Traits Of A High Value Woman (DATE HER!) | Courtney Ryan

Hi everyone.
Welcome back to my channel.
If you're new here, I'm Courtney Ryan.
And today I'm going to be talking all about a high value woman.
But it's going to be a little bit different than the high value man video because I wanted
that video to be a more introspective video for all of you to kind of look inside and
see what you bring to the table, how high value you are so that you can bring the most
value to the world.
But if you're a high value man, you should be looking for a high value woman that will
add value to your life.
So this video is going to be all about why being with a high value woman will be good
for you, how it can elevate your life, and what you should be looking for.
In my high value man video, if you haven't seen it already, be sure to check it out.
But I asked all of you what you think a high value woman is and your comments were interesting.
And I kind of got the gist that everyone kind of has a different idea of what high value
is.
And mainly it just depends on what your values are.
So if you're someone that really values religion, that's something that's very important to
you, then you're going to want to look for a woman that also has those values as well
because those are kind of the underlying foundation of how you live your life and what your beliefs
are, what your opinions are, and all of that kind of fall under that.
So you want to make sure that you're choosing someone at the end of the day that has similar
values to you or the same values as you so that your lives can mesh together well and
you guys can help build each other up and all of that good stuff.
If you're someone that just wants to live the bachelor life and hookups and all of that
kind of stuff, this video isn't really going to be for you because I don't necessarily
think that you need to be looking for high value women.
And I don't think high value women typically want to live a life like that anyways.
This is more for the guys that are looking for someone to date, someone to settle down
with, someone to marry.
And if you're someone that wants to do that eventually in your life, that is one of the
most important decisions you will ever make.
I've seen marriage be the downfall and the rise of so many men.
So whichever way you go is going to be dependent on the woman that you choose.
And I think it's important to pick a good one.
So something to keep in mind.
So in my high value man video, I said that emotional intelligence, integrity, authenticity,
always willing to learn and grow are some of the most important traits that a guy can
have to be considered high value.
And honestly, I feel like that video is more for just everyone.
To be a good human, I think you need to have those things.
And so I think it pertains to women as well.
So this video is not going to be me giving you bullet points of traits of a high value
woman because I honestly think that a high value woman is all of those things as well.
But it's going to be more things to look out for and things that if you notice this in
a girl, how it can result in a good way for you in the end.
Just stick with me.
It's kind of confusing to explain, but I hope you guys all get a better understanding as
I'm going throughout the video.
If you haven't already, be sure to hit that subscribe button.
I'm going to be doing a big giveaway when I hit 100,000 that I promise you will not
want to miss.
So hit that subscribe button to stay tuned.
So the first point I want to talk about is self-love and self-respect.
I think a high value woman has this and she's able to create this for herself and in result
will not be depending on you for validation, for her happiness, for the way she feels about
herself.
I think the women that do that are often the women that are constantly seeking validation
from outside sources, from social media, from strangers on the internet.
And it never results in anything good for your relationship if she's constantly looking
for validation elsewhere.
Like these Instagram models, the OnlyFans girls.
Those are hard girls to date because they're always looking for that validation.
They're always looking for something else and often their happiness depends on that.
So I know a lot of times women say, well I post this for me, I do this for me.
But if you were just doing it for you, you would be able to just look at it and be happy
with yourself.
But if you're posting for everyone to see, you want that validation from other people.
So really the point I want to make here is that you should be with a woman who loves
herself, who respects herself, and who can create her own happiness for herself and doesn't
rely on other people, aka you, to do it for her.
You should never complete your partner.
I think that's something that has been totally misconstrued through social media and just
our lives in general, that your partner should complete you.
And that is so far from the truth, it makes me sick.
You should not complete your partner.
I know that's been a misconception for a while now and I think it's important to be complete
on your own.
You do not complete someone, you should not complete someone, and someone should not be
relying on you for her happiness.
So something to consider.
You want a girl that loves herself, that respects herself, that can create all of that for herself.
The reason I'm saying this is because you can't fix someone.
You can't force someone to do something.
They have to want to do it for themselves.
So if you're dating a girl and she has some issues she needs to work on and she's not
willing to work on them, you have to be able to make the distinction between is this going
to get better or is this going to stay this way forever.
