professional strength for interior use i wanted to use it for interior use to go on the interior of the miss pac-man another thing you know table we built one today couldn't get one so we just built plywood on the top it's the thin stuff that's that's what they had on the roof of the uh the gel the ceiling of the jail and we hung up lights so we've got lights we've got some metal name wait a about this uh this cabinet and this cnc machine i think we got the cnc machine figured out yo we was running way too damn fast way too fast we slowed her way down and we uh we shallowed our depth of cut up you just said shallard yeah i think you invented that one somebody'll figure it out we made our depth of cut less yes so we're running at 0.15 that's imperial inches by the way i have no clue how many millimeters that would be 0.15 inches deep and we're running at 100 inches uh per minute 100 inches per minute sometimes 103 to 87 depending on what we're doing yeah and uh it took us about about two and a half three hours to cut that cabinet and then it took us about an hour to put it together because it's the prototype nummy says i'm waiting for ronnie to walk off rip that cord out and knock that battery on the floor he's predicting the future nomi's a psychedelic um that's my phone please don't love them what'd you say but what about the cabinet but we cut out more than one cabinet yeah we cut out some bases and back doors and stuff for others four back doors and ten bases and six grill pads and all kinds of stuff show them the back door danny it's right here now the other one show them show them what happened somewhat hot yep we had a little accident the [ __ ] went haywire [Laughter] it looks good now this is the prototype that's why it's out of plywood looks good right yep yep okay it looks good but when you turn it around yeah so i was trying to pass from one side of the table the other side and started cutting for no reason and we figured out so we're making this one out of plywood instead of melamine or mdf and plywood bows and you know it's just uh you have problems with it not laying flat so it wasn't laying flat we think we think it was humped in the middle and so that's why it hit it when it went over which is crazy because it was at point two so it must have been humped a quarter inch in the middle well the next trick is we put a dial caliper on it on the four foot side it was blank schematic says good evening from the uk gentlemen good evening blank schematics i've seen him on my videos great viewer the uh on the four foot side it was off 2000 from one side to the other swap me spots i think you're too dark there because the lights are behind you okay we're trying to we get it back up this way that's a little better come out here donny actually hitting the board as it was traveling back across so we get out the dial calipers and it's .71 alphatron says love that you're using plywood not some cheap mdf yeah we were just talking about that alpha trying we're probably going to go back to the cheap mdf unfortunately um masada says said my name perfect cool man um so we we uh we've put a dial caliper on it because donnie's like what we just last week shaved the table down got it everything's flat everything's perfect ought to be doing its thing i can see by eye the thing is going uphill yeah so when it when it cuts a line uh darren says it's the cnc brothers yep when it cuts a line from that end to that end it's deep over there and shallow up here so it's like what in the world and we just fixed all that and it's everything's trammed right and all that right so anyway we get out a dial caliper and the freaking plywood off the shelf is .71 on one end and .74 on the other end yeah it's crazy so it's got it's in four feet so in four feet it's got that's over a quarter of an inch difference no no that ain't i'm wrong that's not over a quarter difference point seven one two point seven four it's thirty three hundredths of an inch difference from one end to the other which doesn't sound like a lot but whenever your clearances are like you know i've got the thing rising up 20 hundredths to travel and it was actually hitting the board because the board was higher in that spot but yeah we zeroed it on the small side because we didn't realize yeah so then we so the plywood we zeroed it out on the thick side and that got it and we're unfortunately we have to cut through a little bit farther into the spoil board just to make sure we get everything and but that you know you can't really run like that because it's going to screw up all of your your joints and your dados and all of that yeah the first cut is always a lot thinner and the second cut is twice as thick trying to make up for it yeah so so anyway so we did that and then we had a bunch of there's there's all kinds of extra wood on it whenever you do that you're you're spoiled keel says i'm not late am i high guys you are not but if our battery dies we're all gone so if we disappear it's because the battery died on the phone yeah everybody will know um and y'all will know the exact same time we do yeah masada is a sacrificial mdf board uh-huh um that's what we got down there right now but whenever we uh we're cutting the uh the stuff out we had some waste on the plywood you know like extra spaces so we used it to cut out all these little discs these little discs here and we're asking people if they know what that is president patrick said you fellas in jefferson why we are we're right here in downtown we're in the middle was a 62 corvair i had a 62 corvair that was in pretty good shape and i had a um 64 corvair convertible that i never got running i just didn't take the time to do it i fixed it nate says stop calling
