Over 30 new construction communities are being built in coastal Delaware right now.
And if we look at all of Sussex County, that number is probably closer to 90 new communities.
But there are really only a few that we should consider.
So today I want to show you the best new construction neighborhoods in the area.
I bet there's probably one or two that you haven't heard of.
So let's check it out and let's talk new construction.
I'll start with one of my favorite places in coastal Delaware and one of the most
popular towns that we have, Rehoboth Beach.
There's a brand new community there called Spring Lake.
And Spring Lake is all about location because it is ridiculous.
When I say it's close to the beach, I mean you could literally walk there in your flip-flops.
We're talking just a few blocks from the sand.
The location here truly is special.
The community does sit right along Route 1 with its own dedicated traffic light,
which trust me is huge during the summer and beach season because you are gonna sit in traffic.
Now you're less than a mile from both Dewey and downtown Rehoboth Beach.
And that's something that you just cannot find with most new construction these days
because most of the land is already built on.
So Spring Lake is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
Now what's really cool about the location is you've got Thompson Island Trail
right near the community, which is perfect if you love getting outside,
you want to go for an easy walk.
It's a level crushed stone path, so it's not anything too crazy.
And you're even surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the entire area.
You know, we're talking about places like the Big Fish Grill,
Rehoboth Ale House, which is right across the street.
Tons of great Mexican food, all the restaurants in downtown Rehoboth,
and so much more.
And many of them are within walking distance of the community.
You can even walk to get your morning coffee before hitting the beach.
Again, the location here really truly is awesome.
And when it comes to amenities, this community shines.
The centerpiece of the community is this gorgeous pool.
And I'm not talking about some tiny little pool where only four people fit in it.
We're looking at a resort style setup with a kiddie pool section.
Perfect for those days when you don't feel like dealing with the sand
and lugging everything up to the beach and dealing with crowds and all that kind of stuff.
They've also got this beautiful bathhouse that honestly,
it looks more like something you see at a high-end resort
versus being in a residential community.
If there's one thing I love about Spring Lake,
it's that it's going to be completely maintenance-free living.
When you're living this close to the beach,
the last thing you want to worry about when you're on vacation,
coming down here to enjoy the beach,
is mowing your lawn and dealing with exterior maintenance
and all that kind of stuff, right?
Well, for just $267 a month,
and if I'm being honest, that's really pretty reasonable for our area,
they take care of everything from the walls out.
We're talking landscaping, exterior maintenance,
even your roof is taken care of by the HOA, which is fantastic.
Plus, they've got this really smart setup with centralized trash receptacles.
So you're not wasting your garage space,
sticking your garbage cans in there
or worrying about getting them out to the street on the right day
and all the other kind of fun stuff that comes with that.
So what about the homes?
These are luxury townhomes by Envy Homes
that absolutely crush with their design.
The Hancock model, which is looking like it's their most popular floor plan,
gives you up to five bedrooms with 2,550 square feet of living space.
And what sets these homes apart is that they offer options
that you don't see in many of the other beach communities,
which I think truly make this place special.
The innovative layout, which gives you privacy and perfect entertaining space,
make you feel like you're living at a high-end resort
versus just being in a beach home.
You're getting things like gourmet kitchens with massive islands
and beautiful upgrades.
You can get some pot fillers, five-burner cooktops, farmhouse sinks,
all the modern amenities that people are looking for today.
The primary suites are incredibly spacious.
You can easily fit a king-size bed with room to spare.
And the bathrooms feel like something out of a luxury hotel spa.
They truly are special.
But the true showstopper, the optional rooftop deck.
And I'm not talking some tiny space where you can barely fit a chair.
These rooftop decks are massive with plenty of room for outdoor furniture.
You can put a grill up there.
Plus, the views are just incredible.
You can see the iconic Rehoboth Beach water tower.
And the sunsets up here are absolutely to die for.
Some of the best sunsets in all of coastal Delaware.
Now, I think it's important that we talk about investment potential
because it's a beach house and people like to rent those out.
Now, while there's currently a two-week minimum rental restriction,
I have seen similar communities adjust those rules
once the homeowners take over the community.
But I would not make any of your decisions
based on a potential change in the future
because if it never changes and the two weeks doesn't work for you,
well, then you're stuck.
With four to eight bedrooms this close to the beach,
these homes could be serious income generators
if those restrictions change.
