Olongapo Beach, ZAMBALES! Is This REAL Local Filipino Province Culture?

all right guys we are in subic bay if you saw yesterday's video we literally just ended that video but welcome back welcome back to the mini mini road trip from manila we drove down this morning and we've just experienced like the drive here on the beach so far if you want to see our first impression of this place because it's not what we thought watched yesterday's video yes that went on the channel yesterday because we're already kind of blown away by this place and we're excited to show you guys a little bit more in today's video we're actually headed to a lighthouse now uh i think it's the lighthouse we saw it on the beach a second ago at it's called calaclan point clan point it's a tongue twister uh it's like five minutes from where we are now uh and it looks like a nice viewpoint over the beach and i think you can walk down onto the beach um and hopefully then we can get more of an idea exactly where this naval base used to be because i think it was this side and i think it was opposite the airport let us know in the comments if you guys have any more information but uh when we get there i can tell you guys a little bit more about it i love this whole bay front area it's lovely so i don't know there's so much going on keep saying different i don't want to just say different i want to try and describe it i feel like it feels a little bit like the shops and stuff for a bit like barack i behind the beach oh would you agree yeah kind of i don't know where i've got that from um because obviously there's a lot of open spaces here and there's not as much of that in morocco it's more sort of developed there um it was a little bit more open here if it was like a mix between like i don't know you know like new valley we were at recently yeah it was a bit like that it was a bit like barack i keep going straight i don't know it's like a combination of a few places but even alabang a little bit yeah yeah i can see the trees and some of the buildings it definitely feels more residential and less kind of touristy but at the same time yeah we keep interrupting each other there's so much to say about this place at the same time it's very vast and i don't know if it's just a sunday thing but it's so quiet yeah there's hardly anyone around it feels very sleepy and laid back we could be totally wrong come here on a monday it might be a totally different story we have no idea from what we've seen so far um it's very very quiet i think my favorite thing about this place is that there's mountains around it yeah the mountains have got this amazing texture i don't know if this is the sun today it's quite sunny um left i don't know if it's because of that but there's this like texture in the mountains that's like orange and all these beautiful ways a bit like the alaminos mountains actually do remember that was all the red sand and we went there it feels a little bit like that and there's this everyone's just so friendly everyone lets you go traffic just works here oh what's this what is that is it like a checkpoint wow oh my god what's that i think that's a cemetery really i think so wow that's beautiful isn't that yeah this looks like baguio or something now it doesn't cool oh god down there so nice cornwall cornwall yeah okay a little bit of off-roading oh my goodness this is not great look at this road cool i don't know what this is this is someone's shop what color i hope it's not someone's house mind your stats as long as long as this isn't someone's house then we then we're good maybe we can someone's asked all right then maybe we would we won't go in there if that was your house we just walked into we apologize wow hundreds of kids in the sea that's amazing this is like blackpool in england i've never been look at it so cool while since we had some adventure but i'm not dressed for adventure but you're making me go first like yeah you go first so i can hold on to you let me hold you you're good not quite as easy when you're holding a huge camera oh what are these flying things oh my god they're just dragonflies don't worry about that why are there so many drivers we can actually walk down to the beach hello good morning did they say it's afternoon yeah but it's not really so this seems like a very local beach yeah oh i love it this is cool like kids having fun i know it's so nice to see a nice sound wow this feels like a place that people will definitely come so nice on a sunday on the weekend there's a lot of people here [Music] hi hi hello very friendly people here we're going to go back down actually onto the sand how nice i love how the water is so deep blue and it like reflects off the sky it's like a mirror look at that this is beautiful yeah the colors and even the boats out here looks like europe or something ibiza or like yachts it's so cool what i love is like amazing yachts in the ocean and then there's like loads of people out with their families enjoying their sunday it feels like such a weekend day doesn't it yeah very very chilled atmosphere gonna walk onto the sand now onto the beach there's someone being buried in the sand it's classic first people to walk on this feet the train is on yeah a good point we probably are but don't we oh my god it's so busy please this is even more like cornwall this is this is just like a weekend on a on an english beach isn't it it's just like it sounds like holiday it's like it's like a vacation i didn't expect this day literally two minutes ago in the car we were just saying how quiet this is even for a sunday this is where everyone and this is where everyone is this is the place this is the point where everyone in this town is i think we're probably the only foreign people on this beach hello hello hi yeah we're definitely the only foreigners on this beach right yeah for sure and you could tell because everyone's waving exactly oh nice so nice everyone's just having fun everyone's got a smile on their face people are laughing we just wanted a quick look down on the beat i mean everyone is staring at us maybe because we've got a huge camera so we're not gonna intrude their weekend any more than we already have so we're gonna head back up to the car but this is just nice to see well the shot looks like um one of our shots from our old intro look at that view this is like the isle of wight it has that vibe yeah there's people in the sea we are going to get some lunch now i think we found a good place here and actually recommended by our friends but and i kind of still want to get to that lighthouse wait that's not the lighthouse i thought where's the other lighthouse that's the white one there was there's a white lighthouse there and then by the way the beach is all the way down there we've gained some height now yeah people playing the rocks over there as well it's so cool here it was like such a nice atmosphere i just love this view yeah my hair has gone absolutely crazy in the wind i forgot to bring my hat today i will sort that out in a minute i can clip it back because i have clips look at the background this is so nice we were only a few hours away from manila really on the road today it's so so quick but yeah we are going to go and grab some lunch look at the view i cannot go over that absolutely stunned we're so happy to be here we're filming a few more videos guys in subic we're actually going to film our lunch because we're going to a cool place so you guys will see everything else we go up to in subix so we hope you enjoyed this little video today stop i can't deal with