And if she's not willing to work on it, she's not healing herself, she's not fixing her
issues, it's only going to get worse and unfortunately you cannot be the driving factor for someone.
You cannot fix somebody.
They have to want to do that themselves.
So you want to look out for a girl that works on herself, that is putting effort into self-love,
happiness, and all of that stuff.
I think also included in the self-love and self-respect is that she takes care of herself.
You shouldn't want to be with someone that is lazy, that lets herself go, that totally
doesn't put any effort into the way she looks or her mental health or her physical well-being.
It's not even about doing her hair, doing her makeup, getting her nails done.
It's more about is she fueling her body?
Is she moving her body?
Is she being active?
Is she healthy mentally and physically?
Now, I'm not saying girls that aren't are undateable.
I'm just saying she should be making an effort towards becoming those things and working
on those things for herself.
If you're not healthy mentally and physically, it affects every other aspect of your life.
So I think it's important to realize when a woman is putting effort into her physical
and mental well-being, those are great qualities to have.
You should go for a girl that's doing those things.
I've said it before in the high-value man video, the most important relationship you
will ever have is the one that you have with yourself and until you get that right, your
other relationships cannot flourish.
So you have to be right with yourself.
If a girl doesn't love herself, if she's not in a good relationship with herself, her
relationship with you is not going to be the best that it could be either.
Number two is the always learning and growing point.
So for this one, there's nothing worse than being with a person that thinks they know
everything, that never listens to what you have to say, that are never open for constructive
criticism, that never want to evolve or grow because they think that they are the best
already.
I was actually watching an episode of the Fresh and Fit podcast, which I love.
If you guys haven't seen it, definitely go check it out.
They're not paying me to say this.
I've never even talked to them in my life, but I think they're hilarious.
Anyways, they were interviewing these girls on there that were so insecure about the things
that they were doing that they were automatically getting so defensive and insane and weren't
even willing to listen to what the guys had to say because they were so insecure about
what they were doing and were just automatically, like I said, getting so defensive.
They weren't even open to listening.
So you need to pay attention to a girl's attitude and how open she is to listening.
I think listening is something that is so overlooked because people just are constantly
thinking about what they're going to say, how they can justify things that they're doing,
and they don't actually take a look at what they're doing and realize, okay, maybe this
isn't the best thing because they're insecure about it.
So someone that is willing to listen, someone who's willing to evolve and grow and constantly
learn new things is a winner.
A high value woman is open to learning and growing and evolving and constantly trying
to reach her full potential and knows that if someone has a different opinion, it's okay.
The world's not going to end.
I think a high value woman also spends time working on personal development and learning
new skills rather than constantly just focusing on what's on the outside.
This could include reading, developing a skillset that involves something besides the way that
she looks, very high value traits.
I think a high value woman is a well-rounded girl.
She's passionate.
She's humble.
She doesn't have a princess mentality and she's open to growing and reaching her full
potential.
Number three, this is a big one and this is more about how this can benefit you when you
date a high value woman.
She's supportive.
More importantly, you guys are supportive of each other.
Your partner should compliment your skillset and vice versa.
You should bring value to her and she should bring value to you.
You should both be adding value to each other's lives somehow and you shouldn't be feeling
like you're constantly carrying around dead weight all the time.
You should both be playing a vital role in building whatever it is you guys are building,
whether it be a family, your relationship, a business, whatever it might be.
This is going to look different for everyone, but you should both be playing a role and
it shouldn't just be one of you carrying all the weight.
Instead of being someone that's bringing chaos and turmoil and a constant headache into your
life, she should be someone that's bringing peace for you and is helping you achieve what
you want to achieve and vice versa.
It's not her job to just support you and you not support her.
I think it's definitely a teamwork thing.
You guys have to be working together to support each other, but pay attention to if she's
willing to support you.
You guys should be, like I said, playing a huge role in each other's lives and your success
together.
When you're both complete on your own, it's a lot easier to support each other, to lift
each other up, to encourage each other, and to conquer whatever it is you want to conquer.
Like I mentioned, included in this one is teamwork.
This is a huge one.
I was actually talking to someone close in my life about this and they gave a really
good analogy from a guy's perspective that I think would be helpful for all of you guys
to hear.
