Back to School Crafting with An & April

hi everyone it's an and April back for our monthly project this month uh we both did back to school projects so you can go into our design space profiles and get the free projects from there so all right let's get started April how was your project it has a lot of pieces more pieces than I normally do but but I loved it and I used um I used a lot of different paper but I also utilized um some of 12 x 12 they send you know those the scrap samp yes I used a bunch of those where I was like you know what like I like this color and this color um so I'll show you guys which ones I used from the scrap pile or sample pile sorry yeah but they cut them into uh let me see if I can they're like yeah they're like 4 by 12 maybe I did the same thing and that's I got this pencil like I absolutely love my pencil um but I don't know what color I use it's like a gold yes yes I used mine from there too look it so funny wait oh cute is that the same that I used for this one I'm wondering yours is more orange maybe mine is yours textured mine has texture um no it doesn't mine's flat mine a texture I do have a um so this this is one of those things hi I'm like making sure that everyone can hear us okay um if you went and cut my design well first of all we still need to add the name so and and we'll rebuild this but um I added a light because I don't know if you guys remember or if you saw this one from last month I loved my little light on the star and I felt like it really accented the star and it was just different because it popped up I tried to do that again with this one and it was a total dead so if you haven't cut the project don't worry about that little hole cut out whatever ignore it don't add a light it was like not worth it at all on the black it's so hard to see so it was um it was a mistake that needed to be made and I made it so you don't have to waste your time doing it oh I feel like we all do those where we're like dang it I shouldn't have done that hold on for just one second what are you looking for Charlotte Vivian lost her phone Vivian sorry Vivian lost her phone you guys last talked to her mom up up there her phone she's talking her app watch yeah I don't think it's oh she talked to her on the Apple watch oh boy she she can't page it with the watch can you page your phone with the with the watch like Ping your phone you you can do it the other way oh you silenced your phone it should still ping even when it's silenced um I don't remember seeing it you guys can come down here and look really quickly do you think it was down here when was the last time you used it these are nine year olds I've got going on what's that okay did it make it back from Target yeah okay good um okay you're kind of on your own to look for it though okay all right it's like thank God it made it back from Target it's her it's my daughter's her play date no worries you you don't know how many times I've left my phone you know how they have that convenient little space for your phone I've left my phone there I've left my airpods in there it's just right there all right so I'm putting this one away I still love this one I love the light but it didn't work for today's project okay so like April I don't love a lot a lot of details like I don't like gluing down a lot of things um so like the name for instance which I love this swamp by the way you you should be able to use it in my project to um update the name so I I use HTV and we're going to just press it onto our card stock okay I normally um use print and cut when I know that there's a lot of details and I said not today we're we're doing this we're doing this whole thing all out of card stock so if you see I did go ahead and I not one thing was a print and cut not one thing was print and cut shut up to be so proud of me for that shut the front door I never ever that this is literally I think probably the first time that has been the case yeah as far as I can remember I would say look how cute this font is oh I love that right okay I've got my mini heat press on it's on two um I usually do two maybe even one um I am using p paper so it's thicker so I feel like it can um uh withstand the heat so let me just get a heat pad real quick do we have our usuals on everyone usually says hi so let us know if you're on okay here we go I cannot believe that it is almost time for school again I know my are your is your daughter being like I'm not ready yet or she excited because it's going to be like you know it's a whole new school well she went last we started mid year or late late so it it's not completely new um but no she's her and her friend her friend goes to the same school they're like not ready for school ah kids my son too he's like two more weeks he's like that's not enough time time for what for you to be on the computer all day like I'm confused all right so you saw how quickly I pressed that I'm going to press it just a little bit more I saw some like this L right here it didn't go all the way down so I'm just going to put a Teflon sheet on top you never want to put heat directly onto your vinyl um so let me pull out I want to start getting some of these little pieces out of my way already I'm waiting for my daughter to go back to school that's going to be my excuse um and that's when I'm gonna like get fully back into crafting aha yeah she's nine yes well it's only this year that I've been on The Struggle Bus maybe no