Again, I wouldn't make your decisions on them.
But to put it into perspective,
comparable homes in this area are selling for north of $1.5 million.
So the value here is really strong.
And I think these are a great option.
The homes actually have some really smart layout options.
You can configure the second floor as either two separate bedrooms
or as one massive suite with a private bath.
And that first floor flex space,
you could easily turn that into a home office
or an extra bedroom for guests
who might not want to deal with stairs
because there are a lot of them.
Speaking of stairs, the only potential drawback
is that there is no elevator option.
So if stairs are a concern,
you're going to want to keep that in mind.
And maybe this isn't the best fit for you.
But they did design these with wider staircases.
So you do have the option to add a chairlift down the road
if that's something that you need.
But if stairs are a challenge,
again, this may not be the best fit.
Coastal Delaware is absolutely booming with new construction.
So let's head up to Lewis
because there are two communities up there
that are absolutely incredible that I think we need to check out.
Now let's talk about what might be
my all-time favorite community.
And that's going to be Shell Brothers community
of Welch's Pond.
Welch's Pond truly stands out for its location,
which is absolutely perfect.
You're literally just over a mile from Route 1,
right around where the Midway Shopping Center is.
But what's crazy is even though you're close to everything,
the second you turn onto Cedar Grove Road,
it feels like you're in a completely different world.
It does truly feel like you're secluded
from all of the beach craziness.
Now, what I love about this location
is you're basically splitting the difference
between downtown Lewis and Rehoboth Beach.
We're talking about five and a half miles to Historic Lewis
with all of the amazing restaurants and shops
and everything they have in downtown.
And then only about six and a half miles to Rehoboth Beach.
So you are smack dab in the middle,
easy to get to either place,
and it makes it really convenient.
And for the outdoor enthusiasts,
you're just minutes from the Junction and Breakwater Trail,
which is this awesome six mile long former railroad line
that is perfect for biking and walking.
You're just a little bit further
from the Lewis Georgetown Trail,
which is gonna be a 17 mile trail.
It truly is special.
Now, something really special about this location
is how the area catches this incredible breeze
pretty much year round.
Now, I know it sounds small,
but trust me when you're sitting on your screen in porch
in the middle of August,
and it's 97 degrees outside,
you're absolutely gonna love
having that little bit of breeze
blowing through the area.
Now, let's talk about what really sets apart
Welch's Pond from some of the other communities,
and that's gonna be the land planning.
You know, most communities you'll find
have fewer acres than home sites,
but Welch's Pond is actually the exact opposite.
So we're looking at 256 acres for just 247 homes,
and that's almost unheard of in coastal Delaware
right now with new construction
and the way they've designed it,
it really is genius.
Now, the entire community is built like a giant loop,
almost like a racetrack.
It's got preserved woods all around the perimeter.
And if you get one of those outside home sites,
you're gonna back to those gorgeous mature trees.
And if you get an inside home site,
you're gonna back to one of the beautiful ponds
they've put in the community.
It really is special.
Now, let's talk about the amenities
because Shell Brothers is absolutely crushing it here.
They're building this incredible clubhouse
with this massive three-sided screened-in porch.
It's perfect for those summer evenings
when you wanna be outside,
but you don't wanna deal with any potential bugs or critters.
And inside, you've got this beautiful lounge area
with a bar, which is perfect for community gatherings
and happy hours and meeting up with friends.
Now, the pool area is gonna be something really special
because this resort-style setup,
including a lanai and grilling stations.
But what's really cool
is that they're building what they call the thicket,
which, think of it as like an adult playground
with hammocks and gazebos
all scattered throughout these beautiful natural areas.
It's the perfect spot to just hang out and unwind
after a long day sitting on the beach.
For the active folks,
they're putting in multi-courts
for pickleball, tennis, and basketball.
And if you're into kayaking or paddleboarding,
wait till you hear this.
They're planning to build a launch
that'll give you access to Love Creek.
And then from there,
you could actually paddle all the way into Rehoboth Bay
if you're feeling ambitious enough.
Now, let's talk about these homes
because this is where it really gets exciting.
Now, I think Shell Brothers builds a great home.
In this community, they're building their Courtyard Series,
which is actually some of my favorite floor plans
in all of coastal Delaware.
Now, the lots here are incredibly generous.
We're talking about quarter to third acre sites,
which is relatively large for new construction in this area.
