I'M NOT GIVING UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE…THIS TIME IT’S DIFFERENT. - Motivational Speech

it's time for you to get tired of sitting on the sidelines of life or looking at other people achieved when and become it's time to put down the clipboard taking notes and watching how other people have done this thing you've seen enough already you've gotten a glimpse of it you've already got all the hints that are necessary you've seen all the little nuances but there's one thing that you haven't picked up here just pick up your turn foreign to look at you and give you the shot it's time to go into your boss and say I'm ready for that opportunity give me a challenge give me an opportunity put me in the I know I'm blessed today I know I got work to do and I know that it's all going to be okay in the end and if it's not okay it's not the end you know too many times we allow troubles to turn into today's struggles [Music] I could become legendary put me in the game [Music] is running and reading all right now by running when you're running and you out there and you're running there's a little person that talks to you and that little person says oh I'm tired my lungs about to pop off so hurt I'm so tired there's no way I could possibly continue that person if you learn how to defeat that person when you're running you will learn how to not quit when things get hard in your life reading the reason that reading is so important there have been millions and billions and billions and gazillions of people that have lived before all of us there's no new problem you could have that someone hasn't already solved and wrote about it in a book you want to self-improve stop looking for a shortcut and flanking your guts and your passion and your drive and finding your will [Music] you can take these tentative steps on your pathway to Destiny and you can assume that you're going to do it badly and that's really useful because you don't have to beat yourself up it's pretty easy to do it badly but the thing is it's way better to do it badly than not to do it at all and that's the continual message that Echoes through these historical stories of Genesis it's like these are flawed people they should have got the hell out of their house way before they did and they go out and they stumble around in tyranny and famine and self-betrayal and and violence and but it's a hell of a lot better than just rotting away at home so many of us are good too good at carrying the things from our past into our presence we're too good at trying to control the things that are out of our control whether it be your past whether it be rumors whether it be gossip whether it be opinions and we live our whole entire life and stress our whole entire life and worry and we don't use our one superpower that we have which is appreciation thank you a warrior could be there I don't shy away from it other people may bag down from it there are people who mail it in every single game every single week every single month when it comes to quotas and they don't hit their numbers and everyone has a excuse excuse mounted up all ready to be held them for others to see he just started you just start there's great power in the start and when you start Life Starts supporting you you do what it is you're supposed to you're supposed to build something you're supposed to create something I don't know how to do it learn do whatever is required just go out there it's possible you can get what you want it's necessary if you want it you got to go into action you've got to be willing to experiment you got to be willing to fail and to succeed you got to be willing to form and develop new relationships it's you it's on you you got to make that happen nobody's going to bring it to you on a silver planet here's your dream manifested no it's hard yes it's hard and it's worth it foreign give me the responsibilities and the accountability to go along with it I'm not ashamed I'm not afraid I'm not intimidated that's the mindset of someone who wants to be Echo have their lame effort in history to be remembered to be something worthwhile to be someone to be promoted to be remembered put me in the game coaches trust me now all I need is an opportunity because if you give me the opportunity I will maximize it I will show you destinally if I get that change put me in the game coach [Music] some of you just don't understand some of you've been average for so damn long you don't know what it is to do hard work but there's a lot of you out there but just don't know how to do every single day The Grind but there's above you're out there who wants you to have who wants to position you are who wants the job you have and someone out there hungry and what's everything you can have maybe it's true maybe it's not but if it is it's gonna be your ass so make that a motivation for you stay hard we've always been ready I just wasn't vocal about it but today I've got the courage today I've got the skill set today I've got the confidence put me in the game [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music]