I'm just kidding here's the last piece you can add as um much you know um fo foamies as you want but here is the final which I'm going to rebuild right now but I wanted to finish that it's so cute right I used P I love this pencil it's like so stinking re looking it is so cute I especially love the little Sparkle for the where the metal is yeah it's I just love everything about this but it's got a lot of layers so you could see so it's got also the Light which was unnecessary so we'll talk about that later when we get to it but all right let's rebuild this sucker okay all right I'm gonna keep this to the side I wasn't ready for all these little pieces again I almost wanted to cheat and start doing the the teeny tiny pieces and have them already on but before before I came on with you what the best part is us chitchatting and doing all the details I know that's I was like you know what I was like no stick it out and also um I need it because you are always so fast when you're crafting Let's see we got we got a Need for Speed okay so I have a question for you do you follow um this is Tissa um Tisa no I don't think so I don't I don't think I've heard of her um oh my gosh she's got a great eye for color and just like all her projects just they just look so darn pretty so she's um I would say she's best known for blinging things but I am so excited she we just made plans she's coming to my craft room next week I'm G to order lunch and we're g to craft well I I don't know we're g to craft but we're going to talk in my craft room that's the same thing that's awesome yeah I'm super excited because I have been um I've been following her for a very long time like I absolutely adore her work so is she local to you um I know she's in I think she's in houst uh no wait is she in Houston I think she's um she's somewhere in Texas um but she she's here for work um she's not from Dallas um oh but she's here for work and so she I'm I'm super excited to see her that's awesome I love I love I think that's one of my favorite things is meeting meeting other crafters and making you know like friendships in your networking because like that just makes it all the more fun yeah no definitely I mean this is just like a regular job right that you go into I mean it's remote like you can think of it as a remote job um but like you need your colleagues right you do I work from home with my parents and they're the only ones I see so I definitely I I love talking to other people I'm like I need to talk to other people besides just them although my mom is the first thing I come in and I go straight to her office and I stop and have a chitchat with her for like 5 10 15 minutes sometimes my dad has to be like hello you have work to do but yeah that always makes it fun no I love it especially when when it becomes like sometimes I think like everything right like as much as we love doing um crafting and being creative like it becomes a little bit of a grind at times right like when you just don't feel like doing anything and so it's nice to have I don't know it's nice to have friends and to chitchat about it no it it really is I know sometimes when I'm talking to other people who don't craft I'll be talking about crafting and I just see the eyes glaze over and I'm like all right I'm done you guys don't get me no because they probably think what we're doing is like easy peasy and so fun and silly and why would you hate it I've heard somebody refer to it as um playing with paper and I'm like well you know what I'm damn good at it so I love it um how have you been have you do been sorry been doing any more um sublimation projects um I am gonna do some this weekend I'm trying to think of what I did lately um my daughter did a lot of things like she's been doing a lot of those acrylic tags cuz she wants to put it on everything so she's putting her and her friends like make them and they put it on their little fanny pack and um backpacks and you know purses like I mean they don't even have any money I don't know what they're why they need so many bags but whatever that's okay that's cute I love that how about you um I have not recently I need to my my printer reminds me every day that it's um Saw Grass ready to print I know well you do have it on all the time though right I do I don't yeah I don't ever turn it off okay um but I definitely I I need to print something I was thinking about doing something my sister's a first grade teacher which so I have this one that I already made um and then the one that I'm making I just cut the same thing again and I'm just going to um ship it over to my sister and hopefully she can you know make some use for it in her classroom with her kids oh cool but you know what I always do for uh the school year is instead of doing well I do both you know the the first day of school chalkboard so I do that but I also put everything that's on that chalkboard onto a tumbler and then I have my daughter handw write her name so I get her signature and then I put it on a tumbler so she has a tumbler from for a few years now so it's like so it's you know it's always there it's not in a picture but it's like an actual tangible items yeah so you should do that I love it that is very cute I you're going to have to show me that okay I'll send you a picture of that and anyone who I use canva and so it's super cute it's got all like the colored pencils like as the as the the edging and it's just it's cute and she