And the best part, about 70% of the lots
either back to woods or have pond views.
So you're not gonna find this kind of privacy
and these kinds of views
in most of the new communities this close to the beach.
And price-wise, the homes here start in the upper 600s,
which likely means more like 850 after options and upgrades.
And honestly, for what you're getting,
that's pretty incredible value
for the Delaware beaches in 2025.
These aren't your basic cookie cutter homes either.
They really do offer a wide variety.
We're talking about really well thought out floor plans
ranging from about 1,600 square feet
all the way up to over 7,000 square feet.
So not all the homes are just gonna look the same.
And speaking of floor plans,
let me break down some of my favorites
and give you guys a little bit more to think about.
Now, the Montauk is perfect
if you're looking for something that is a bit smaller.
It's about 1,800 square feet.
But if you need more space,
the Waterford with a basement
can get you close to 6,000 square feet.
There really is a lot of space in these homes.
The Cassidy floor plan is one of my absolute favorites.
And it's an amazing one-story plan
that gives you about 2,600 square feet all on one level
before you add any bump-outs or extra space.
So it can be truly special.
And one thing I love about Shell Brothers
is they really think about how people actually live
in their homes when they're designing them.
And every plan has these awesome outdoor living spaces.
And they've made it super easy to customize
with things like three-car garages
if they fit on certain lots,
your gourmet kitchens,
and incredible owner's suites.
They even double insulate the owner's suite.
So that way you get a little bit more quiet sanctuary.
Now let's talk about monthly costs
because it is important.
The HOA is 295 a month,
but you get a good amount for the money.
They're gonna be cutting your grass,
handling the landscaping,
taking care of snow removal,
which we just got a big snowstorm.
So hopefully they'll take care of that.
And they're gonna maintain all the amenities as well.
For that price, that's a pretty good deal.
And the best part about Delaware,
our property taxes are ridiculously low,
typically between $2,000 and $4,000 per year.
Yes, you heard that right.
It's per year, not per month.
If you're viewing from New York, I know how that feels.
Now, if you're interested in Welch's Pond,
you do need to know that the homes are selling fast there.
Home sites are going fast,
especially the premium lots that are backing to the woods
or overlooking ponds.
They're likely gonna be completely sold out
by the end of 2025.
So if this is a community that you wanna be in,
it's important that we have a discussion now.
Now, they're releasing phases strategically.
I'm seeing a lot of premiums range from zero
all the way up to $105,000
for those really special home sites.
So just make sure you're aware of that going in.
Now, Welch's Pond is pretty incredible,
but wait until you hear about the next community.
Hey, before we move to the next
new construction neighborhood,
let me know in the comments below
if there's any community that you would like to see more of.
Also, don't forget to hit that subscribe button down below
to get new videos with everything you need to know
about living, playing, sleeping,
everything here in Coastal Delaware.
Now, there's another community in Lewis
that you guys need to hear about.
It's called Tower Hill.
Now, this place is absolutely special
from location to community and everything in between.
But what makes it more incredible
is just you're only two and a half miles
from downtown Lewis,
about three miles or so to Lewis Beach,
and it's actually on the east side of Route 1
right along New Road.
It's one of my favorite locations in the entire area.
A location here is perfect for anyone
who wants that beach lifestyle
without being right in the middle of Torres Central.
You're literally a half mile
from the Georgetown-Lewis Trail,
which is this awesome path
that runs all the way into Lewis
and then all the way out to Georgetown.
It'll be extended by the end of 2025,
so it's gonna be 17 miles long.
And there's word that they're adding
an entrance to the trail right near Tower Hill,
so it could be even closer than that half mile.
For the bikers out there,
you can be at the beach
in under 20 minutes on your bike, trust me.
In the summer, that's often faster than driving,
so if you don't have a bicycle,
I suggest you take it up.
You know, something really cool about this location
is how this land has an incredible history.
The community is actually named
after a tract of land that was patented back in 1676
by a guy named Daniel Brown,
who likely named it after Tower Hill in London,
which is where they got the name for the community from.
Now, the Carl M. Freeman Companies
are the ones that are developing this community.
They've done an amazing job of preserving that history
while creating something really special
and a really great community.
Now, let's talk about the amenities
because Kay Hovnanian and Carl Freeman
have absolutely knocked it out of the park here.
They've built this gorgeous 6,000 square foot clubhouse
that looks like it belongs in a luxury resort.
