This gate is actually an entrance to your own private fairy tale.
I kid you not.
So I'm going to attempt to walk backwards on this cobblestone driveway that seems
to go forever. It's just this corridor of driveway,
an immaculate jungle garden. This property is incredible.
So unlike anything I've seen yet, we're located in Caba Caba,
which is just about 10 minutes away drive from Chengu. Four bedrooms,
has a rec room, 39 aura.
It's 2.9 million USD for your own private
sanctuary here, right in Bali.
But I got to tell you my first impression when I came in through the driveway
and saw what this property really is. I'm speechless.
Where to begin here. This property is so big. And the thing is, this is,
it's a proper luxury estate. The build quality is immaculate.
It is seamless. It is pristine. It is tranquil, but keep in mind,
this is an estate. This is a home.
And when we go into the rooms in a little bit, you'll just notice it's cozy.
You just want to stay and relax. 20 meter pool.
You better believe I'm jumping in this today. So stay tuned.
Big yard, nature walk down to the ravine.
We can look at the jungle. We've got Joe glow style common area.
We've got a 200 square meter wraparound Koi pond with plenty
of fish in it. This entire building behind me is the primary bedroom,
which you really have to see to believe we've got a commercial grade chef's
kitchen bar set up here.
And a couple of things that I'm not even going to tell you about yet.
You just have to stick around and see it because the property just keeps on
going.
But to get the true experience of the reveal of this property
down this long driveway is as soon as we turn the corner,
look at this, look at this place. This is, this is just a sanctuary.
I can't find any better word to use than this.
Let's go ahead and jump into the main property.
I keep waiting for a butterfly to like land on my finger.
I think that happened in the movie tree of life. Look it up. I don't know,
but it was like some magical moment that they just ran with.
I'm trying to like recreate that right now.
So let's talk about the primary bedroom,
but first look to your right and down. Cause I love that stonework.
It's not such a cool, no matter where we go,
we're surrounded by obviously nature because it's an open concept property
layout. But in regards to the materials,
we have all natural elements stone, everything regarding the furniture,
the antiques, the artwork.
There's a ton of locally sourced Indonesian elements,
even from joke Jakarta all around Java.
But we also have international items brought in Moroccan rugs.
We've got sculptures from Africa. This property really tells a story.
Right. It's stepping into the primary bedroom here.
Got the radio caught on the door. First of all, it's really cold in here.
It feels great. Oh man. But everything's just immaculate.
So even though this is the primary,
it really feels like a separate guest house as it is because we've got the
bedroom behind us a very large and very comfortable living area,
large dining table here and an office space.
And I just can't tell you how luxurious this feels. You know,
the style I think would be best to be described.
It's like traditional colonial modern all at the same time. You know, we,
we feel bits of Indonesia in here, but certainly, uh, this,
this is worthy of a HGTV publication.
Let's head back to the bedroom and wardrobe bathroom and love the
nice heavy door, the build quality. You can just,
you can feel it in everything you touch here and everything is just seamless.
It is perfect. Everything fits perfectly. Uh, it's just when, you know,
you're at a whole different level and everything about this place,
the lighting, the sound dampening, the temperature. It's just,
again, I just want to sit down and just be for the next two hours.
I just want to sit and meditate and just relax. So that's all it is.
I can't think of a place that I've ever felt more relaxed in my life.
And this isn't like open the door. I hope you can hear that.
And we've got the wardrobe area here. And then the bathroom,
this bathroom is going to be the same layout as we'll see in the next bedrooms as
well. But nice big shower.
I also love any sense of a labyrinth and stairs and levels.
It's just so interactive.
So we can climb a couple of stairs here and we're right at the service bar.
We've got a guest powder room here.
And then behind around the corner is the chef's kitchen.
So walk with me over the Koi pond. Yeah,
we've got the common area here. Lots of places to sit traditional Joglo style,
but we also have a couple sculptures and fixtures that are imported from other
countries. This is from Thailand. This is bronze and rock crystal.
We've got statues from Africa, uh, traditional stone,
sacred cow from Indonesia.
And there's just, there's just so much to look at with this breeze coming
through. Uh, yeah, it's just turtle.
We've been looking, we've got the wall carving here.
There's just so much detail on everything around.
It's like all you can do here is just sit and appreciate where all this comes
from. All right,
so let's head down and check out the guest bedrooms over here.
There's still so much to cover though. I want to show you the, uh,
jungle walk down to the ravine in the meantime,
make sure and like and subscribe for future videos. Let's continue.
All right.
So we've got the two bedrooms that are separated by this hallway that has its
own separate entrance to the driveway,
but notice to the left they have a platform that they usually will set up for
dining experiences. So, uh,
put a setting out there for brunch or a nice dinner.
We also have staff quarters over there.
So hop on up and let's have a look at these bedrooms.
I love the recessed lighting with the wooden ceiling,
the wooden planks up here. It just kind of helps draw everything up. You know,
these doors, look how tall these doors are.
So I guess we're going in the right one first.
Yeah. I feel like I'm walking into a magazine. I swear.
Let's look around for a bit. See what's here. Lots of sculptures,
Moroccan rugs here. Everything is just so exclusive and high end.
I got to just take a seat. That's what I got to do. Oh,
Oh,
I'm not kidding. I don't, I don't want to get up. Uh,
have a look at the bathroom while you're over there.
You'll see a double vanity set up similarly to the primary bedroom.
So, uh, come back in a minute.
So we'll head across the hall here. We'll head across the hall here.
And, uh, it's pretty much identical, but with different,
some different items in here, different artwork, some different sculptures.
So we're done here on this end,
but remember some couple of things I haven't shown you yet.
And we got to go back to the beginning because, uh, for me,
it's the icing on the cake. Wait, but first, first,
let's go on a little nature walk. It's quick. Listen to that.
Oh, that's good. So this actually goes all the way down.
We've got a stream that runs down there. So we're in the jungle right here.
Just a private gateway.
We've got a gazebo sitting area over there. Temple.
I bet of course two more buildings behind me.
So it's pretty straightforward. Just the bed.
We've got a powder room and wardrobe, but I just love that.
All the windows open up. Yeah.
You've got this nearly 360 degree view of the outdoors.
So we've got a proper billiards room,
full size table, flat screen TV.
Let me tell you something I've never played pool in a room with
this view. And we've even got the temple behind us.
So two temples in either corner and jungle outside.
Hey, so I hope you enjoyed the tour.
Truly this is a rare opportunity to find such a luxurious and
large freehold estate,
especially at just being a short drive from Chengu.