answers all the questions like what do I want to be and all of that but it's all captured on a Tumblr Oh I love all that that's cute all for making the memories um I keep saying I'm going to do scrapbooking um I definitely want to give it a whirl I bought three scrapbooks um you did I did they're they only have 10 pages so like I'm not trying to get crazy but I do that's that's a commitment it it is um it definitely is my mom my mom used to be a scrapbooker she used to make um so we have these I mean obviously it was before like the Cricut and all that she used to have like you know like Little D cuts and like the stick stickers and she had like a big old thing and it had like just different stickers different cutouts um but she used to make she made actually a scrapbook for each of me and my sisters and one of my sisters got a scrapbook that was um her ABCs so like for every letter there was a page and it had like you know people and things that started with that letter and it's just really cool where I was like you know what like I might be too late in the game to do that for my kids because I feel like they're a little too old for that now but yeah it's too hard to catch up yeah so I'm like let me at least um with what I can let me try to at least make them a scrapbook even if it's 10 pages and if I want to you know get them another one eventually then we'll go from there um but like little cutouts like this would be perfect for that lots of little card stock I'm so I I mean I love receiving a scrapbook but and I love that idea of doing it but I'm committed for like four or five pages you know and then it's like oh I can't finish this book it's too much yeah I think it's the Gathering of the photos that that was also a thing for me where I was like well you know sometimes I've noticed that like you know when you're on your iPhone you take photos a certain orientation and when you're trying to print out stuff you're like well I don't have any pictures that kind of like you know are what I need or they're like selfies and I want like you know far out pictures and I'm like you know what damn it like this is just not going to work the way I want it to so I'm down to give it a whirl though um I found I brought over my Tumblr I just want to show you so if you get to see like it's all and then her little handwriting from oh what year is this um oh this is starting third so it's actually just a year ago so it's um you know she's 59 pounds Charlie third grade 8 and 1/2 years old like all the details what she wants to be but it's her signature that I think is different you know that we're able to add on there and keep right yeah and then so I can drink from this but I love it so she I only started this um two years ago so we only have two but um I like this idea because I mean I do the chalkboard still because I like her standing there and taking a picture and seeing how much taller she is um but that gets erased and it gets put away way you know and I feel like this I'm always reminded of you know the things that she said things that were important to her so I I love it I love it that's a very unique idea I'm gonna have to try some more of those steal some of your tips no I love it do [Laughter] it oh man all right how is everybody online I see you guys all right these little pieces are killing me if for me it's the um it's the foamies right now that's killing me oh you know what I think is the hardest um this crayon is going to be the death of me like if you're making the project print the crayon just print the damn crayon I don't know what else to say but print the crayon please save yourself some heartache unless you're crafting with us right now then then take your time we're gonna have a full time there we go I did I still used some P I didn't use um a lot of it but I still had to throw it in there I know I love it so much so I actually used it so it's two projects in a row where the I feel like the majority of it is PL it's cuz it's just so awesome I think it's seriously severely underrated yes I agree I know it's like I wonder how many people have bought it since we've been talking about it cuz I feel like between this and the sequin glitter I know it sounds like we're a broken record but it's so good and then if you did buy it and you love it then you know you understand why we talk about all the time yes um I'm not I'm not sorry I was gonna say I had a couple of people who um told me that they bought it and they tried it and they really liked it um so that was that was nice um I also wanted to I guess kind of like address I've had a couple of girls message me asking about our projects um if they're able to like post them and share them um after they make them and that's like 1,000% yes that's what these are free projects and they are able to be recreated reposted tag us we want to see them yeah share them and I think they're actually even okay for you to sell right like to personalize and okay personalize sell them yeah they're it's a free project it's a free yep you do you yes yes yes all right so I I mean there there's no cake happening on the first day of school but I like the idea of Charlotte holding her tumbler for the for the year the little thing this other one is going to say fourth grade so I have another one to do for that one um but I I like Photo props I don't know I'm moving away from cake toppers and just kind of making them just a little bit smaller than a cake