Discovering Vintage Disney Memorabilia and Other Treasures at the Lakeland Florida Antique Mall

In today's video, we're heading into the Lakewood Antique Mall and it's known for having a lot of different items, including a lot of theme park related items or Disney collectibles and such. So we're going to go in and check it out. We've seen it a lot on other videos and we want to check it out for ourselves. Yep, see what we can find. It should be an interesting afternoon. Yep, so I'm Randy. And I'm Diane. And this is Zephyr Travels, so come along with us. So this is a Port Orleans original carriage used by Disney. Kind of cool. Make an offer. Where are you finding stuff? Diane's gravitating towards the jewelry. Need a helmet? A war helmet? You never know. Lots of military stuff in here and just stuff. Kentucky Derby hat. Yeah, nice Kentucky Derby hat. Suppose you have to find the rest of the outfit to go with it. I know. Got some Disney stuff in here. Couch potato. Doctor Strange. Star Wars. Winnie the Pooh. Look, the Incredibles. Or an Incredible. Is that Dash? What if you like little figurines? Look, Aladdin. The Genie. Bunch of lunch boxes. Pretty cool. Star Wars. Frozen. Pokemon. Here you go. Here's a Dale Jr. lunch box for you, dear. Oh yeah. I can't put it through. What's that? They should have them broken down by Alphabet or something. Yeah, you don't want to be going through them and then suddenly owning them. Yeah. And they're broken. Diane, look at these. Haunted Mansion yard art, I guess. Look, Haunted Mansion yard art. Yeah, they're $1,600. Oh wow. You really got to be a fan of the Haunted Mansion to spend that much for those. Yeah. Look at that. I think my mother had dishes like those. She did or Jan did? I don't know who did. Somebody did. Birdcage? I was gonna say, is that a birdcage? Sure. $500. This guy's having a bad day with his fiddle. Lots of records. I had this album. What's that? I had this album, I'm pretty sure. Did you? What are the prices on them? You know, lower prices and then higher prices. Ha! Put it back in country. Lots of record albums here, but for Diane, who's a big Elvis fan, no Elvis Presley. Yeah, look at all the Coke stuff. Wow. Bottles, signs, Coke trucks. This one's got all kinds of Star Wars stuff. Oh, and Disney. Here are the Mickeys. Those are cool. There must be popcorn buckets. Must be, yeah. Another big collection of DVDs. Some of them I've never heard of, which I would guess would be typical if there's, looks like some of the vendors are getting packed up, or getting packed up, getting ready to move, or just getting rid of stuff. We have some different dogs in here. Yeah, sounds like they found some stuff they like. Old cameras. Look at the old sewing machine. Looks like this one's missing something. Yeah, it's missing the bellows that goes around here. Collection of old cameras. Kodak. Brownie Hawkeye. Named after the plant that they were built in, the Hawkeye plant. And those are like the one, or that one more so. These are more of our time. I don't know if a lot of you know this about me, but I worked for Kodak for over 30 years, and a lot of the stuff that's on these cameras were done where I worked. Like all these name plates was in the department next to me. If you open some of them up, I was in the painting department, so some of the paint work on these cameras was done in my department. Most of the time it's just inside pieces to make sure that there's no light reflection in there. Still looking for that vase. What do you think? I think it might work. It might. Good price. $4.99. Oh, we got room for the in the trailer for this? I know, really. I'm gonna back away from it just to get the perspective of the size. You know, the stuffed animals. Snoopy. Look, Dennis the Menace. This has gotta be old. Yeah, this has got to be old. Oh my gosh, yes. Probably 50s. Oh yeah. Here, look, a mini dealer sign. Oh, oh look. Yeah, Chuck E. Cheese. Now we're kind of in the back where there's some really big stuff. Friday the 13th at the Haunted Mansion. That's kind of cool. Epcot pins. These are from Universal Studios. The Dead Coconut Club. Must have been overlays for Universal Studios Halloween displays. Or Haunted Mansion. Even the, I think even the organ. Characters, the headstones, pictures. Wednesday. I think hers was bigger. Your grandmother's. I think so. Probably. Vintage tools. Board sander. I love Oak. You could use that to get the trailer level. Circus. Stoplight. Well, I remember those big coke bottles, things that they, you can see them in the store with ice and coke in them. Archie comic books. Here's your Corral Ware. One of my pieces broke, but I don't remember. I think that's the set. It's for $21. Yeah, but I don't know if that's the size. Right. I'm pretty sure that's the pattern though. Oh, there he is. He has not left the building. Yeah, that'd be a nice thing for your Coca-Cola room. Yeah. What's that? Taylor Swift doll. Oh. Toys. Action figures. Batman. Star Wars. That's cool. And it's kind of strange, all the green light. Are they green items or is it? It's just the lighting. I don't know. Look at the Mickey Mouse gumball machine. Funko Pops. Look at this one. Mary Poppins. How cute. Milana. Her little sister. Oh, her little, oh yeah, okay. So what'd you think of Lakeland Antique Mall? It was fun. Just amazing, the amount of things they sell. Yeah. A lot of focus on Disney, which makes sense. Considering the area. Right, but yeah, a lot of different items. Yep. And yeah, it was pretty crowded. Yeah, it definitely was. Yeah. When are they supposed to move? End of February, beginning of March. Okay, so we'll be here. Yeah, we'll get to check out the new location maybe. Yeah.
