Hello! From the 20th to the 22nd of September, there will be the 5th consecutive edition of the Traditional Archery Tournament in the Historic Park. Last year, we had over 130 archers from 10 nationalities. This year, we expect the competition to be on an even more serious scale. Just to mention, we already have over 170 competitors and more than 5 new nationalities, the most significant for cultural exchange. We will have archers from Japan, archers from neighboring Greece, and from distant Pakistan. Thanks to Nina Jankova, our horse instructor, we will have legendary people who have done a lot for archery with traditional archery on a global scale. Last year, we had Professor Steven Selby, one of the most profound followers of Chinese traditional archery. This year, we expect our official guest, Lucas Novotny, one of the people who many specialists say creates the best bows in the world. A combination of the two worlds, history, tradition, archaeology, and the use of modern technologies.
