Oh my god, this is here, ocean view, that looks very nice. Welcome to Da Nang. Today I'm going to show you three beachfront hotels, maybe four, at the beach, this time at the Songsha beach and we're starting with Paracel Hotel and I'm also together with Kenny today. Hello. So you requested two hotels to review, this Paracel something and Lausanne and between we're going to find a very interesting hotel. Kenny and I saw the last time we were at the beach, we were like, oh my god, that's very interesting and I want to see how it looks inside. Let's don't waste any time and go straight into it. It's right next to a popular seafood place. And this one too. So there are two seafood places. Let's ask if we can see a room. It smells like incense. Looks pretty nice here. It's like a super modern room. So they have coffees here, pretty affordable, one dollar coffees. It's like the downstair area. Oh, nice. What is it? Is it tea? It's the lemon. Lemon tea? Getting welcome drinks here. Nice. That's why I like to review hotels. I'm getting welcome drinks for free. Breakfast is included? Six to nine and it's included in the room rate. Today it would be under $30, right? Yes. And this is beach view, like you're literally at the beach. So now we're going to see the bigger room first and then the smaller room. I think then the cheapest room. All right. Oh, that's beach front. Okay. Come on. Okay. So we're coming in. Bathtub. A bathtub with a window to the bedroom. All amenities. Okay. Looks pretty clean. Yes. Do you have a safety box? Yes, they have. That's a laptop size safety box. Some bathrobes. And now this very spacious and high ceilings room. And even though the whole hotel looks a little bit older, but this looks pretty modern actually. I mean, it looks pretty, very clean. Like the mattress, the bed is 180. So it's not super big, but it's definitely enough. Yes. It's pretty good. And then you have this here. Look at this beach front view. Oh my God. This is crazy. And this here is the beach clubs I reviewed one day when I did the walking tour. This is chic land right next door. Wow. Look at this. Just imagine standing here in the morning with nothing on. No, don't do this. Don't do this. No, no. Look at the LG TV, a kettle, water and coffee, a fridge. All right. So I think this one, what is the name of this room? So that's the double suite? Double suite with the balcony. With balcony. Okay. All right. And now we're going to see the normal room, the cheapest room, right? Yeah, the smaller room. Okay, perfect. So this one is on the eighth floor. So that's a twin bedroom with partial sea view. All right. That's still big. Okay. But this one has a shower. Okay. So this has a shower. I like showers more anyways. But this is still the same. So I think they renovated a little bit, but the floor is a little bit older. So here also there's no safety box. Maybe they can put it back there in, have the same like the other one. So this is two twin bedroom. It looks pretty comfy and clean and nice and wide. And you still have the view to the side, the partial sea view. No balcony, but you see all those beach clubs here. Yeah, that's very nice. Big TV as well. Mini bar. Okay. This one is for three people. Also with shower and then one huge bed and then a smaller bed next to it. A bit of a makeup station here. TV. And I think the partial sea view is to this side. Yes. You can see the sea. Okay. Yeah, it looks pretty nice, like a little bit roundabout. So sadly they're renovating the pool and they cannot show it to us. The good thing is if you want to stay there, it's going to be all well maintained and renovated, I guess. But we couldn't see anything else but these three rooms. But we're just going to go straight to the next one and it's going to be Nallot. A hotel I never heard before. Every time I research hotels, I never see it. Very interesting. It's not a big brand hotel. It's probably like a small... I don't know. But it looks good from down there. So let's check it out. This neighborhood, you have a lot of... Here. Just here, a parallel street is very good for local food. I did a food video there, actually. Actually, on the beach road, everything is a little bit overpriced. And the beach club is over there. All overpriced. But if you go on parallel street from here, then you have all normal Vietnamese dishes for everything you need. The yearly events of Da Nang is always taking place here. So all the concerts and festivals, everything is always here. Hotels are not as close to the An Tung area where all the expert scene is. But yeah, for vacation, it might be a pretty good option. Here's a Windham Solei Da Nang. But the whole building is not done yet. But this might be... Whenever you see this video, this might be done. That might be an option. And you better believe, I will be there and check it. Now we're approaching the Na Lot. And we saw over there, we looked at it, and there's this rooftop thing with a pool, I think. And people were standing there having a party. So here on the left side, behind the hotel, are some kind of night market stands. So you might be able to get some good snacks at night as well. And of course, lots of little stands here on the beach side. A little bit of a beach club, but more in the sand going on over there as well. Looks like old-fashioned Asian, right? Wood, gold, piano. Nice. So I