topper and calling them a photo prop aha so you're still going to stick the stick on them because I am because I think it's cute when you're holding it like see okay I was debating on whether or not I should do the stick but I was going to give this one I'm kind of debating like do I let Max take his picture with it hold it like you know like like hi like you know in front of them or and then give it to the teacher and let her put it on the wall or something like add rib to it where they can hang it oh like you know like a little piece of ribbon here and a little piece of ribbon there to hang or do I keep it and stick it in his memory box well aren't you making two so that one I'm giving the other one to my sister for her class oh okay okay I should ask her how are you gonna really use it I like both your ideas I mean I'm going to let Charlotte take a pict of it so actually no I'm lying I'm I'm doing both because one is going to say Charlotte one is going to be fourth grade the fourth grade one I was going to put it with whatever goodie bag that I make for the teacher which I haven't decided yet um but yeah I was going to give her one that says the fourth grade one M okay okay all right I'm building my pencil my pencil is the one thing that is going to I usually don't do print then cut so none of my stuff is print and cut right now and this one this crayon is Drive is going to be the death of me I did we're only 23 minutes into our into our live so I we've got plenty of time girl okay well I'm making progress then Janine says that's a great idea using as a photo prop yay I I love it I think it just adds to every picture and they're like they've got so much detail and it's so pretty and they you know these projects always photo so well so they do I'm I was going to ask the boys the older ones if they wanted one and they both were like Mom really I've got one going into seventh grade and the other one going into high school and they said absolutely not I said well I tried don't even think about it I tried though that's so funny um when I'm gluing on so I am you so for this one I use the gold glitter um card stock it's called oat I think it's like two-tone and it's it's really pretty but when I'm gluing on it you definitely need um oh your glue gun yeah okay definitely because if not it will not stick yeah so that's that's always one thing to uh keep in mind it is really pretty color though like I don't know I love it I mean we are playing with paper technically yes all the pretty papers all of them I think I lost two pieces right here but it's going to be covered up so do I really care no I don't good you're good just just keep going just keep trucking okay okay um these greens mine are from The Encore pack I think I'm using grasshopper and oh grasshopper is a great color yes I think it's grasshopper and parsley or grasshopper and Dill oh I love I don't know Dill but I know par pickle yeah yes so I'm using yep I'm using grasshopper and Dill so let me see if I these two oh I love it I feel like they're pretty awesome here we I had to edit my project because I wasn't really thinking through like how the light was going to work and so afterwards I had to like cut some things and you know hole punch some things and then the light didn't even work I'm like I feel like it happens though yeah um no the file is not available as an SVG it is just available in both of our design space profiles so if you go and search for the useless crafter for instance um you will see all of my free projects on there and then if you want to get to April from my page then you can just go to see who I follow I only follow five people and so April will you'll easily find April and you'll see all her projects on there yes you do have to um be access members to be able to get them for free um because I think if not you have to pay for like each element or something like that right um and I am I do use images created by other um other designers so when we use their stuff every time we I think every time we go to cut it they actually get credit and they get paid for it so really yeah so we're supporting other designers as well and these are a bunch of different elements like um I believe oh go ahead oh I was gonna say I didn't know that I love that even more more of a reason to go and click on on theirs I save a lot of stuff I bookmark a lot of stuff yeah I think you actually have to like cut it it like not just have you know your projects in there but like um like Kayla from the salty Yankee she's one of the designers so when I can use her stuff I you know I like to it's like supporting your Etsy designers too you know these are all regular people who are busting their butts making cute files for us to use I love it that actually makes me happy because I do use a lot of I use a lot of other not just like Cricut design space images um uh but like I use a lot where are my scissors of other designers images in design space too so that makes that makes my heart happy yay I'm glad to spread the news yeah I actually just got um I appli to be part of that Cricut Collective program uhhuh and I got in so I posted my first one like the other day but they're very very strict on like their guidelines for posting um and you can only use you know like non-licensed and they prefer that you use their like anything that's in their the design space Library uh for your projects so that's pretty it's pretty interesting yeah I um I saw