people of the region,
with a rich cultural background associated with the peaceful culture of thousands of years ago.
Preserving natural resources along with preserving local cultural values
are the factors that make tourists attractive in the country and internationally.
Thanks to this, the National Park continues to deserve the title of the top national park in Asia for two consecutive years,
2019 and 2020, by the World Travel Award.
The best time for people to visit the National Park is from December to April next year.
At this time, the weather is dry, the air is not humid, so there are not many mosquitoes.

The entrance to the National Park is about 4 km from Ninh Bình.
This cave is about 50 meters high, with 3 fairly large and cool caves,
along with a wind-blown cave on the top of the mountain.
Inside there is also a narrow, dark and humid cave,
which is home to the largest number of species in the world, with 19 species.
After visiting the cave in the old days, you will turn left and continue for about 3 km,

The National Park has a height of more than 45 meters, with a diameter of 5 meters.

with a total length of 7 km, with a travel time of about 4 to 5 hours.
In addition, you should visit Ban Muong, a basin deep in the National Park,
is where the people of Ban Muong live and develop with the National Park for more than 1,000 years.
Located on the bank of the Bai Dinh Pagoda, deep in the National Park,
Ban Khanh in An Nghia commune, Lạc Sơn district,
is where the people of Ban Muong, Hoa Bình province, have lived for 1,000 years.
You will have to walk more than 16 km through the forest,
