Why we are Selling our Manila Condo as soon as possible...

foreign [Music] guys good morning welcome to a brand new Vlog we are back in Manila we arrived last night from Boracay got home nice smooth flight and we went straight to buy one of these for Coda because in Nebraska we thought okay that is what is missing this is what he needs like a little floaty toy so we've got him his little police car which he is absolutely loving and we are just making the most of our pool this morning because guys this could be one of the final swims here I mean we've got a lot more time on this trip so we will get some swims in but overall as some of you may know we've spoken about it on the Vlog we are now officially selling our condo we're selling for many reasons we'll go into it in this video a little bit but this morning we're just gonna enjoy the sun enjoy the pool [Music] there is a good finals where did you get that um is it called Toy Kingdom in SM aura oh yeah SM aura like 300 loving it yes at first he was just waving at everyone going along Koda come this way wow oh look at that for an angle oh wow this is cool this is so nice good to be back in the city we've got another trip coming up very very soon yeah we kind of wanted to put this Vlog out today because we've been updating you guys on our kind of plans and thoughts and feelings around potentially selling at first and then kind of making the decision that yes we are actually going to sell because it makes the most sense for several reasons and we wanted to come and use the condo on this trip this time really help us make our minds up and it has done that the primary reason for selling is it's just sadly not big enough for us anymore being a one bedroom Coda is sleeping right next to us so if I have to if we have to get up to use the toilet we wake him up if he needs to nap in the daytime we can't use really use our bedroom there's nowhere he can go to nap on his own he doesn't have his own space when we're here it's essentially a size issue story of my life but yes we may have a potential buyer already we've been talking uh Cyril if you guys know Cyril she has been helping us for years now with um buying this condo and our pre-sale that we have as well um and she helped us out with all the viewings and she's just been all around great whoa I don't know where that plane is because it's so bright I can't really see yeah Cyril has been amazing through the whole process and she's going to be the one who helps us out with this sale as well so if you are someone looking for a beautiful stunning one-bedroom condo in the McKinley Hill area in Manila for a very competitive price then uh feel free to email sario because yeah the unit is for sale I feel emotional I feel um I feel happy I think like we've had so many changes in our life lately that this is just kind of one more and it's like the evolution of everything um everything going on right now we've obviously had Coda we bought the house in the UK we are doing things a little bit differently in terms of our traveling So eventually we will be on the hunt for a bigger place here because we still would love to have a place to have our own place here we don't know yet we haven't really looked into what the market is like at the moment what's available in the areas we might want we might want to move back more towards BTC so we can kind of actually walk into the High Street and things like that as much as we love this area here we have to drive or get a car grab or something to uh BBC High Street so yeah we'll be looking into options later this year I suppose but yeah it's been an amazing two years two years over two years can you believe wait three years no maybe two years between two and three years we've owned this condo which is just absolutely flown by a lot of it we haven't even been in it but yeah it is beautiful property the balcony that view I will miss that view definitely any questions about a condo do leave us a comment so it's kind of like a Bittersweet Vlog today talking about this but it's the right thing to do it's the right move for us so I'm going to go and do a little bit more swimming with Lucy and code there then we need to get some breakfast get this day started maybe go and get a coffee somewhere kind of also fancy a smoothie bowl from Shaka but before I get any more sunburn I'm gonna head back into the shade [Music] guys I need to show you something this morning just preparing it right now one sec see this color of my nail here ready that's right I've got color changing Nails Only in Manila the lady I take this lovely like pale pink color at the nail salon she was like I've got color changing nails and she'll show me all these tick tocks do you want to see us like yeah yeah and then instead of getting like a nice subtle nude color that probably goes with every outfit I've Come Away with dark green nails when it's cold and bright green it feels when it's hot and I can't decide if I love them will absolutely hate them I like them when they're cold like this but when I'm warm or we're outside in the heat the bright greens are quite a lot um and it doesn't really go with any of my