one that first came out and then I just have dropped the ball nothing else no no no other reason as to why I'm not doing that he I figure it's we're already posting projects might as well try to make the most of every post no I totally agree with you all right with the banners I layered a ton so that we would just have like lots of layers so it's not so flat everything pops out just a little bit of an offset so you can see it but not be like so distracted by it so I just love it I just think it's so stinking cute it really is what did you use for the stem what colors um so I used oh for the green you know what it's so bad I know I used Encore but I don't know what colors I Ed and the reason is because I just unwrap everything and I put it over into my you know into my um paper collection and I like to just browse my card stock and just kind of pick out the colors and not really think about you know which brand I'm using um but as you can tell I am using Encore I just don't know the exact colors but I love them yay I know it's not funny but do you do you feel like that because then it's like I feel like it's a true blind test of like which ones you want to use and you pull it out and you're like oh I know this is Encore I like to do my projects I mean I know for for this one um I did pull from the like the sample the sample packs um which made it fun but like when I'm doing something that I'm going to do like orders for I try to keep in mind like what other what other items do I have that use as a color that's similar to this that way when I'm ordering I kind of know like okay I'm ordering a bunch of all of this color or a bunch of all of this one like grasshopper and this one I use these for like my football ones I use them for anything that has to do with grass basically any type of sports so I like to kind of like know like okay I'm gonna I can use this for multiple themes and kind of strategize I try I try I don't have as much space as you to put paper I know well I um I mean I am kind of happy that I don't have a good like any good craft stores around me um because I really need to stop buying stuff and so now I'm just I only do my monthly shopping at 12 by 12 card stock shop for my paper and other than that I'm like I got to use my supplies um I see a comment from Gallery Avenue designs she says I love that backpack but I'm not an access member so here's my take on access Cricut access I feel like it's totally worth it because when you're designing there are so many things and that that library is such a good Search tool too like you go in there there's so many images and especially now that they're utilizing um Regular designers like Kayla from the salty Yankee I just I just feel like you have so many designers at your fingertips that it's worth it it's worth it and then also the fonts that are there I mean I know I'm not like the biggest cricet um Library font fan because I love to use creative Fabrica but um but you have that plus it's the images the images are so good I feel like for every um for every project that we've done even this one I put him back to school and I got you know all these images that were just like ready to be put together the way you want to and it it just makes it so fast to do a project so I don't get anything for you guys to you know subscribe to the access um access um subscription but I do feel like it's such a good one to have I feel the same way I feel like it's worth it um I didn't know Jessica um from a mother's crafts shared in her stories today um and I'm seriously like I've been so behind I've been Cricket access member for what since 200 I think like 14 or something okay um I didn't know they give you a coupon for $10 off every couple months to use in their store they oh sometimes I use it I'm like where have I been so I just got I literally you guys were on when they had it oh no that glue gun is horrible oh no don't tell me that yeah no sorry just just keep it in the Box oh I haven't unboxed it yet but as being part of the Cricut Collective they don't want to see any other brands um when they're so I'm like I could just throw that in there show it and that way it counts as it but um Jessica said that she uses hers for mats and she buys mats with the coupon and you know applies them towards that which I was kind of like I never thought about it and it's just kind of like they have I don't know I don't know and I don't know I'm going to slap you right now the next time I see you I'm going to physically slap you I have talking about those bulk 12 by 24 mats for like years literally years when they go on sale and then you apply all your discounts it is totally worth it I have never bought my mats from there I know I know so yeah that's how I feel about that smack me from here all the way to Tuesday an late to the game did you also know that they have a new subscription where you can subscribe annually instead of monthly and you save 20% um I always subscribe annually why did okay why did that barely come up on that's not that's not new okay well apparently I'm linked to all these you know what what else I'm linked to um so don't laugh at me but I mean you know I'm on Etsy um for the longest time I have been blocked from their Etsy seller Community forum and every time I would go to like read any of their messages it would tell me I don't have access I don't have access and I'm just thinking like dude like I'm I'm a good seller for you guys