think this is the front office. This is the piano. Can you play some piano, Kenny? There? Here right next to the lobby is like a little bit of a coffee shop. And you see the beach over there. They're just preparing the rooms for us to see. And this time we can see the roof, the pool. It's not on the roof, but it's higher, an elevated roof. And also, what's interesting is the restaurant, I think. Thank you. To the left? It smells a little bit like a massage place. Ah, that's the sea view? Oh, nice. That's nice. So you come in. It's one bedroom. No, one bed. And then you have here right away the ocean view. Look at this. I think that's phenomenal, especially with sunrise. I think that's like 160 or 180. It's a little bit smaller, a little bit. But it looks comfy. Okay, and then a shower. It's a pretty spacious bathroom. All clean. Do you have a safety box? Safety box here? Bathrobe. Perfect. The outside here looks a little bit older. The bed, the mattress looks pretty new. So I think they renovated the rooms, but not the hallway yet. This is kind of nice. This has something. But the floor looks old. So this is the twin bedded room. Okay, it looks the same. And the nice thing is you come in and it's already cold. So we'll let the AC. Here's always running. Nice. Pretty big bed, two twin. Twin bedded. They have some restaurants as well. Room service. And the same view. All right. And the bathroom is the same. Higher up. Okay, so this is the city view room. And city view is, I think, the most affordable one. Okay. Ah, nice. But it's the same like the other one. It's just going towards the Han River, which might be also very nice. Because if you look at it, there are very beautiful mountains and the sun goes down there. And you even might be able to see some fireworks at the International Fireworks Festival. There might be a hidden gem for that period of time. Think about it, right? The fireworks festival is around in this direction. So what we see here downstairs, there's a little bit of a night market. Some other hotels. And the central area. All right. Breakfast is also included here. Come on. All right. So here is the restaurant. I think this looks like a buffet restaurant. Maybe this is the breakfast area. Is this the breakfast? Buffet. Breakfast buffet. This is the breakfast buffet. With sea view here. Okay. And this is the restaurant. And it's facing the Han River as well. All right. And you can see here the Songshan Mountains. Han River over there. Looks pretty deep, the pool. Okay. And they have a gym here as well. Okay. Interesting. We're going to go now to see the most expensive one on this tour. And also, one subscriber also asked to see the sands. It's going to be very interesting. All right, guys. So as you can see here, this is a very local beach. There are not many foreigners around this area of the beach. And I don't know how much you can go in the water here. I know a lot of fishermen getting their fish fresh out there. And then selling it right away in the morning. So this is Le Sans Hotel. Hovering around 80, 90, 100 dollars. I'm expecting a lot for this location. Charging that much? I want to see. I want to see what it's all about. They have a phenomenal rooftop pool. I heard and saw a little bit on Agoda. I want to see how it really looks. So it says four-star hotel. It looks very modern and new. I don't know how old that is. It's like steel doors. Oh, wow. Okay. Ice cold here. Smells very good. That looks like the chairs like in the M-Hotel, right? Very nice leather chairs. Terra Lounge. It looks very nice. Okay, you know what? I get it now. It is very, very good here. High ceilings, chandelier. And it smells very good. It smells good. Cold and very nice tasting smell. And they have a grill buffet here. So you don't even have to leave. You can get your lobster right away. And that's a pretty interesting price. Cocktails are very affordable for what this place is, right? A spa. Okay, the restaurant first? Yeah. Awesome. Elevator. Yeah. You like this type of hotels, right? Yeah. Okay. All right. So we see the restaurant. Oh, okay. Okay. Nice. Xin chào. So this is for breakfast also? He likes the smell. Okay. And you have this phenomenal view here. Look at this. So this is the breakfast buffet. And I think you can eat here normal there too. And you have the straight up ocean view. The sun goes up here. So you see the Lady Buddha statue very close because we are very close to there. I think it's just maybe ten minutes by car to the statue. And this whole building gives me a big brand vibe. Sixteen. So these are the hotel rooms now. Oh, okay. It's also very modern. So this place is just two years old? Yes. So two years old hotel. And there you see actually the beautiful first bridge of Da Nang. All right. Let's check it out. Okay. Oh, nice. So you have like a little room model. Okay. You get the mini bar, fridge. And then you come in. This is the only room available now. It's a twin bedroom. And they are fully booked. It smells very good. I don't know what kind of smell they have around here but it smells very good. Huge TV. I think that's like a 55 inch. What do you think? Yeah. Feels very good. Okay. Nice. And then, oh my God. Open up, Kenny. This is amazing. So the bed also very thick mattress. Very clean, neat. Oh, yeah. And look at this view. My God. Okay. Two loungers here. And you have literally here the perfect view. From the beginning of the beach. And if you look all the way there, all the way in the back is the Antung area. But here, you don't want to deal with those peasants. You want to live in your own world. Okay. I think you can even go up out here and get some freshly fished squid right away in the morning. There's a little bit of a volleyball going on. Foot soccer. And there's a little bit of a beach table. Nice lounges. Okay. Let's check out the bathroom. This is also all new. Very nice. Huge shower. Restroom, very important. You don't have a view from the toilet. It looks very nice here. Yeah. Very clean and neat. I like the mirror. