We got a puppy! And he is ridiculously cute. Today we pick him up from the breeder and we introduce him to the motorhome. Subscribe if you want to see more videos with the puppy- there's plenty more to come! Macallan is a 12 week old Working Cocker Spaniel puppy. We saw him advertised when we were travelling in Norway, so we cut our trip short to go pick him up and start his life in our Wandering Bird family! :) Don't worry- there will be plenty more travel videos coming soon. Our new puppy is settling in very well and enjoying motorhome life so far! Next step is to introduce him to life on the boat... should be interesting!! :)
Here we're going. This is the new addition.
This is Matt. Matt the Wonderdog.
Today is...
Today is what?
What's today?
Puppy Day!
It's Puppy Day!
Today is the day when three become four.
Three become four and this road is so bumpy.
Almost like a Spice Girls song.
You know that worries me.
I know.
We're getting a puppy!
We're getting a puppy.
If I wake up with teeth marks on my butt,
that's going to be serious issues.
I really want to say something but I can't be in an appropriate position.
Excited. Very excited.
Nervous.
This bit ought to be all blacked out with dog pictures
because it's that bumpy.
I can't use it on YouTube.
I don't know how I feel.
I feel excited.
And I feel a bit nervous.
What if he doesn't like us?
What if he's like...
He's got no choice.
You will never have a puppy!
It is puppy kidnapping.
We'll be paid ransom.
We're paying a ransom.
It's like puppy trafficking.
Yeah.
Because we're paying to take away the puppy.
Yeah.
It's really not very pleasant.
And we're going to feed him all the time.
And we're going to bribe him.
Call the police.
If I get hate mail
because people think we're feeding our puppy cola bottles
you're in so much trouble.
The bottles are yummy.
Yes, for you.
You eat them.
I'm pretty sure.
They are your good boy treats.
Are they?
You've been eating them solidly for three weeks.
I'm a good boy?
You are, Lacey.
And look how many treats you've got.
Oh, I'm nervous.
You too.
These?
No, no, no.
It's Italian.
Oh, hello.
Somebody's happy to see you.
And this one's like,
I haven't figured out how to get out of the crate yet.
Hi.
He's like,
there's a shoe up here somewhere.
It was just that white striker.
I know.
All you've got to get in place
is the recall.
Yeah.
If they start ignoring you
is to go and get them
and bring them back
quite firmly.
I mean, they,
usually people scruff them
when they're old,
they're not weather pups.
But when they're sort of
six, eight months,
that's the time that they will,
they're like teenagers,
they push the boundaries.
All right.
You know, so you've got to get on top of it straight away
otherwise you'll have one that won't come back.
Here we go.
This is the new addition.
This is Mac.
Mac the Wonder Duck.
Mac is about to experience
his new mobile thing.
I think he's going to chew first,
do we think?
Helmet.
You're still happy with the helmets?
Do you want to move them?
Well, he's going to go in the crate,
isn't he?
All right, you ready?
I think he's going to puddle
is the first thing he's going to do.
Yeah.
Should we get you away from the slide?
Here, what's down there?
We are going to pick that bed up.
Yeah, I know, but it's scary.
What's that?
Good boy.
It's okay.
It's going to be a good home, I promise.
You don't have to worry.
I know.
He's got sharp claws.
But they don't dig in like cats.
Puppy.
I should have worn
a kicker jumper
on top of any form of top at all.
A vest top was possibly
not the best plan.
There we go.
He's okay, I know.
I'm not sure that's an excited yelp,
I think that's,
although you look like quite high and cushy tails.
You're like,
this is an adventure.
Yeah.
He stopped climbing me.
Little tails like,
this is fun.
I'm quite excited.
It's awesome.
It is awesome.
Baby.
Oh, have you got your bone?
Do you like your bone?
Hi there.
Hi.
I have a monster time to get down.
I don't have a...
But we've got to hold the lead
in our mouth at all times.
So we are...
Come on.
We can't hold too late.
Oh, he's got it into the lead screen.
Is it?
What are we going to do about it then?
You've got the wrong lead puppy.
You've got the wrong lead.
Oh dear.
That's the blue lead
you're wearing, the black lead.
Oh no.
