Bonjour everyone! Welcome back to this new video. I wanted to share two really exciting things with
you in this video. The first is that we were selected by Le Figaro magazine for their 2025
list of the best bed and breakfasts and holiday homes in France. And I also found La Potentie
in there which I filmed for one of my home tour videos. The second is that one of our guests in
the cottage made this beautiful water painting for us and I thought it was just so beautiful and so
sweet. It is June now and we always open our swimming pool early June and it's always more
work than we think. Just cleaning everything after winter, cleaning the terrace, getting everything
ready. Every year I wonder will I be able to make this look inviting and beautiful again. And I have
some new additions as well this year for this terrace but I need to start with giving it all
I bought these new sun loungers this year. We've had the other furniture for
four or five years and I wanted something a little more comfortable.
I just need to think about where exactly I'm going to put everything but that's coming up later in the video.
So the majority of the work is done. We will actually be rendering the wall here by the
terrace this week. I wasn't able to film that on time but I will share the final result with you
in a new video very soon. Thanks so much for watching and I will see you next week!