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. This is very good. This is the first balcony that you can lay down and someone can paint you there. Big TV. I'm pretty sure they have a safety box. Okay. So this is the living room with the second and the third balcony. A huge, very solid table. And this here is leather. Is this leather? Yes, this is leather. It's really good. Nice and sweet. You also have some wine here. And a kitchen even. You have a kitchen here. Very modern. Nice kitchen. And a huge Hefele. Nice. Look at this refrigerator. With a freezer even. Some ice cubes in there already. A nice little Nespresso. Hefele. Hefele is German, right? I'm from Germany. Maybe I should know. You have a little bit of a bar here. That's pretty nice. So someone can do some drinks. And the second bedroom. It's a huge bed. I think there's like 220. Is it 220? And the fourth balcony. Balcony number four. Looks pretty much the same. Is it 220? How long? 220. Looks very big and comfy. And here's another shower. Toilets. The sink is over there. That looks very nice here. Wow. Okay. Three TVs. And a leather couch. I like the color. It has something. Finishing is very good. Everything is high-end. Alright. So this is balcony number three. We are very high up. I'm getting a little bit sick here. It's very high up here. This is amazing. Alright. Now we gotta see the pool. Okay. Yes. Okay. Let's check out the spa. Oh, wow. Okay. Nice. They even have a children's play area over there. Hello. Can we see the sauna? It smells very good here. So this is the second room. This is for single massage. There's even a shower. Alright. So this is steam room? Yes. Nice. So you could basically stand here and see the ocean while steaming. And this is the sauna. Nice. Okay. This is down. Okay. Do you have jacuzzi? No. Jacuzzi? No. No jacuzzi? But showers are here. Alright. And the restroom. Sadly, you cannot see the ocean. Okay. So now we are approaching the gym. And there's a little bit of a children's play area. So you can just put your children in there and go to the gym meanwhile. So the children can be in here and right next to it is the gym. And you can look at your children. It's pretty interesting for families. Water for free here. And a little bit of cardio machines. And what I always love is walking and seeing the beach. Especially in the morning. And a little bit of an all-rounder machine here. Where you can pretty much do everything, I guess. Some free weights. Lockers. And yeah. You can put the toddler in there. Okay. Alright. Since the last one was so much better than the other two. I feel like it's a little bit unfair to have all three together. We're gonna take a brand new one now into consideration. And we're gonna check it out. It's called Awaken. Look at this. It's a brand new tower. And I could imagine this place is excellent. I could imagine. I don't know. But it's just opened up this year, right? Let's check it out. So last time I walked here or drove here, this whole building was not done yet. I'm not sure how finished they are. Smells very good. And you see also the modern furnish. It's a little bit chaotic. It's not done yet, I feel. It's not done. There's light jazz. What is it? Light jazz. Very high ceilings. Smells very good. And this looks very nice. There's a little bit of a coffee area and like a bar. And nice two brown tone leather seats. And you know what? Coconut coffee for 35k. This is very, very cheap. There's a mini mart right next door. This is the entrance. And when you come in, you see the front office. I mean the reception and then the coffee shop. This looks very good. But if you go like to there, this direction, I feel like something is not done yet. But still, the whole building smells good. It's nice AC. High ceilings. Come in. You feel like in a, I don't know, like in a piano bar or something. Something very bougie. I gotta check out how much these rooms are here. And also the restaurant, can we see? Yes. So they opened up six months ago. Looks very nice. Nice and cool. Oh wow, look at this. It's a beautiful view to the first bridge. Okay. It's a very interesting layout here. So it's like getting closer and closer. Wow. So most likely, the further you go, the bigger it is. I'm not sure. I saw something like this. Interesting. So this is partial CVU? Yes. What is very, very nice, too. And I checked. The pizza is just 10 bucks. Even though it's a very nice hotel. So, there are four elevators here. So, you always get an elevator. You don't have to wait that long. That's very good. Oh, wow. Okay. So, we have right away an open gym here. This looks pretty modern. Yeah. Nice floor. So, here you have some more of these ones.
