Well, hello you guys. Welcome back to our channel.
Welcome back. It's good to have you with us today.
Well, if you clicked on this video,
you know that today we're sharing some things that you guys might not know about
us.
Well, first off we hit 70 K.
Hey,
Master Sam Groen.
And Tor and I were in a meeting with our builder the other day and she found out
through me just talking with them that I was on the dive team in high school and
she was like,
I never knew that. I'm like, how long have I just known you?
Been friends with you, dated you, been married to you.
And that little fact just came up.
The fact was I was on the swim team and in addition to being on swim team,
I was on a dive team. So she's like, there's so much stuff I don't know about you.
Then we thought there's a lot of things that you don't know about us.
So we picked a bunch of random things. Yeah.
A bunch of random things about us that we're going to be sharing with you now
that you may or may not know.
So you should comment below if you do know one of these facts because that means
that you're the real, you've been around for a little while.
Cause we're not a pretty open. Yeah. We're like normally open books.
So it's kind of hard for me to even come up with these to begin with.
Cause I was like, babe, I feel like they know everything.
I just thought of another one. Oh my gosh. I just,
okay. Am I going to start or are you going to start?
You can start. Okay. First little thing you might not know about me was that I
played soccer in middle school.
It was a very unfortunate experience because I don't like to run.
There's a lot of running involved.
I also don't really know how to block the ball.
And so they put me as goalie because I didn't want to run.
Then I would close my eyes and the ball would like come at me.
And so it was a tragedy.
I don't think we actually won one game that entire season.
But I did like the nicely cut little oranges that we'd have at halftime.
Speaking of soccer, whenever I was younger, I was playing soccer.
And this is something that people don't know about me is I was playing goalie and
the ball was kicked at me and I went to block it and the ball hit my middle
finger right here and it pushed my middle finger in and it made my middle knuckle
disintegrate. Yeah. So I don't actually have a middle knuckle on my left hand.
I don't know how else to show you guys that. Oh yeah. Look at that.
See how see how that one goes up and this one doesn't,
I don't have a middle knuckle. That's something you don't know about me.
Speaking of weird bodily things,
I have an extra bodily things. That sounds so gross.
Anyways, I have, that's not pause there. Okay. I have an extra what?
Okay. Tell me, I need to know.
I have an extra lumbar bone in my back and so my spine is actually like too long
for my back and so you can feel the end of my spine and I've always,
it's like a fun fact. I'm like,
I feel like I have a tail and then I make people touch it and they're like,
what do you mean? Also fun fact, it turns out I also have an extra lumbar.
Wait, really? But it doesn't, it's not as pronounced as yours,
but I was going to a chiropractor in college cause I injured my back and he
told me, he's like, you have an extra lumbar and I'm like, awesome.
This is like great. I'm finally getting the recognition I deserve.
And he was like, that's not good. He's like, that's not good.
And I was like, Oh, I also just thought of another thing.
I'm missing two ribs.
Whatever normal hearing you should have. I'm missing two of them.
Oh my gosh. Yeah. Speaking of either thoracic cavity,
I don't know. We did not plan this. I have a very short torso. I'm like,
I'm six foot one, which my agencies say I'm six foot two, but I'm six foot one.
I have a very short torso. So short. In fact, I sit on a pillow
because I'm all legs. My legs can like kick the ceiling from right here.
Also you're just heavier than me.
So the bed sinks down when we record and he does not like feeling shorter than
me. Another fun fact. I know that you guys know that I did pageants,
but I don't know if you know that I did pageants before I could even walk.
And my dad used to carry me on stage. I'll try to find a photo,
but I later became friends with the judges of that baby pageant and they were
like, yeah, you were a cute kid, but honestly,
we just thought your dad was hot and that's why you won the pageant.
And I was like, okay, that is hysterical.
You were just an accessory and also my dad would like tickle me and that's what
would make me laugh when I was on stage.
Here's probably my most embarrassing thing you may not know about me.
I can't even look at the camera. I can't even look at you right now.
Tori knows this one. I actually won a scholarship pageant in college.
Yeah, he did the crown and all.
You might've seen that video that he did not,
or the picture that he did not explain in what video did we just do?
Oh, the, when we had to like show me a picture of challenge,
he was like awkward photos, but he didn't explain any of them.
And there was a picture. So we'll share that one again right here.
I did shirtless one handed pushups in my talent.
That was not your talent. No, that was not my talent.
That was just an added little salt bae, a little flavor for the audience.
I will say this. I won money. I won a suit.
I got to do a bunch of stuff for the university. Yeah, it is what it is.
Speaking of university, I don't know if y'all knew,
but I was on the dance team in college and I was called a golden girl.
Oh, you still are a golden girl.
But we danced at all the football games and basketball games and it was so fun.
And I got hit by a basketball at one of the games.
Sweet babies. That explains a lot to me now.
This is a random fact.