I am not a huge sports fan.
I don't know a lot about sports, particularly here at basketball, but I do know who Anthony
Davis is because I used to be a huge fan of the Kentucky Wildcats.
My grandma is like the biggest Kentucky Wildcats fan in the world, so I grew up hearing a lot
about him.
Anthony Davis was a multiple-time All-Star, but ultimately was surrounded by people who
were not complementing his skill set, so he couldn't get to exactly where he wanted to
go, which was winning a championship.
And LeBron James had the pressure on him to perform, but also didn't have the talent around
him to get where he needed to go.
But what happened when you combined Anthony Davis with LeBron James was magic.
They complemented each other in a great way.
They allowed each other to maximize on their potential and get to exactly where they wanted
to go.
The reason I'm saying this is because you should be viewing your partner as a teammate.
What you guys can do together, how are they adding value to you, how are you adding value
to them, so that you guys can both ultimately get to the end goal that you're wanting to
reach.
And like I said, that's going to look different for everyone, but I think it's important to
be working together and one person is not doing all the work all the time.
And even if one person is doing one thing, another person is doing something else, when
you combine forces, you get stuff done.
So the last point I want to touch on and how it can benefit you is emotional intelligence.
So an emotional intelligent woman does not manipulate.
She does not play games.
She doesn't have time for that.
A woman who has emotional intelligence is self-aware and empathetic, which I think are
often things that you guys should be looking for in a partner.
Waiting for a few days to text back, manipulating guys to get her way, stringing guys along
for fun are things that this woman absolutely does not do.
She doesn't have time for it and it's not something that she ever considers because
it's below her.
So keep this in mind when you guys are dating all these women that are playing games with
you, that are stringing you along, that are treating you like crap.
Those women are not high value because they don't value themselves and they're playing
all these games and doing all this crazy stuff to try to manipulate you, when in reality
you should not be going for girls like that.
A huge point in this one is self-awareness and I know I talked about it a lot in the
high value man video, but the same thing is true here.
You really want to be with a woman who is self-aware, who is able to see when she makes
mistakes and isn't constantly playing the victim or pointing fingers at everyone else
when something doesn't go her way.
A woman who is self-aware, who is emotionally intelligent can realize when she does something
wrong and can make strides to fix it and ultimately communicate better and make your relationship
healthy, happy and mature.
So without emotional intelligence, without self-awareness, you cannot have a happy, healthy,
secure relationship.
So finding a girl who is these things is so incredibly important and I promise you, it's
not those girls that were on the Fresh and Fit podcast that blew a gasket when guys didn't
agree with their OnlyFans gig.
I think another important point of a high value woman that I want you guys to realize
is that a high value woman has standards and she knows what she brings to the table, however,
she doesn't have that sense of entitlement and that princess mentality.
At the end of the day, nobody owes you anything.
A guy doesn't owe a girl flowers.
A girl doesn't owe you sex.
No one owes each other anything.
You have to earn it and show that you deserve it.
Through dating, you prove your value to your partner and you both start to give each other
value and add things to each other's lives and that's the whole point of dating.
So no one owes you anything.
I think it's important to remember that.
I think a lot of girls, especially modern women nowadays, just expect things without
actually communicating it and nobody is a mind reader.
If you want flowers but you don't say that you want flowers, you can't get mad at the
other person for not being a mind reader and not knowing exactly what you want.
I think there's such an unrealistic pressure on people to deliver something that no one
is communicating.
So having good communication skills and being able to effectively communicate what you want
and what you need is another huge point of a high value woman and that's very different
from a sense of entitlement.
So be able to tell the difference.
Alright guys, that is all I have for today.
If you liked this video or found it helpful, be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe
to my channel to be in the loop for when I release new content.
At the end of the day, a high value woman is going to differ a little bit depending
on what your values are like I said before but I think there are some underlying characteristics
and some things to look for that regardless of who you are, regardless of what you're
looking for, make a high value woman and ultimately it's more of a character thing than a way
she looks on the outside thing.
I know I mentioned taking care of your physical and mental well-being which are super important
so that definitely plays a role too.
I think sometimes men get a little bit jaded by outer beauty instead of actually realizing
what a high value woman is and what she can bring to the table and add to your life.