You know, inside you've got this beautiful lounge
with billiards room and state-of-the-art fitness center.
There's even a special room for yoga and aerobics classes.
It's quite the sight to see.
But what I love about the community
is they've created this incredible outdoor space
that's perfect for the Delaware lifestyle.
You've got this resort style pool
with a hot tub, pickleball courts,
because let's be honest,
who isn't playing pickleball these days?
You've got bocce ball courts
and you even have a community garden.
They've also built these amazing outdoor gathering spaces
with fire pits and an outdoor kitchen,
the perfect place to meet your neighbors,
hang out with your friends and all that kind of fun stuff.
Now, one thing that really sets Tower Hill apart
is what they call the Freeman Institute.
They run these life enrichment classes and events,
everything from cooking demos to local history talks.
And we don't really see that in every community.
So I think that's really special to Tower Hill.
Now, something that's also pretty unique here
is how they've incorporated
these beautiful wildflower meadows
throughout the community.
And it's not just to beautify the community,
although it certainly does that.
It's part of their commitment
to sustainability and local wildlife.
You'll see butterflies and bees
and all kinds of birds making their home here.
Again, one of those things that truly sets Tower Hill apart
from some of the other communities.
But if there's one thing that they really thought about,
it was year-round living.
You know, a lot of communities around here
feel like ghost towns in the off season,
but because of all of the activities
and amenities in Tower Hill,
it really does stay active all year,
which is a nice change of pace
from some of the ones that aren't that way.
You're also close enough to downtown Lewis
that you can enjoy all the restaurants and shops
without dealing with the tourist crowds
because you can get there in the wintertime
as long as they stay open and so much more.
But let's talk about the homes
because this is where it really gets exciting.
Now, Kay Hovnanian is building
their signature luxury homes here,
and they're absolutely beautiful.
Now, we're looking at 293 single-family home sites
when it's all said and done,
with lots ranging from about a fifth
to a quarter of an acre.
So again, what I was saying
about the Welch's Pond home sites,
those are pretty rare sizes.
What's cool is Tower Hill
is offering several different models,
but my two favorites are probably the Killarney
and the Lewis floor plans.
They're both truly special
in their own kind of unique ways.
The Killarney is perfect
if you want everything on one level,
but you can also get it
with an amazing second floor loft space
if that's more of your speed.
And the Lewis plan
has this incredible courtyard garage design
that gives you a unique outdoor living space,
and it is fantastic.
The homes here are seriously impressive.
We're talking 10-foot ceilings that come standard,
which is pretty much unheard of at this price point.
The kitchens are absolutely gorgeous
with these massive islands,
and they're doing some nice standard features
that would otherwise be considered upgrades
in most other communities.
So if you're looking for some premier finishes,
this could be the place for you.
Now, price-wise,
homes are currently running
from about $670,000 up to about $890,000,
which for new construction east of Route 1
is actually pretty reasonable,
and you can certainly spend more than that
depending on what you put in the home.
The monthly costs here are pretty reasonable too
because the HOA fees are only about $270 a month,
which includes all of your lawn maintenance,
edging, mulching, fertilizing,
plus access to all of the amazing amenities
that we mentioned before.
And remember, you're in Delaware,
so your property taxes are gonna be way lower
than what you're probably used to
if you're coming from out of state
because we do have some of the lowest property taxes
in the country.
Now, if you're watching this video,
you've probably heard about Millville before,
but did you know there's a community down in Millville
that has some of the best values
in all of coastal Delaware?
Let me introduce you to Millville-by-the-Sea
and its perfect location
if you want the beach lifestyle
without paying the beachfront prices.
Yes, you heard it right.
You're literally just four miles from Bethany Beach,
which if you've watched any of my other videos,
you know is one of the quieter,
more family-friendly beaches in Delaware.
And what I love about this location
is you're basically getting the best of both worlds.
You're close enough to the beach
that you can be there in minutes,
but you're far enough inland
that you're not dealing with the crazy summer traffic
and crowds and everything else.
So the location here is great.
Plus, you're saving hundreds of thousands of dollars
compared to similar homes
that are either right on the beach
or just closer to the beach.
And the community, again,
is like a resort when you get into it.
Millville-by-the-Sea is actually in a better spot
for accessing multiple beaches
than some of the other communities.