like why don't I have access like I'm in good standing like what's going on well they I called finally I have a a number of anema email and I requested a call and they called me literally within like 10 minutes of me requesting the call and I said you know I'm trying to view this message but it says I'm blocked but yet like my counts in good standing turns out the whole time they just had a technical issue and they blocked me from using their Forum page I'm like dude like I'm just so all the announcements I never get to read them late to the show always so don't be like me don't be late April what are we gonna do about you I don't know so I don't know if this is going to be an issue I may lose you guys for the face to face because my laptop is going crazy again my my phone will be fine so you'll still see my desktop which I'm not worried about but just so that you guys know okay but it may be that we finish in time and then it it won't be a I I might have we'll see how much time I have left okay I'm almost done now I'm almost done all right so Gallery Avenue designs did we convince you to join cricked access I hope that's a yes yeah it it takes a while let me see we're missing our usuals from this from today's session though we are I'm wondering if it's because it's back yeah yeah um next month I I looked at sorry I took a peek ahead and it says next month we have like um ice cream themed oh okay that's gonna be fun I don't know where we came up with that but we came up with it okay yeah I was wondering what it was going to be I'm like is it too early for Halloween um I need to write I want to write it down yeah we're doing ice cream hey April have we been doing this together for a year now yet I think in October it'll be a year in October okay how why do you think it's October um because it it was shortly after um shortly after I had brunch with the girls and that was in October okay um yeah it's been it's it's been I also think that's when we had like that Zoom um around like September October we had that Zoom where we did kind of like um just a bunch of us um with not all of us with our drinks I think Claudia was um newly newly pregnant okay I'm I'm pretty sure yeah but you're right I do remember that I think I was um I was in Vermont for that crafting thing and I miss October yeah okay so Gallery Avenue designs wrote back she said no sorry ladies I have the creative Fabrica subscription and love it but not going to get CRI all right so I also have creative Fabrica subscription which I agree with you I absolutely love that I have that too and I always go there for my fun but I like having I like having the image library that library has so many good good images I like upload but Karina says we've convinced her to have cricet access okay so yeah get the cricket access you'll get all our projects and you can buy wait for a sale wait for a sale and get do the bulk purchase for your mats I promise you will not regret that purchase and and it's cheap enough that you can just toss and not clean uh to reuse it yes blasphemy all right the last thing you want to do is you want to do of course the white with the HTV that's going to go on and then your pencil's going to go on top so it's going to look like this and then I can't decide if this one I I think I want to do you see me do those big balloons and fill it with things balloon right yeah so I'm thinking about breaking it out making sure that it still works because I haven't used it since I moved um so I want to make sure that works so I'm thinking of not putting a straw um on this one and putting a string so that it's hanging and swinging in the balloon with all like the I don't know the classroom supplies in the balloon that would super cute that's going to be part two and then I'll say fourth grade maybe we'll see I love it that would be really really cool Janine says I love cricet access I would be lost without it so so I agree with you because what happened was my credit card they couldn't accept it and so it like totally ruined my profile so I actually had to close out my old account open it with a new email account but in between I was like you know what I don't think I need Cricut access cuz at that point I had just subscribe to create a Fabrica as well and so um I decided to kind of just like see and I tried to do two projects without the image library and it was just it was going to take me so long like I caved so fast that's okay so yeah it happens to the best of us right yes yes I've never tried it without it I mean I use I upload images patterns digital paper and stuff all the time but without actual access I don't know if I would be able to function correctly it would I mean I guess once you get used to it and if you already have your projects and you're always um like if you're selling the same projects it's not a big deal but if you're creating stuff and I always feel like of course I'm creating stuff on a deadline line and that's and and I procrastinate enough where I'm like I don't have time to go find a free airplane or yeah to go and upload it um so that's my own personal issue with why it helps me I just love how bright these colors are it's like I'm telling you it's like totally coming through this red the black and the white are all p on my in this project and this is htb I love it I say mine I'm using red um red PL and I don't know what this blue is but man it's pretty shimmery right no it just it's like very