what's up everyone I'm Stephen here with tiny house lisings and today I'm really excited to show you this 32 by8 model tiny that was just completed for a customer in Oregon today we're just going to quickly kind of go over some of the features of this tiny house walk you around but stay tuned to the end of the tiny house video because you're going to see there's something in the video that does not match so leave it in the comments below if you see what it is so this particular customer went with all white when I say the white I mean we use metal siding it's a Batten style siding it's a 50-year product maintenance-free which is what we love just very very good for the Long Haul so if you're going to own this tiny house like they plan to as an investment for a very long time it's a good idea to go with a manufacturer that uses metal sighing because it's the best of the best it's worth to mention that all of our tiny homes are certified we use Pacific West Associates uh they're the probably the best in the industry and the great thing about that is if you know if you ever go to resell your tiny house it'll hold its value you know that it's been built right by professionals and also it's eligible for tiny house financing so all of our tiny homes are heated and cooled by A Min split system which you can see here one thing we recently started doing was running the lines underneath the home and we really like that because it's less holes uh used to we'd use like a putty feature that look nice uh but this is even just one more thing we're always looking for things to make the tiny house better and uh this means less kinks in the line less chances of them breaking less everything so it's a really good feature really good upgrade so if you buy one of these expect to see your tiny house lines for your mini split ran that way all right so we're on the rear side of the home and uh this is the business side this is where the water comes out the black water and the gray water also where the electrical hookup is also where the water inlet hookup is but one thing I want to show you if you look up here you can see that in this tiny house we use multiple pitches and we do that because when you're on the inside and outside it just looks a lot better and also gives you more Loft space and when we get inside you'll be able to see what that looks like so this tiny house like I mentioned before is going to Oregon but we are building quite a few tiny houses in 2025 that are going to our tiny house communities and I say communities because we actually have one in Floyd Virginia uh there's going to be 16 new spots coming up in early 2025 for that uh click in the link down below and you'll be able to get to that website but we're also opening up a new tiny house community in Mississippi and it's about 30 minutes outside of Meridian which is I think the third or fourth largest city in Mississippi so it's going to be in a very rural setting so you could purchase a tiny house like this from us we'll build it ship it to Mississippi have it set up and then you're living tiny as simple as that so anyways that's it for the exterior let's go inside and check out what's going on inside so now we are in the inside of this 32 about eight model tiny and I just want to point out a couple of the features uh this one is actually we're in wilington North Carolina this one is leaving today it's going all the way to Oregon which is a 3100 mile track so it's kind of interesting the owners are going to be using this is actually as an Airbnb very nice Airbnb I have to add uh but yeah we're in the kitchen area so this is a 32- footer so what happens is when you go from 28t to 32 feet you the kitchen goes out two more feet so it goes from 8T to 10t and there's a little area here where you can sit and you know you know have a little dinner and stuff look out the window cabinets everywhere three burner cooktop really really nice cabinets as you can see we have this tiny house prepped for shipping so we've got everything taped up we don't anything moving around uh these customers wanted some floating shelves and that was over on the other side of the window so plenty of storage uh as always we do the nickel Gap plywood walls and that takes about three cups of paint which looks really nice and this customer wanted a vent overhead and this isn't the kind that just blows out into the house it goes outside as well and it bounce outside so as you can see plenty of storage in this tiny house hot water heater is underneath the sink uh so very very functional kitchen this is the other side of the tiny house kitchen you can see we have everything prepped just like with the cabinets so make sure nothing tips over during Transit now as you notice right here there's a huge area that we've had uh we normally keep it open is what this customer wanted because different people have different ideas about what they want to do you could put another kitchen table here you can do a desk you could have even more storage if you want all kinds of options but uh this is another space of the kitchen that you can use for whatever it is you need it for all right as you can see above there is is a very very large Loft now this isn't a certified Loft because there's no window no egress window up there but you can definitely use it for that if that's something you wanted to do uh you can access we recommend people use a telescoping ladder we like that because you can tuck it out of the way and use it as you need but you can definitely put even a king-size bed up there very very large most people go with the queen up there if they decide to do it or you can just put your bulk storage items things that you only need from time to time so next we'll go in the bathroom and see what's going on in there all right so now we're in the bathroom this is a very very functional bathroom in the model tiny as you you can see here we have a flush toilet again we have it prepped that's why you see the tape uh this tiny house is about to be shipped uh we always do an outlet right here just in case someone wants to do a compost toilet which is a nice thing so you could literally just take this toilet up put a compost toilet right on top if the use case ever changed 30in vanity really really nice vanity um we don't put a medicine cabinet in here cuz most people have a different idea of what they want for the medicine cabinet but if we built you a tiny house and you knew what you wanted you could ship it to the warehouse we'd be glad to install it for you uh on the other side of the bathroom we have room for a washer and dryer and that's a really nice feature it's vented too so we don't like the dryers that are use steam just not a good idea they don't work well as always we use the PVC tiles we love that you can uh pick multiple colors I think we offer four different colors so that makes it very functional long lasting and in the ceiling up here we do a shiplap and uh that's all um engineered wood so you don't have to worry about it buckling or steam or anything like that it's engineered wood uh it's meant to last for a long so that's basically it for the bathroom again very functional room to change put all your stuff storage and then the bathroom also has a pocket door which is really nice for privacy so now we're in the living area and as you can see the customers put a double window here now they're using this living area a little bit actually backwards compared to way most people do it most people put their couch here and they have a a wall mount here to put their TV on these particular customers are going to put their couch here as you can see on the wall we have a wall mount electricity so if you want to put your uh TV on the wall here and they're going to have an entertainment system below and a chair over there so they're doing a little bit different but the great thing about that is it just goes to show you with this layout it's an open layout so you can kind of move things around and kind of work them around whatever works best for you so before we go to the bedroom area I just want to show you that you can see we have what we call it a storage wall really nice feature we'll show you what that looks like on the on the back end but uh you'll notice that we use a pony wall here and the reason we don't go all the way up is because the mini split is in the bedroom area and uh it allows air to travel back and forth freely but this tiny house is so well insulated that whatever temperature is on this side of the tiny house it'll be the same on the other end so now we're in the bedroom area like I was mentioning before this is a storage wall we used to just do a privacy wall and that helped differentiate the living area and the bedroom area but this is actually functional so the customer elected not to have multiple shelves here but if you wanted you could have shelves here here and this Barn sliding door goes back and forth so that way you can um actually close the door and H pracy or move it to this side if you wanted to use this side you kind of get the idea but this is really nice because you have lots of privacy and it's also functional so this customer elected to have what we call a scon package and what's great about that is if you want to have the overhead lights off but you want to have the lights on in the bedroom you have multiple options so let's just say you're laying in bed reading a book you could have the scil on and it comes on a dimmer switch you can raise that and lower it uh to the lighting that you prefer and they also did a double window and we really like that because when your head is down here and you're laying in bed you can look out and have really nice views and you also have a window here so it's almost like 270 degree visibility which is very nice that's the great thing about extending from the 28t to the 32 ft is that you have lots of room in the bedroom all right so that's it for this tiny house tour again this was a 30 2x8 model tiny this tiny house in particular is not for sale so we're based out of North Carolina and this tiny house is actually going to Oregon all the way across the country so it just goes to show you that we can build a tiny house here in Wilmington and send it pretty much