You know, sure, you're four miles from Bethany,
but you're really close to Fenwick Island
and Ocean City, Maryland to the south,
and then you've got Rehoboth Beach to the north.
So you really have your pick of the beaches
based on what's going on that day,
whether you want the quieter vibe of Bethany,
you want the more active scene in Rehoboth,
you want the really active scene in Ocean City, Maryland,
you can get to all of them very easily.
And something else that's really cool about the location
is that you're just minutes from Holtz Landing State Park,
which is a hidden gem
that most tourists don't even know exists,
but it's got this beautiful bay beach
that's perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding,
and it's way less crowded typically
than the ocean beaches get,
which is really a nice aspect of living here.
You're right near the Salted Vines Vineyard and Winery,
which is a great spot to spend a Saturday afternoon
if you're looking for something to do.
Now let's talk about the amenities
because this is where Millville-by-the-Sea really does shine.
They've built this incredible lifestyle center
that's unlike anything else I've seen in this price range.
The clubhouse here is absolutely insane.
We're talking about this beautiful gathering space
with like a pub, game rooms,
these awesome lounge areas
where people actually hang out and socialize.
But what really sets this place apart
is how they've created
this amazing water park style pool complex.
Now I'm not just talking about
just the basic community pool here.
They've got this beach entry pool
with splash zones for the kids,
this cool floating water walk,
and tons of deck space
with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Honestly, if I lived there,
I would probably never leave
because there's something for everybody.
One of my favorite features
is what they call the Crab Shack.
And guys, this is genius.
They've built this dedicated space
for hosting crab feasts and happy hours
right within the community.
Now, if you're not from this area,
you might not realize how big of a deal that is,
but trust me, there is nothing better
than spending a summer evening
picking crabs with friends and family.
You can sit down for hours
and just pick crabs and eat crabs.
It's the greatest.
Now, the amenities, they don't stop there.
They've got this state-of-the-art wellness center
with all the latest fitness equipment.
And one thing that's really cool
that they have in there,
it's like this computerized fitness library.
So you can do all sorts of different workouts and stuff
right there in their fitness center.
And for the active folks,
again, there are pickleball courts
because who's not playing pickleball these days?
You got bocce courts and amazing walking trails
throughout all of the community.
It really is a special place.
And if you're an active person,
this could be the community for you.
Now, something awesome
is that they run a beach shuttle in the summertime.
So if you don't like dealing with beach parking,
which again, in downtown Bethany,
there's not a ton of it,
so it can become a nightmare in the summertime.
You can just hop on the shuttle
and they'll drop you off right at the beach
and then they'll pick you up at the end of the day
and you never have to fight the parking.
Now, let's talk about the homes in Millville.
They're offering a mix of single-family homes,
villas, and townhomes.
And the value here is really actually pretty incredible.
You know, prices are starting in the upper 300s,
which for new construction this close to the beach
is almost unheard of.
I mean, it's fantastic value
right there in Millville-by-the-Sea.
But let's break down some of the floor plans.
That way we can have a better idea
of what they're offering.
The Brentwood is like what I would consider
their entry-level townhome.
It's gonna start in the upper 300s.
We're talking about three bedrooms,
two and a half baths,
and about 1,700 square feet with a two-car garage.
But if you need more space,
they also offer the Ellerby,
which is their biggest plan.
It's gonna be five bedrooms,
three and a half baths,
and almost 3,000 square feet.
And that's gonna start in the lower 500s.
Now, what I really love about these homes
is how well they're designed for beach living.
They've thought about things like outdoor showers,
extra storage for beach gear,
and these great outdoor living spaces.
Plus, every home comes with a two-car garage,
which is huge because it gives you
that extra storage space you need
when you live near the beach
and you've got all the beach toys
and kayaks and paddle boards
and all that kind of fun stuff.
You need to have a place to put it.
And the two-car garage is the perfect spot for it.
Now, the kitchens are gorgeous with these big islands.
And they're doing some really nice standard features,
like nine-foot ceilings on the first floor,
which you don't find in many other communities.
One thing that's smart
about how they're building this community
is that it is in villages.
So right now they're selling in Seagull Village,
and each village has its own distinct character.
And it helps create these smaller neighborhoods
within the larger community,
which really makes it easier
to get to know your neighbors.
And each one has a little bit different aesthetic to it,
so they're not all just the same
because Millville-by-the-Sea is a big community.
And they handle all of your lawn maintenance.