I originally committed to school to do political science and pre-law and all
that fun stuff. Whenever I was younger, I did mock trials. Um,
and I was actually pretty decent at it. But then as I got older,
I realized I don't like arguing that much.
I didn't want my whole life to be spent arguing, but now I,
I've learned that that's if you're a trial lawyer, there's other types.
Yeah.
So I walked away from that and I just decided to go the business route.
Me too. Oh, okay. So this is interesting. You might not know this.
I have been in two very serious car accidents where I should have died.
You freaked me out. The first one, uh,
someone hit me on the side and they ran a stop sign, hit us.
My grandma was in the front seat. My best friend Bree was in the back seat.
And I only had my learner's permit. And so I just reacted. And I,
when they hit me,
I hit the gas and we went across the other lane of traffic.
I was coming the other direction,
which didn't make any sense because it was like mid school zone situation.
So people normally are coming normally off a very busy road,
went across and then went into a parking lot and into a tree.
Trees are dangerous y'all. So we totaled the car.
My grandma broke her back. Bree and I were in neck braces,
freshman year of high school and had to be in neck braces for like two weeks and
bring pillows to sit on in class. And then the second accident, I almost died.
I was in Florida at the time and I was driving to my first like big speaking
engagement.
My director was driving and it was raining five o'clock rain.
You can barely see it's super, super white.
And we hit a still patch of water and started hydroplaning.
And I thought she had it under control,
but then all of a sudden we started spinning and then we spun once.
And then the second spin, I braced myself.
Not a bad idea.
And we landed in the cement embankment and my spine went like this.
Ugh. I don't like that. That was good.
But they said if we hadn't been in the car we were in, we both would have died.
That's not good. Good thing we were in a Lincoln.
A lot of you may know this,
but I was in a bad accident involving a tree whenever I was like 13,
14 and I broke my leg in several places. I broke my hand.
I punctured a lung, ruptured my esophagus. It was a lot of stuff.
Two random facts about that accident. I, um,
the total amount of operations totaled out to be,
I think around a hundred thousand dollars to repair my leg. Thank God.
My mom had amazing health insurance. And so, yeah, it's still hit,
but like not like that.
And then the second random fact that may break your heart is whenever I crashed
and rolled, I landed in an amp pile. And so I was sitting there,
they weren't moving me waiting for the ambulance to come.
And there's ants everywhere. Also,
speaking of the neck braces kind of, I've never had braces.
I've never had braces, but in random,
very random fact is I did not like chocolate until high school.
And the first chocolate I liked was a Reese's piece.
Ooh, those are good though. That's a good, that's a good,
well Reese's peanut butter cup. Those are also really, really good.
Random fact about me. I love anime.
I love growing up.
I was not allowed to listen to like secular music unless I was in dance class.
I could only listen to Christian music.
And I was obsessed with this like girl band called point of grace.
And we went to the concert and they pulled me on stage.
You're joking. Oh my gosh. Well, I hope, hopefully I didn't actually sing,
but I do remember them pulling me on stage.
That was like one of my first little concerts.
Speaking of firsts, I didn't have my first real kiss until college,
like real kiss. You know what I mean? Like a make out, like, like a,
you're kissing, you know,
I was really scared to cause I have a terrible gag reflex.
Like I was so nervous of someone getting too much and me gagging.
I was so nervous. Do you want to see a video of me gagging?
Just click this video up here. It's what video was that? Saved or shot it?
Yeah. So yeah, I was really petrified of doing that.
Six.
Okay. Fun fact. I got to actually fly a private jet.
No way. Yeah. So I got to do the whole little headset.
Niner niner that thing.
We're going to get our descent into a Campo international airport.
It's currently 10 30 AM. The weather is currently 96 degrees Fahrenheit.
That's 32 Celsius. Please return your chair to your position.
Your tray to the left position.
And a flight attendant will be moving around and picking up your trash.
Thanks for flying. Yep. Random fact about me. I can do that.
Oh gosh.
You can fly a plane and I can just do a random impression of them,
of a pilot. Random fact about me. I've never gotten in trouble in school.
Never got a referral. Never got written up.
Never did in school suspension or outside school suspension.
Never got in trouble, but you probably expected that, right?
Random fact about me.
I did get in trouble in high school and got in school suspension.
You did? Yeah. You're a bad girl.
Well, you know what's even sadder is I skipped class to study for a test.
Oh my gosh. Yeah. Cause I wasn't ready for a math test.
So I skipped Spanish to study for my math test.
But technically I was like skipping school.
I can see her now. Un momento. I need to study for math.
Fun fact about me. I'm actually right-handed,
but I play a lot of sports left-handed. Don't ask why.
Fun fact about my parents really,
is they used to drive me 10 hours South to go take dance private lessons.
It's crazy. Yeah.
I can't do anything for 10 hours besides watch Formula One,
which I'm obsessed with right now. I was about to say binge Netflix.
Fun fact about me. I don't know if it's fun.