vibrant it pops though where I'm like it's pretty yeah it almost looks like it's metallic yeah it's I don't know like there's just something about it that I'm like it doesn't look like the normal I mean it's smooth and I don't usually use smooth cards stock um I always love textured but I don't know there's something about the color that just like draws me in like hey you have so many little pieces on that I'm so proud of you oh thank you I I appreciate that because let me tell you so so proud that that was a lot of work that was a labor of love I love it so I so in our in my design space projects I always have a link to 12 X12 card stock shop because that's where I get you can get your barely art glue from there you can get your barely art foamies from there and of course all the card stock is for me is from a 12 X12 card stock shop and Amanda just joined us hi Amanda hey girl oh she says she's gonna make yours tomorrow yes so so cute all the little pieces she's another one that does all these teeny tiny pieces all the time Amanda yeah for all her for her favor boxes and stuff oh you know what I always just I always pay attention to her big projects like the Monopoly the Uno The Guess Who games and then that like that's what I focus on when I see her stuff so she's got a ton of the little the um I don't want to say the the Pringles ones the like the the fun favor boxes yeah the Gable boxes Gable boxes um the other like treat boxes there's there's another one that's really cool looks like an envelope um like the Play-Doh stuff and all those little all those little treats oh Amanda I forgot she goes I'm working on your Monopoly right now I messaged you yeah got it I got to send her a picture oh I'm excited for the Monopoly one it's going to be so cute that's yeah I did oh I got the um I ordered the Uno one the Uno game from her I you know what that's the one that I I've like I said I've gotten two versions of The Guess Who and I love them so much and so does everyone who's seen them these are like amazing gifts um I mean I I bought them for myself but next time around I'm gonna buy them as gifts um I think everyone will love it so Amanda feel free to drop your link there yes um the Uno cards I had them delivered right in time for Max's birthday and my aunt saw them when um she tagged me in them and she was like oh save me a set from his birthday party and I was like you need to order your own set this is my oh okay look it so we are we done we finished yay all right Karina has a question and I'm gonna send it to you what foamies are the best I'm gonna go I'm partial to using um nanc from fanciful chaos she's got so many different sizes um I they has like what I think it's three 3 millimeters thickness this is for like the extra or not extra these are for the thicker ones and then here is let me see if if I can get it on if you can see this way can you see the difference oh yeah you can okay so you have I think this is 2 mimet thickness and this is three but I also so I love this for like you know the all these back pieces um whenever I'm working with any type of script or any like writing I use the strips I'm just I like how it's so much thinner and I just like cut them down to what I need um she has a whole bunch whole whole bunch of variety and a bunch of different colors I don't really use too much of like all the colored colors I stick with like black white maybe lilac because I like lilac um but other than that like I just I I usually just um check her out um if you follow her Nancy uh fanciful chaos and I'm I use barely art most of the time but I do also use the foamies from um Nancy because I feel like there is a reason for all of them like there's a purpose and it can be used and it's you know if you have all of them then it'll just make your life faster and easier just like having a subscription to creative Fabrica and design for seriously we are like just the I don't know the purchaser of everything seriously and try out the packets from 12 by 12 yeah even if you want to get a feel for like H my kind of you know I I want to see try out different colors um obviously I love their Encore line well my camera is over here feel it cuts so good it cut sometimes I feel like certain Basel colors get stuck I don't know if you've had that issue um but like for me people like um I think it's like marshmallow white from basil I cannot do it it just it cuts horribly for me every time and I'm a sucker for I think it's snow bunny or something bunny but it's white from oh it's right here in my thing I uh well you know I'm partial to their glitter paper it cuts so well and it is a different breed it's a breed of its own like it is so beautiful it really is do you have your Swatch books I well I do somewhere I've got to like clean up and I haven't so it's happening this weekend though look at all that you could already see all that Glitter So Many Colors so good I do recommend when you're first starting to get the Swatch kit but also to get their sampler package it's just the way to go you're going to use it um and it'll be perfect so and then that way you you know what to order next time too it's different seeing it in the fulls size sheets too than just like your the I mean the swatches are great and I love them um but it's something different to see it fully in size so and the don't forget the P who can forget we've been talking about it like legit for three months now maybe longer an I know