The HOA fee includes your grass cutting,
which means you can spend your weekends on the beach
instead of pushing that lawnmower around.
It includes all the amenities and everything else.
Now, I'm sure all of this sounds incredible,
so let's head to our last community.
It's in one of my favorite areas,
especially because it's where I call home.
So we're headed back up to Lewis
to discuss our final one.
Welcome to the Four Seasons at Scenic Harbor in Lewis.
Now, even though it's a 55 and over community,
it's worth a mention
because the location here is pretty special.
It's only about a mile from Coastal Highway,
which means you get anywhere you want to go.
But you're tucked away enough
to have that peaceful resort feeling
that you're likely looking for
if you're looking at a 55 and over community.
You're only about six miles from downtown Rehoboth
and about six miles from downtown Lewis.
So you've got easy access to everything
while still being removed away
from the main tourist crowds in the area.
Now, what I love about this location,
again, is that you're tucked away
with not many other homes down the road
that the community's on.
So it really feels like
you're in your own tranquil retreat.
And for the shoppers out there,
you're super close to all the tax-free shopping
you could want.
And you can get to most of it by using back roads
so you're not gonna sit in traffic.
Now, before I tell you a bit more about the homes,
let's discuss the amenities in the community
because K-Hubnanian never disappoints
and they knocked it out of the park again
here in Scenic Harbor.
Now, they're building this incredible
7,000 square foot clubhouse.
That's gonna be the social hub of the community.
And guys, this isn't just some room
with a few chairs in it.
We're talking about a resort style communities
that make your friends think you're living
at like a five-star resort.
It truly is incredible.
So let's break down what you're getting
as part of the amenity.
You know, for starters,
there's this gorgeous outdoor pool with a tiki bar,
and then you have pickleball courts
and even plans for a kayak launch,
which is pretty incredible for a 55 and over community.
But what sets Four Seasons apart
is the social aspect.
The clubhouse is gonna have
this beautiful fitness center,
a game room for billiards,
and amazing outdoor spaces
with fire pits where people can actually hang out
and get to know their neighbors
and really becomes the, again,
social hub of the community.
So now let's talk about the homes of the Four Seasons
and what you can expect
if this is the community for you.
Single family homes are gonna start
in the low 600s.
And for what you're getting,
that's a really solid value for 2025.
Now, Cahobnania is offering
these designer curated looks packages.
We've got loft, farmhouse, classic, and elements,
which make the whole design process
so much easier than sitting in a design center
for nine hours at a time.
But these homes range from two to five bedrooms
and all the way up to 3,500 square feet,
which is a very large home
for a 55 and over community.
But I think they're incredible.
Now, what I love is that every single home
is designed with the active adult in mind.
And we're talking about things
like first floor primary suites,
wider doorways,
and these incredibly smart layouts that work
whether you're entertaining
or you just wanna enjoy a quiet night at home.
One of my favorite features
is how they've designed these homes
for entertaining in mind.
These kitchens are absolutely gorgeous,
again, with massive islands.
They're doing some really nice standard features
that you don't often find in other places.
You know, things like 10 foot ceilings
and a lot of their floor plans have three car garages,
which is really cool.
The goal is to have 319 homes in total in this community,
which I think is a great size.
It's big enough to have all of these amazing amenities
and a vibrant social scene,
but it's still small enough to still feel intimate
and be able to meet all your neighbors
and it still feels manageable.
Now, all of these homes come standard
with tankless hot water heaters
and are super energy efficient
and they're built to last.
Plus, with the views of the lakes
and the natural surroundings,
these homes will only be appreciating in value
as time goes on.
All right, so if you're seriously considering
any of these communities,
I would advise that you don't wait.
The best home sites typically always sell first
in new construction
and prices are only gonna increase
as the community is built out and sold.
And if you're considering a move to Coastal Delaware,
whether that's Rehoboth or Lewis
or anywhere in between,
my team and I would love to help.
All my contact information is gonna be
in the description down below.
And we're one of the top teams here in the area,
so we often have the inside track
with many of these builders.
So if you're looking for a new home,
make sure you reach out,
we can get you squared away.
And if you're considering buying a new home in Delaware,
then you need to watch this next video
because I cover everything you must know
before you buy new construction.
These are things that could cost you
thousands of dollars in the end,
so definitely make sure you check it out.
I hope to see you guys in the next one.
Peace.
