Cómo activar una eSIM en tu Samsung (u otro celular Android) | Sim Local

To get the most out of your plan, we recommend installing it just before takeoff or as soon as you land. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try not to turn off your screen during installation. Okay, let's connect. Once you purchase an eMa, it's time to install the plan. Then it's time to download the plan. You may also receive a request to grant permission and set up your e-SIM. If so, simply tap allow. Your plan will appear downloading on the screen. This step may take a few minutes. When finished you will see plan downloaded successfully. Now that your plan is downloaded, your phone can automatically guide you through some settings. But we're going to show you how to do it manually just in case. On a Samsung device, go to Settings, tap Connections, select SIM Manager. Here you will find your new EIM plan. First, make sure your new plan is activated. Then change the name of your e-SIM so it's easy to identify. Select your plan and tap edit. We recommend adding a local SIM card or the name of the country you're traveling to. Now choose your preferred SIM for calls, texts, and mobile data. You'll usually be able to choose between your local plan or your new travel plan. If your new SIM plan includes calls and texts, select your travel SIM for both options. If you want to continue receiving calls on your regular phone, select your local calling plan. Choose your travel SIM for mobile data and make sure the automatic data switching option is disabled while you're traveling. Finally, turn on data roaming, go to Connections, tap Mobile Networks, turn on data roaming on other Android devices like the Google Pixel. Go to settings, tap network & internet, choose Sims. Here you will find your new Eim plan. Activate your new Eim plan. Set your SIM preferences for calls, texts, and mobile data. If your new SIM plan includes calls and texts, select your travel eSIM for both options. Set up mobile data to use your eSIM. Make sure the automatic data switching option is disabled.
