Hi friends, I'm Nikki Delventhal and this is my dog Camper Delventhal.
We live in a 2006 Toyota Prius and we're here to take you along on the wild ride.
So buckle up your seat belts and let's have some fun.
Don't forget, if you like what you see, like, subscribe, share with your friends,
and turn on notifications. Camper and I would be so thankful.
If you've been tuning in, you know this Prius hotel has been headed east
to see family and so Camper can be spoiled by my mom and dad
while I'm in Europe for three weeks working as a tour guide for teenagers.
We've had a blast stopping at some amazing hikes,
swimming holes, and introducing you to some of our best friends along the way.
We continued to the North Carolina coast with some more friends,
sunshine, and doggy beaches on the weekend venue. But oh, did we get so much more.
Immediately upon arrival, we settled into our friend's house,
hopped into their jeep, and headed towards the beach.
Today we're checking out Fort Fisher State Park where you can drive up on the beach.
So today we're in a jeep, we're in a jeep, jeep, jeep.
Right now we're just letting out some air from the tires so we can get on the beach, drivable.
As you can see, this was no ordinary beach and the best part, it's dog friendly.
It's party time. Oh, that's a bumpy road. Look at all those people camp.
We spent the beautiful day seeing if we could get Camper to swim.
Maybe next time he will.
He hung back with his new friends this time.
We danced together, went digging for treasure, continued to test out the waters,
went on walks to make furry friends and explore, but
it's kind of a bummer that 95% of the dogs on the beach today are super aggressive.
So you gotta keep him on a leash because he just got attacked by snakes. Sorry Camp.
We played football for hours.
No, I'm not gonna do that again.
Plus some good old-fashioned keep away and just had an all-around good fun time.
Camper said he had so much fun that he wanted to go back for day two.
After his nap, of course.
So we came back and spent the whole next day swimming in the cool waters and relaxing on the sand.
This time we were spotted by the paparazzi.
Camper wanted nothing to do with it, seeking refuge under the jeep,
but it did result in making great friends with our neighbors before going back to our friend's house.
The next morning, Camper told me he wanted to go have a play date.
So I brought him to a doggy play place.
We're gonna have fun at the day spa.
Their facility is fully equipped with best friends, pools, and a ton of fun.
So while Camper was there, we hit the town.
Naturally, the day started with some movement, climbing, stretching to new lengths,
and a quick lesson on hygiene.
We took a stroll in downtown Wilmington,
did a brewery tour,
and just had a ton of fun together.
Before this lady officially poops out for the evening, we have a few things on the agenda.
First, pick up Camper from daycare.
He wants to go back.
That was so fun, huh?
Then, the famous North Carolina sunsets.
Fully equipped with dances, a full-blown catwalk.
Whine.
Whining.
About being single.
Just kidding.
Camper's the man of the Prius.
And my life.
And we love it.
Ending the evening with romantic photos for the couple.
Camper cuddles.
And a sing-along.
What a fun weekend and a good night's sleep.
Good morning, handsome.
You ready to get back in the Prius?
We woke up, had coffee on the water, and made our plans to head north.
As much as we loved the coast, this duo lives for the mountains and fresh water.
So we came back to say our goodbyes.
Camper kindly brought in all the packages,
and then we headed towards the Virginia wilderness.
But not without first stopping at a dog park.
Cleaning up.
And a quick surprise visit to our friend Morgan and Raleigh at her job.
All right, we're headed north.
Are you happy to be back in the Prius, mister?
Oh yeah, I love the Prius.
But I'm a little tired from all that fun.
Somebody's sleepy.
Come here, crazy boy.
Oh, Camper first.
Morgan and I have traveled all over the world together,
leading teen tours and just having a blast with one another.
So it's so good to see her.
Camper loved our visit to Morgan,
and let me tell you, this handsome guy is quite the ladies' man.
With a fashion sense.
He even got a brand new backpack.
While there, we had a dance party,
tried on some new digs,
and we checked ourselves out.
So we were gonna hightail to Virginia,
but I really want to spend more time with Morgan.
So we can't stay at her house tonight.
So Walmart it is.
All right.
So Morgan is working and she has plans tonight.
So we are just going to work and have some food.
I'm very hungry.
Camper eats too.
I'm gonna make a salad in a bag.
You guys have never seen this before.
Not.
I cannot go try to find that knife again.
I don't recommend doing this with cucumbers.
How creepy is that dog stare?
Mom, what the heck are you doing?
Those aren't carrots though.
Look at Camper's face.
Dude, you don't even like cucumbers.
Every time I give you a cucumber, you spit it out.
Oh, that's better.
If you've never tried this and you have a Trader Joe's near you,
everything bagel seasoning will change your life.
You're welcome.
Okay, we're gonna eat.
We're gonna work.
Now, how I keep all of my devices charged
is with my Jackery Explorer 1500 portable power station
as it can charge a few devices all at once.
And it keeps me charged for days on end
before I need to recharge the station back up again.
I will often recharge it on my long driving days.
But even better, the Jackery comes with solar panels.
So when I don't have access to a wall plug
or I'm not driving and I'm off grid,
I can charge the station back up
directly through the sun in just a few hours.
The solar panels are also ultra thin
so they fit perfectly under my mattress
and they don't change the way I sleep.
It's a great product and truly a game changer
for working and living on the road.
Next, I'm gonna take a little Walmart shower.
Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God.
I can't believe I just went in the men's room.
Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God.
I'm going to sleep.
Good morning.
Camper, you know what the best part of Walmart is?
You don't have to get out to throw out your garbage.
Onward march to Miss Morgan.
It's a Morgan party.
Camper, are you ready?
Oat milk latte.
Okay, next one.
This is cute.
Oh, hey.
Do you want to sit up here?
Out with you.
Camper, is that for you?
Yeah, is that for you?
Got some good stuff.
Okay, you ready?
I was born ready, Ma.
Yeah, all right, go run.
Hi, good boy.
That's cute.
Like vocal, all right.
Yeah, wow, this is good.
Get him.
I love you.
Okay, moving on.
I love you.
Bye, Morgan.
All right, Camper, what do you think?
Swimming hole or hike?
Maybe both.
Let's do it.