outfits my ridiculous thing I've ever heard of yeah me too but fun yes yes very fun I thought why not life is all about fun exactly Limitless living absolutely um you've really gone all out there I have I think so um right so I'm just gonna butter some beagles I've made a little Brookie we've actually been swimming already as you saw um we all had a shower and then that's the only thing here with Coda he's used to having baths at home in England um that's the other thing about this condo isn't it there's no bath so the shower's kind of awkward for kids one of us has to just hold him and he's very slippery so that's way good this is not a nice shot that does not like a nice butter that looks nice to me but anyway he's now down for a nap touchwood is that a Filipino thing at all or when I do this on the Vlog are people thinking why are you doing that I think it's International touch word or touch wood it means like it's like hopefully it doesn't happen if you're Filipino watching this is it is it if you're Filipino watching this is that a Filipino thing it means like hopefully like if I touch the word it won't happen because otherwise if you say it you might jinx it it's that kind of thing isn't it yeah it's really hard to explain basically meaningless unless you're super stupid are you superstitious I don't walk over three drains so I would say actually yes I am super do you want some hummus on it yes please uh just on the bait would be great she's got some bagels and eggs some delicious looking hummus some pomelo and what's this dragon fruit yeah but like I found the kind that's white so Cody can have it because if he had the bright pink one I know it would just end up staining on his clothes and everything that we own so that's good he's down for a nap oh yeah that was it touchwood he slept through the night again last night and the night before so jump pomelo and dragon fruit yes please so hopefully it's a sign that he will start sleeping through now but who knows with him but it's good it means that we're feeling quite refreshed like I said I got my nails done yesterday George had a massage last night and had a little bit of self-care evening for each of us and yeah today we are just chilling at the condo I think and getting ready for the next trip because we're moving around so quickly again we've literally got one day Manila and actually do you want to say what it is it's actually the hint is Manila for an extra it's out of the apartment yeah a little bit of staycation vibe which we're very excited about for several reasons but we'll talk about that more in the next Vlog how many eggs do I want two or three maybe it's two today for yesterday was too many also my Instagram reel just went live for today and it was the one let me play this to you I think this is highly relatable and comment below comment below if this is you and can I just confirm you pack your own bag today sir yes yes absolutely if that is not true I'm so lucky that Lucy often helps with packing I don't even say often because I'm not in the mood and should I not say help that's what I mean no you did yeah yeah yeah yeah but to be fair like I don't know if anyone else can relate I would rather do it myself because then I know I will it'll be a very good job done like I act like I want help with stuff but in reality I'd rather do it myself so it's done to how I like it that sounds controlling but it's not I'm just better I'm joking still getting used to my hair I just tried to pull it around then and it that's it I normally go like that and it like Falls across my whole front of my body but it's so short and when I brush it I'm like it just abrupts it ends very abruptly anyway I think we're gonna end this video here because there's not actually that much else going on today for us and we don't want to bore you too much but the main idea in today's video is just to give you guys an update because we've had quite a lot of questions definitely sad to be leaving like those out on the balcony earlier eating breakfast and I was thinking this trip will be the last time we do that and we'll really miss it we end up getting another place in the future it probably won't have the same view they might be two bedroom condos in this apartment I think there are in this building oh so who just moved out doesn't move to a different floor can you imagine well maybe there's a penthouse at the top that'll be nice wouldn't it even higher up but anyway good things come to an end it's not over forever like it's not afraid what good things come to an end oh good things must come to an end okay that is the phrase isn't it yeah I'll stop the phones we never stay anywhere for long anyway do we we move on very quickly if we were emotional about staying in places we'd never move and we just seem to move all the time so it's all good why what what do you want just also should say that we um have also sold our house in the UK and we're buying another no no I am not moving yet oh coda's asleep but I think I need I need a nap we've been daily vlogging too hard for too long can't do it anymore can't daily Vlog getting old sorry can you turn that sound if it's
