Sharing my Kerala Ayurveda experience in this vlog. I stayed for 2 nights in Krishnendu Ayurveda Hospital, which is a traditional ayurveda centre since 1908 ,run by 4th generation family of ayurveda physicians, in Alleppey in Kerala and experienced the Ayurveda Treatments, Massage Therapies and the simple food. For me this was a hosted experience that i decided to film and share with you, so you can get an idea of what are the therapies you can expect at an ayurvedic resort / hospital.