The reason I keep a beard is not because Tori likes and prefers a beard.
I keep it because when I shave, I break out really, really bad.
And so I've just learned to just not shave and I just trim the beard.
Fun fact. I started getting highlights in elementary school.
And they used to put that weird clear cap on and they'd like pull through random,
tiny little pieces just for some little blonde.
I can't say much because I used to have the whole frosted tips thing.
You did.
I had the frosted tips,
just like the guys from like NSYNC or whatever they were, you know,
where it's just like you do the thing that goes up.
Fun fact.
I once traveled to Switzerland with people that I had met two days prior.
I don't, we do, we do not advocate for that.
Instead in a very, very sketchy, hostile situation.
Speaking of people that we haven't met
in high school, I actually had future baby names picked out
for my future children in high school.
I was that guy. Wait, really?
Do I know anything?
Are you going to tell me? I can if you want to know.
Aw, cute, I like those.
Yeah, we're not using those.
We already have names picked out for whenever that day comes.
But those are cute.
Comment below if you think you can guess the names.
OK, next is, some of y'all might know this,
but if you're new to the Masters fam, back along in the pageant situation,
I was third at Miss America.
I do know that.
Well, you know that.
I never understand what it means to be third because I runner up and all that.
I get really,
honestly, when you're at that point in the competition.
Top five, we'll just say top five.
Whenever you're in the top five,
it's really just kind of who the judges chose that time because it's all like
you're all there and all are qualified to win.
But it's just like, well, they like actually rank you.
It's a whole different thing.
In college, I'm actually I'm sure you guys have heard me say this a few times
in videos where I sometimes have trouble speaking.
Tori doesn't like it when I say that, but I have a stammer.
And I actually started a public speaking
organization in college with a few other friends.
And we grew.
We were actually a pretty powerful little baby organization in college.
We were called Toastmasters, which is it's actually an international
organization, but we were the first collegiate chapter.
And our motto was Toastmasters come speak good.
Funny fact, I had never been stung by a bee until last year.
I remember it.
And I was very sad.
She got stung and she was like, oh, it's actually not that bad.
That's because his friend put that like dip stuff on it and it took away the sting.
Speaking of that friend,
all my best friends live in different states besides Gabe.
That's true.
This is a deeper fact that you might not have known.
But I got fired from my first real big girl job.
And maybe I'll explain that whole situation in another video.
If you want to know more about that, you can comment below.
Oh, this is also kind of sad.
I was
yeah, I figured I'll just go off of it.
I was cheated on in two different relationships.
Same.
Look at us now.
Misery loves company.
I was like pouncing in my head.
I'm like, wait, people are savage.
But look at us now.
I went to a private Christian school up until high school.
When she started public high school.
Yeah. Like, wow.
I was raised in the public school system.
You all so much so that whenever I got
to college once a week, I would sleep on the floor.
That way I didn't get too comfortable.
True story. That's actually right here.
It's literally right there.
There's this movie.
It's actually a book.
But the Count of Montecristo, long story short, he found comfort in other things.
So I wanted to make sure I didn't get too
comfortable chasing a fancy life whenever I was in college.
Oh, I love that, babe.
Love that for you.
Fun fact about us together is I think we're going to homeschool our children.
Yes. When she says, I think she means we will.
I think Chad will be teaching them.
When she says she thinks it means I will.
Should I just do a little speed round for me?
Because I just have a few more to go through them.
Right. Are you guys OK with that?
We won't know.
Hopefully I'm waiting for the reply.
All right. Growing up, my best friend and I made
a music video to Backstreet Boys, The Shape of Her Heart.
But we did a music video to The Shape of Her Fart.
I've worn watches ever since I can remember.
And I feel very uncomfortable if I don't have one on.
Even more uncomfortable or if I didn't have pants on.
I feel very uncomfortable if I don't have a watch.
And you didn't wear it two days last week and you're like.
How uncomfortable was I?
Yeah. You guys probably know this about me.
I love old things.
I don't know why.
I'm really starting to appreciate old things.
My left foot is a full size smaller than my right foot.
So buying shoes is really awkward.
I try to buy two different size shoes. It doesn't work.
I didn't start shaving or grow facial hair until I was in my 20s.
I didn't know that. Late bloomer.
You grew it really well.
It came in like it's like I had a baby face one day.
The next day I woke up and it was like jawbone beard.
Hello. You came up with so many.
I came up with a lot. We hope you guys enjoyed.
My hair. Look, I got to fix my hair.
Will you fix it real quick? Is it fixed?
All right. Now tell the people. Wait, you sure, babe?
Wait, look how funny it looks. Babe.
Zach, please keep that in.
Zach, don't keep it in.
Don't forget who pays you.
Zach, we pay you.
Zach, whose account does it come out of?
Anyways, we hope you guys enjoyed these
random, interesting facts that you may or may not have known about us.
What should we get them to comment?
